So after 3 months of them being there there was only two sold and they wouldn't give me my money because they said I could've left them there longer however I was contracted to pick them up. So, never again! Total rip off! Take them to Wear it Again Kid! Or sell them your self on line.

I called in and spoke to a very nice sales lady she agreed that for the price at their consignment shop it shouldn't fall apart in 3 days. She very appropriately said she would have the manager call back to not credit my account but to provide a store credit to buy other items. I felt that it would be fine. Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me. I would say I'm hesitant to return and if I do I would not buy any luxury/designer handbags... Only I terms maybe under $30-40 dollars or whatever you are willing to gamble with. Wish they could have provided better service.

After several visits, I'm finally compelled to write a review…read more The good: The clothes here are reasonably (I think) priced and they have an excellent selection. My wife and I can always find the most adorable outfits without having to really break the bank. Although we are huge fans of outlet stores, we haven't really noticed any difference in quality or price of this outlet and its regular stores. The bad: The staff here could use some help with customer service. Our last visit was on a weekday afternoon -- the tumbleweeds were blowing around in the parking lot if you know what I mean. There were two or three staff members present at the store which was fine, but they didn't seem too bothered by us or any of the other customers in the store. Don't get me wrong, I really dislike pushy salespeople. But if you don't even greet people as they come in or ask if they need something when you're walking within five feet of them something is wrong! After my wife and I had picked out some adorable outfits, we were ready to check out. Lo and behold there was not a single staff member on the entire sales floor! I get that it's a slow afternoon, but that doesn't mean you can drop the ball on the simple stuff like customer service! Three out of five because the selection is the only saving grace here!

However, today I had a terrible experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Leesburg Premium Outlets. I went in to purchase three kids' puffers, priced at $29.99 each. When I mentioned that I might resell them, the store manager, Briana Milton, completely changed her attitude towards me. Her tone became rude and dismissive. She told me she would not sell me the three items and that I could only buy one. When I questioned why, she gave me a customer service number to call, even though she knew it was for online purchases only, which customer service later confirmed. To make matters worse, she mocked me afterward, asking why I didn't give her the phone to speak to the representative--knowing full well that the representative had no intention of speaking with her. I understand store policies, but the way I was treated as a client was unacceptable. I have never encountered such cruelty from a store manager. I shop at this outlet weekly, visiting many different stores, and have never been treated with such disrespect. This experience has changed my entire perception of the Ralph Lauren brand, and I no longer want to shop in any of their stores after this. Briana Milton did eventually sell me one item, but she didn't put her name on the receipt--likely because she knew how rude she had been and was afraid of a complaint. This level of treatment is not something I would expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to other loyal customers.

Of course, once her ears were pierced, she cried a bit because of the pain, but then we found out they had pierced the wrong earrings. While the staff was very apologetic and did give us a gift certificate for the correct earrings to replace within 6 weeks, it still did not make up for how traumatic the experience was for my daughter. I really feel the staff should have confirmed with us one last time which earrings were being used before piercing her ears.
