LOVED the customer service but hate the $150 bras I went home with:( I was also hoping to get sized during my personal appt but the bras they offer don't have regular US sizes. Which is cool and a gem to find in out area because its different, but I'm just desperate to know what my bra size is! My husband got me a gIft card for $300 Last Christmas thinking I would stock up on a whole new underwear system. I left with only 2 bras and I hate the way they fit. It felt great at the time of trying them on, but wearing them in real life is the true check. They refused my returns because i wore them (totally get it) but it just makes my heart sad every time I see them hanging with my other bras. like $300 worth to hang there and we basically just look at them. I cant get my self to donate them cause they were so expensive. read more

I was in dire need of a new bra before leaving town. Loosing weight has made my size change often and BRA has made it so easy for me to purchase new bras. They have my size(s) on record and make the try on process easy peasy. It's worth every penny to have this personal service and quality bras that are comfortable and hold the girls! I stopped in Best Rack Around hoping to buy some pretty new bras. As a 28 year breast cancer survivor I had had my reconstructive surgery redone by an amazing plastic surgeon and wanted to celebrate my new and more natural look. I was not welcomed at BRA but was questioned immediately as to whether I was a customer then told that they too busy and I needed an appointment. WOW. I would have expected them to say something like "we're so sorry but...". Just rude and pompous. When I started to explain what I wanted I was told I needed the medical fitter. Can you imagine the bra a "medical" fitter with a pompous attitude would recommend. read more

I arrived a little early, there were no other clients in the store and two salesladies, and it seemed to bother one of the salesladies (later I learned was the owner) as the fitting rooms were being disinfected and needed time to 'dry out'. I explained that I knew I was early and would peruse the items in the front, so I would say it started off on the wrong foot and then I overheard the other saleslady telling the owner that she had to leave early, which left only the owner to manage the shop. Unfortunately for me, there was another appointment scheduled a 1/2 hour after the start of my appointment, which, when scheduled, was for a 45 minute appointment but only lasted 30 minutes, after this, it felt very rushed. Perhaps the owner should find out well in advance if an employee needs time off so they can block off appointments to avoid over booking. I was initially offered one style of underwire, which I liked and purchased, and two other underwire styles that weren't comfortable or practical (too much frill/trim on the straps). I tried on three styles of wireless, which didn't work. I was told that they didn't have a lot in my size as there is a delay in shipments coming from Europe due to Covid and was told to call back each week to check on the availability of bras that had come in as they receive weekly shipments. The problem with this, is that I don't have time to be constantly calling and running to Leesburg every weekend to try on bras since I work during the week. I was offered to try on $200+ bras, but that was over my budget. One other thing I noticed, is that I couldn't peruse the entire selection of bras as the store is small and only has the higher end bras, wedding lingerie, wedding dresses, sleepwear, loungewear, bathing suits, lingerie wash, jewelry, etc. in the front. The bras that were shown to me were from a room in the back that the saleslady would choose from. I was never asked what I was looking for in a bra, such as a daily bra, bra for a special occasion, sports bra for working out, colors, patterns, etc. Finally, when I was 'rushed' out of the store, the next appointment hadn't even shown up. NOTE: Due to Covid, all sales are final, no returns. The more I think about my experience, the more upset I get, as I was really looking forward to having a relaxed, professional fitting, and finding 4-6 bras to update my bra selection. I probably won't go back as a result of the overall experience. I've scheduled an appointment with Troussea in Vienna for next Saturday. read more

Wish I could give this business 10 stars. Every little thing about our experience fantastic. I've been fitted at Nordstrom's several times in the past and each time they have offered me multiple styles in one brand. While this expensive brand is pretty, it's just not the right fit for me. I finally had to give up in Nordstrom's and look elsewhere... So grateful that I found The Best Rack Around. Nanette provided half a dozen brands that she suggested for my body type. The result was that I had a number of goof fitting, comfortable bras to choose from! I also had my teenage daughter fitted for the first time, Nanette made the experience comfortable and fun for my girl.. My daughters smile on the way home was worth every penny spent!!! read more

In the past, I've visited bra boutiques with my mom and couldn't understand for the life of me why someone would pay so much money for a piece of material that no one else could see. 3 years and several hormones later, I've joined the busty committee, in need of a custom, good fitting bra. After a google search and wining about bra options, we came across B.R.A. and drove out to Leesburg where we were set up with a fitting immediately. Sue and Tiffany greeted us and introduced us to the store owner Nanette, where they all dedicated the next hour to measuring us and make us look good in our new fits. Their patience, honesty and knowledge with customers is a rare interaction but I am so glad that they made us feel comfortable( in more ways than one). While these bras may be a bit more costly than other bras, the investment is more than worth it. In fact, I'm pretty sure my posture has already gotten better. A few weeks ago I began looking for a new bra as my favorite has given out. I called B.R.A. and put the store through my "test"( European or American size, what brands, etc) because very few stores carry my size. I am a full figure woman (size 34H) and they were fully stocked with many colorful, beautiful choices. They even had lingere that worked for my body type. I would give them a 5/5 on the options alone but their service made me never want to shop at another location for a bra, panty, or lingerie ever again. I felt taken attended to, cared for, and valued as a customer and person. They even had me bring in my fiancé just to meet him as I was checking out since he was waiting in the car for a while. They took a normally very frustrating experience and turned it into a very positive one. By the end of the hour I felt like family, had and ego boost, and taken home several new bras. read more

