We browsed the designer glasses, but despite being clearly interested, no one approached us. Meanwhile, two associates assisted a Korean couple and greeted a white woman. Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Necklaces are $75+ -Lehengas are $200+ -Tops are $15+ I looked at some of the ready-made blouses, however didn't purchase any because I needed to make sure they matched my current outfits. There are fewer customer service counters in each department. There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.

The jewelry sets and individual earring sets were very nice and decently priced compared to other boutiques in the mall. -Earrings are $14.99+ -Jewelry sets are $29.99+ I mostly looked at earrings and jewelry sets and had my eye on one of them. I was ready to buy the set, but needed to make sure it matches my outfit. Would I return? Definitely

Terrible alterations, terrible service, and zero accountability…read more Mohini ruined my wedding dress and then refused to make it right. First, I gave a budget of $500 and was sold a dress that cost nearly $1,000 while trusting staff to respect my budget. Red flag #1. The dress needed alterations to the chest and sleeves. What I received back looked unfinished, with visible white fabric, gaps in the beading, and obvious flaws in the design. Mohini's defense is that I signed a form authorizing alterations. That's absurd. Signing off on alterations is not signing off on shoddy workmanship. No reasonable customer expects a wedding dress alteration to leave exposed fabric and missing decorative details. The zipper disaster is what ultimately ruined my wedding. About a week before my ceremony, I took the dress out of the garment bag as instructed and discovered that although the dress fit, the zipper separated when zipped. I immediately called Mohini and was told to bring it in. I drove nearly two hours to the store the next day, only to find out nobody was available to repair it. Had I been told that on the phone, I would not have made the trip. At that point my wedding was only five days away. I had no choice but to leave the dress and return again. Mohini repaired the zipper and called me the following day, but I couldn't make it before closing. My fiancé eventually picked it up for me. When I tried it on the morning of my wedding ceremony, it no longer fit. The replacement zipper had made the bodice significantly smaller. The result? I couldn't wear my wedding dress. I had to wear a simple cotton dress for my ceremony, cancel my photographer, and wear a navy dress for my reception. After the wedding, I requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, management dodged me and argued in circles. They repeatedly insisted that "replacing a zipper wouldn't change the size of the dress." Whether it should have or not is irrelevant--the dress fit before their repair and didn't fit afterward. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've ever had. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. There are plenty of other bridal shops in the same mall. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.
