At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Necklaces are $75+ -Lehengas are $200+ -Tops are $15+ I looked at some of the ready-made blouses, however didn't purchase any because I needed to make sure they matched my current outfits. She was so sweet, helpful, and caring. She truly cares about the happiness of her brides. And also their prices are amazing! I had an issue with two of the veils I ordered. One was too long (but it was the length I ordered it at, I just needed it to be shortened after I tried it on with my dress) and the blusher I had ordered to be more poofy, came in way too poofy from Ansonia. I immediately called and sent an email to Jennifer about this. She made sure to call the company and explained my concerns to them. Unfortunately, Ansonia's customer service was absolutely terrible and they made NO effort at all to help me. However, Jennifer did everything in her power to make sure my situation was fixed and she quickly sent me a new blusher from her inventory, which ended up being perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Bella mera to other brides. Jennifer was so amazing and TRULY cares about her customers. She was by far one of the best people I had the chance to work with during my wedding planning process.

Terrible alterations, terrible service, and zero accountability…read more Mohini ruined my wedding dress and then refused to make it right. First, I gave a budget of $500 and was sold a dress that cost nearly $1,000 while trusting staff to respect my budget. Red flag #1. The dress needed alterations to the chest and sleeves. What I received back looked unfinished, with visible white fabric, gaps in the beading, and obvious flaws in the design. Mohini's defense is that I signed a form authorizing alterations. That's absurd. Signing off on alterations is not signing off on shoddy workmanship. No reasonable customer expects a wedding dress alteration to leave exposed fabric and missing decorative details. The zipper disaster is what ultimately ruined my wedding. About a week before my ceremony, I took the dress out of the garment bag as instructed and discovered that although the dress fit, the zipper separated when zipped. I immediately called Mohini and was told to bring it in. I drove nearly two hours to the store the next day, only to find out nobody was available to repair it. Had I been told that on the phone, I would not have made the trip. At that point my wedding was only five days away. I had no choice but to leave the dress and return again. Mohini repaired the zipper and called me the following day, but I couldn't make it before closing. My fiancé eventually picked it up for me. When I tried it on the morning of my wedding ceremony, it no longer fit. The replacement zipper had made the bodice significantly smaller. The result? I couldn't wear my wedding dress. I had to wear a simple cotton dress for my ceremony, cancel my photographer, and wear a navy dress for my reception. After the wedding, I requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, management dodged me and argued in circles. They repeatedly insisted that "replacing a zipper wouldn't change the size of the dress." Whether it should have or not is irrelevant--the dress fit before their repair and didn't fit afterward. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. There are plenty of other bridal shops in the same mall. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

My friend and I went to several stores/boutiques and experienced the grueling act of trying on dress after dress only to find overpriced bad quality dresses or nothing at all. My friend purchased a dress she felt was "a steal" because she was told it was designer and loved it. Afterwards they added so many charges for every little item that she left with her dress trying to think of solutions. We found ZAKAA and found their atelier was on site - the designer helped my friend to rework her dress into what she wanted and when we got there we realized just how much she got ripped off when we compared her "designer" dress to ZAKAA's beautiful gowns. My friend could have purchased 2 customized dresses by a real designer than what she left with from this other store. ZAKAA even worked in an alteration package for my friend which let me tell you NO ONE would ever do especially for a dress that isn't theirs! She came up with money saving plans and work to make this dress my friend's dream dress. She literally took a piece of fabric dress that didn't even have boning into a masterpiece! Another upside to this experience was when it was my turn to purchase a dress I knew exactly where to go. I was able to put together a customized dress with the designer and have a packaged alternation deal, flat price for everything, that was VERY fair based on the insane amounts others quoted us. When I arrived, I was the second customer in the store, yet there was only one robe, which already made the experience uncomfortable and exposed. Muna, my consultant, was amazing -- kind, patient, and truly the only reason I considered purchasing a gown. I'm 5'2" and a size 16-18, and only two dresses fit me. She handled me with grace and made me feel comfortable. While I was deciding on a $1,550 dress and $450 veil, the owner made 2 comments that didn't sit with me well regarding the dress "It's your size and there aren't many options in your size," and then, as I stepped aside to make a phone call, added, "I need to know what you're going to do because I have to write this up." The pressure and tone were unnecessary and disappointing. There were also no price tags, and asking for prices resulted in vague responses. "It's Couture and expensive" In the end, I paid $50 to try on only a couple of dresses and left feeling rushed, limited, and discouraged. Curvier brides should be aware that the inclusivity and sensitivity you expect may not be what you experience here.

Well she was clearly irritated and then responded, call Jenny to do it as if that one cashier wasn't completely busy with a line full of people. She then instructed someone putting away clothes to assist with the jewelry and asked Jenny to handle my return. When Jenny came over to assist me, she was clearly not happy and was very short with me as if I disturbed her. But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.

They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.

The prices were less than expected and very affordable. And they pride themselves on not buying too many of the same thing. That way everyone in my town is not wearing the same blouse?! Genius.
