Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me. I would say I'm hesitant to return and if I do I would not buy any luxury/designer handbags... Only I terms maybe under $30-40 dollars or whatever you are willing to gamble with. My wife and I can always find the most adorable outfits without having to really break the bank. Although we are huge fans of outlet stores, we haven't really noticed any difference in quality or price of this outlet and its regular stores. The bad: The staff here could use some help with customer service. Our last visit was on a weekday afternoon -- the tumbleweeds were blowing around in the parking lot if you know what I mean. There were two or three staff members present at the store which was fine, but they didn't seem too bothered by us or any of the other customers in the store. Don't get me wrong, I really dislike pushy salespeople. But if you don't even greet people as they come in or ask if they need something when you're walking within five feet of them something is wrong! After my wife and I had picked out some adorable outfits, we were ready to check out. Lo and behold there was not a single staff member on the entire sales floor! When I mentioned that I might resell them, the store manager, Briana Milton, completely changed her attitude towards me. Her tone became rude and dismissive. She told me she would not sell me the three items and that I could only buy one. When I questioned why, she gave me a customer service number to call, even though she knew it was for online purchases only, which customer service later confirmed. To make matters worse, she mocked me afterward, asking why I didn't give her the phone to speak to the representative--knowing full well that the representative had no intention of speaking with her. I understand store policies, but the way I was treated as a client was unacceptable. I have never encountered such cruelty from a store manager. I shop at this outlet weekly, visiting many different stores, and have never been treated with such disrespect. This experience has changed my entire perception of the Ralph Lauren brand, and I no longer want to shop in any of their stores after this. Briana Milton did eventually sell me one item, but she didn't put her name on the receipt--likely because she knew how rude she had been and was afraid of a complaint. This level of treatment is not something I would expect from a brand like Ralph Lauren. I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to other loyal customers.

The staff member said, "I grabbed the wrong one," and explained that switching them right away or re-piercing would hurt. While the staff was very apologetic and did give us a gift certificate for the correct earrings to replace within 6 weeks, it still did not make up for how traumatic the experience was for my daughter. I really feel the staff should have confirmed with us one last time which earrings were being used before piercing her ears. Now my daughter is stuck wearing earrings she does not even like, and I honestly do not know how I am going to convince her to come back in 6 weeks after such a bad experience. I love that they have a Wegmans here as well. Cobb Village 12 Cinemas is also located inside the Village. This is a great place to meet up with friends or to have a date night.

Parking situation, there are some spaces available between the stores on the street however there are a few garages where parking is plentiful. However figuring out the best way in or out I have yet to master when coming here. Stores there are a lot of shops here which gives this place an advantage over One Loudoun. One bit of fair warning we went on a rather hot and humid day and unfortunately when walking around there wasn't a lot of shade to walk into give you a bit of a break from the heat. There were some restaurants here but not as many as One Loudoun so they lose out in the advantage here. Overall I'd come back mostly to explore the shops more, with two teenagers in tow who aren't super into shopping I didn't want to belabor things. The one downside is that the shops are on a long corridor, so if you want to come to one particular place then trying to figure out where to strategically park to get in and out quickly could be an issue. Overall I was glad we decided to come here and I got the chance to check this place out a bit more.
