I stopped by here for the first time in years. It is a family-owned business that has been around for probably over 20 years. Everyone is extremely friendly (and still remembered me!) . They sell Indian clothes and jewelry, as well as offer threading services. Radhika takes appointments for threading and does it herself. Unfortunately, when I stopped by recently, she wasn't there. TLDR - DO NOT SHOP HERE, the owners will treat you like trash and clearly have comprehension issues, can't imagine how horrible doing business with them would be! Still in disbelief at the interaction I had here! My parents and fiancée were going all over the DMV shopping for clothes for my wedding (we all needed 3-4 outfits!). This was one of our last stops of the day, everyone was exhausted so I quickly ran in to check it out while they waited in the car. We had just gone to Patel Brothers so had 4 empty chai cups in the car that I wanted to throw away, so I took them to throw away before going in the store - but there wasn't a trash can to be seen on the whole strip. So I went in the store and said I didn't see any trash cans outside and asked if I can throw them away. Response - "we don't have any public trash cans". Ok so they're confused, I said that hey, I'm here to shop, I'm not just coming to throw this away. Again they go "we don't have any public trash cans" - I go "I know, I'm not looking for a public trash can, I want to shop and have people in the car coming into shop, I want to throw these away so I can shop" (both my hands were full! How can I look at stuff like that!). They said it AGAIN!!!! Once AGAIN I said HEY I'm here to SHOP, I came all the way here for this store, I want to look around without trash in my hands." This time the lady goes, "oh you can put it right there and pick it up when you go" (gestures to a table). W. T. F. I'm potentially going to spend literally thousands of dollars, and I can't throw my trash away?? It's not like I had spoiled chicken or old shrimp - it was literally empty cups!! I was like no thanks, I won't be shopping here and walked out. Super disappointing as I had planned out 2 full days of shopping going from store to store to find stuff for the 4 of us, and I was excited about going here because I read another review saying they hand a lot of chudas and kaleera - but oh well, I have no tolerance for unnecessary rudeness. Good luck with your empty store! We went to Bridal Bazaar in Dulles Town Center right after - it all worked out because they had amazing stuff and Ayesha was so helpful, nice, and attentive!! If we had wasted time looking at Shringaar's crappy looking stuff we wouldn't have gone to Bridal Bazaar, so to the rude couple at Shringaar - THANK YOU for being such rude jerks, we happily took our business elsewhere and spent $1600 (to start). Your loss! In the words of Julia Robert's - Big Mistake. HUGE!! *You may have seen this review on google reviews, I posted it there and the owner had the audacity to say: "We're a Boutique, not a trash can. Please take your trash somewhere else :)"* WOW. Since I can't respond there I'll do so here - that place was the sorriest excuse for a boutique I've ever seen, but seriously, can you not read? Do you *still* not understand that I WAS THERE TO SHOP AT YOUR "boutique"? I'm a young Indian woman with a giant rock on my finger, what did you think when you saw me? That I'm some hobo who came to this tiny strip mall, to your store to throw away chai cups? Or hey, she's the target customer! Honey please google me, I'm an attorney, was dressed well, and was wearing jewelry worth more than your entire "boutique", I'm not some random homeless person who you wouldn't expect to come in there - I am EXACTLY your target customer. I drove 45 min to get to you TO SHOP. TO SHOP. TO SHOP. Why is this so difficult for you to understand? Radhika is so super helpful. I needed a lengha for a wedding and she brought me the most beautiful gold and black lengha and made a recommendation for alterations as well. She helped me and my mom so amazingly and was super patient with us. I 100% would recommend anyone looking for a lengha to go to her. read more

