She proceeds to say "everything in the box is 75% off" and then continued chatting with her coworker. I was going to ask for a price check on the items but she seemed annoyed so I put the items back and walked out.. The store is clean and well organized for a children's clothing store, but their price signage is unclear and their customer service skills are non existent.

When it comes to quality the clothes seriously can take a beating and survive 100s of washes. The sizes seem always seems to be consistent and I haven't had any issues with them shrinking like other brands. All the outfits easily interchange with each other because the colors seem to work well and again are consistent across the sizes. Carters also has a great customer program but sadly you can't link your online account with your phone number account. :/ So you have to choose which way you're going to buy clothing and collect your Carters dollars which also work with OshKosh and SkipHop but only if purchased at the Carters store.

But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. Turns out my phone number was on the rewards account incorrectly so Shyanne was kind enough to have that fixed and had my points applied.