Super helpful owners! If you value good customer service and attention, go here. Of the other boutiques in the area, they run a FAR better establishment. They did not hesitate to pull out pieces from all over their store to show us many options and listened to what we were looking for. Shringar Boutique saved me hours of time and effort!! Working with Radhika was awesome. She gave us such personalized attention and has a sharp eye for getting to know your style and your body and what she has in stock, and asking specific questions to get to know your style and preference, and matching them perfectly. The Indian clothing that I have are either worn out or aren't the best fit anymore. Also we just don't go to many Indian events anymore so my Indian wardrobe is not something that I am continually upkeeping. So, when we had to coordinate 3 outfits for the whole family for the sangeet, wedding and reception, I felt really overwhelmed. Looking on Yelp, we found Shringar Boutique with pretty good reviews. We went in and Radhika and her husband took care of us from start to finish. She especially impressed me with her ability to make me look decent in her bigger sizes and didn't make me feel badly about any of it. I was really grateful that she made it fun and enjoyable. They even had options for our toddler, and we got her a cute yellow salwar outfit. I was especially loving her Indo-Western selections such as the gaucho pants--there was a pair that were gold shimmery that would've looked good with any top. I'll have to go back as we pretty much blew our budget just on the wedding outfits. Radhika also threaded my eyebrows and did a great job. I noticed she had a lot of repeat clients come in for her threading services and she's super friendly and patient with everyone. I've been going to Radhika for years. I went to her as a recommendation from a doctor i worked for. She is the first person I tried treading with and after that I NEVER went back to waxing!! I definitely recommend this place. She is always so accommodating and she does an amazing job. I have to be honest and say I've cheated on her maybe a handful of times but only out of emergencies and I've regretted it each time!! If you need to get your eyebrows done... look NO WHERE else. I've shopped around quite a bit in the northern Virginia area and no one compares to Radhikas professionalism and price. I swear she has a PHD in the eyebrow department. She takes no longer than 2-5 mins to shape your eyebrows and for someone that has a very low tolerance for pain, she makes the whole experience so easy! Not sure why the previous reviewer would've gotten any sort of skin treatment here -- Radhika does threading all day, but I'm not aware of any other treatments they offer, and the space is far from big enough to handle anything else. Radhika must be good because she's booked every 15 minutes all day, every day for threading. It's in the middle of nowhere, but parking is free, and if you're in the area it's worth stopping. They have a decent selection of Indian clothes and kurtis, some low-end cosmetic jewelry, and movies and music. I bought a kurti there for a good price, and I got a ready-made lehnga top altered there for about $8. Their service is good, the people are nice -- bottom line, it's what you expect out of this type of little Indian clothing and accessories store. read more

Radhika is the best. I have been going here for a few years now. Simply put she is good at what she does. I have tried many other places and for me this was the best. She makes sure she gets all the unwanted hair off. I went to another place when I moved and my eyebrow shape would alter all the time, due to inconsistency. I have not had this problem with Radhika. RADHIKA IS AMAZING!!!! I'm very very VERY particular about my eyebrows. I used to get them waxed when I was in high school because my mother always took me. But then I moved on to waxing. Sonia's in Herndon (off Elden St. in KMart shopping center) makes my eyebrows too thick. New Look (right next door) doesn't even try to shape my brows, they just clean up the spare hairs and trim them. But then a friend suggested Shringar, and to request Radhika. I went there for the first time, and she pulled out an eyebrow chart and said "which eyebrow shape do you want" and she made them perfect. I've never been choosey about where I get my nails or hair done, but I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to go to anyone else but Radhika for my eyebrows. read more

Hello, This place is extremely bad and performing illegal facial services which are done by a lady who is not even licensed or have any credentials. My wife went in for some threading and a facial. There is a lady by the name of Radhika and some guy running this place. They are extremey unprofessional and rude, with zero customer service. This lady who was trying to perform facial works there illegaly part time and herself told my wife that she just came from India and is not licensed. She was trying to use non-sterilized needles on the face and ofcourse my wife stopped her. My wife asked the management to show her license and they flatly refused. My wife was pissed ofcourse and called 911 to file a complaint against this parlor for not having licensed services mainly facial. The 911 transferred the call to Sterling police station and a deputy was dispatched out to the parlor. The deputy came in and asked to check the licenses of the main parlor, which they ofcourse had and showed. But the lady who was performing the facial was already gone and ofcourse no license was shown on her. The deputy basically advised me to file a complaint online with Better Business Bureau organization (BBB.org). I will be filing a complaint with them in the next day and also with consumer affairs. I will also file a complaint with Health department for these people performing non-sterilized services which can cause many kinds of diseases. This place is a scam, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE, AND SIMPLY STAY AWAY!!! Hopefully this place will be shut down in the near future. The reason i am writing this on here is mainly for people to not get scammed or get hurt by their facial service by unlicensed individuals. read more

She is a master with many years of experience, works so amazingly fast it's practically painless, shapes my brows perfectly, and doesn't leave any cuts or red marks like others I've been to.