I had heard such good comments about Best Rack Around so I decided to invest in a couple of new bras. I went in , without an appointment, and was fit in quickly between appointments. My salesperson seemed knowledgeable and I went with her advice. I trusted her expertise and went with the bras she brought out. She helped me adjust myself to look better in a bra but the bra is one cup size too big. I didn't realize this until I wore the bra a few days and saw how much extra space I have in my cups. I just checked the size and it's one size too big. Too late to return it so I am out $165 on bras that I don't like and are too big. I thought these saleswomen were the experts???? Every time I get fitted for new bras here they are so helpful and I always walk out feeling more confident and 10 pounds lighter ( seriously because when the girls are supported and have a good fit then everything else just fits better). The ladies here are the best, and so are the bras. read more

I am scared to leave a review,in case that horrible person who "helped" me can track me down. She wasn't in the mood to help me,was very rude when she asked me if I had perfume on,I did,she said in a very aggravated voice that I had to use wipes to get it off. If that's how she starts out the day,I don't want to see her in the afternoon. I know exactly what style of bra I want or need,she absolutely refused to listen,tried to sell me 10 different bras of another style "because that's a more youthful style" She was again irritated because I asked for something to lift,not to low cut and not an old lady bra. She kept in bringing the same style I didn't want and a $250 bra is not exactly in my budget.I was looking for a certain style at around $90. She pissed me off so bad,I almost threw on my cloths and left. Low and behold,she eventually brought a bra that she said would be terribly unflattering on me and she really didn't think it was for me. Uhmmm,it's the exact bra I wanted all along,it's great,lifts,not to low cut,smooth,black. What's so hard about that.I really hate it when sales people try and force something in me I don't like or want. This sales person was the rudest and most obnoxious,not in the mood to work person I have run acoss in many years. I have to say I was extremely pleasent,easy to get along with and patient.I as the customer should have a right to say that I do not like a certain style,but would like another.It did exist in that store,dont know why that extremely rude woman insisted I buy a style totally unappealing to me. Guess I will be trecking to Trousseau in Tyson's again because I am still traumatized by the horrible treatment I got there.I don't even want to wear the bra I bought because it brings back horrible memories. I guess I have no backbone to let that person treat me like that and I even bought something. I am mad at myself for staying,buying anything and have that woman treat me like that. If you're a breast cancer survivor, YOU MUST go to B.R.A. to be fitted. Nanette hand holds you through the fitting process. I just want to say that I stopped by this place and was just absolutely thrilled. First, the person that greeted me was so nice and helpful and explained the process. I have had bra fittings in the past, but not as nice as this one. She measured and picked out several bras. There was no pressure to buy. I walked out with three beautiful bras that FIT! They are actually comfortable and I don't feel like I am going to fall out of it or that the girls are not being supported. Also don't feel like my bra is riding up my back as the day goes along. European designed bras may be expensive, but are totally worth it. I would highly recommend a visit to this place. It will change how you wear and PUT on a bra. Thank you God for Nanette!! I'm in the third trimester of my pregnancy, and I was in immense back pain due to all of the changes happening to my body. I thought I was a 'tough' case, but nothing is too tough for Nanette!! She heard my comments and concerns, and we were able to find two bras that work for me! FINALLY! I don't want to run home after an hour, unbuckle my bra, and breathe - these bras work for me and what my body is currently going through! HOORAY!! My daughter and I had a fitting on a Saturday morning before her wedding. The ladies there went above and beyond to make sure we were fitted in our best size bra. Totally happy with the selections. Absolutely no pressure. Then we needed a specialty bra for my daughter's wedding dress. The owner sent the other employee down the street with us to view the bra that they had in stock under the dress to make sure they ordered the best option. They are ordering 4. I went to BRA for the first time yesterday. I walked in without an appointment (they do recommend scheduling with them if you need a fitting). Paige helped me with my first fitting, not awkward at all! Who knew I was wearing the wrong size all along! First she measured me and then Paige was very paitent as she brought in several styles of bras for me to choose from, from full coverage to sezy and whimsical. She even had me wear a fitted cami to see how the bras will look in clothes. After about an hour I walked out of there with two beautiful and very reasonably priced bras with another one on order. I'm wearing one right now and I have to say I feel great and for the first time I feel like I look good in my top, im standing straight with good posture, no more hunching over to "downplay". I absolutely cannot say enough good about Nanette and B.R.A. Came in this morning because it was LITERALLY the only day I had left between now and I when I have to go back to work. Also wanted to take advantage of the fact that 2 out of my 3 kids were NOT with me. I got to the store right as she was opening or the day and despite not having an appointment, she fit me and a friend in to her schedule. After explaining the process to us, Nanette got right to work and fit us both in several different bras. She told us why she was making the adjustments she made, asked us how the fit felt, pointed out the differences between bra styles and why certain brands/cuts felt different. Nanette told us what to look out for as the bras started to wear out/fit differently. Best Rack Around offers a teacher discount which we both were able to take advantage of. Nanette made sure to put notes in each of our files as to which brands fit us best and what we liked. This was a more than enjoyable experience and I will be going back again to complete my bra collection. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! Nanette and Sue went above and beyond any type of customer service, I have ever had for a shopping experience! My daughter and I arrived a few minutes before our appointment- we were greeted by both Nanette and Sue and taken back to the changing area. We were on a mission to find a bra for her homecoming dress. My daughter is a tough fit and these women worked together for 2 hours to find what would work best for her. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the selection, the care, the kindness, and the products that they sell. If you need a bra and honestly most women aren't wearing the right size anyways. I recently had my girls enhanced and now after years of not being able to find a bra small enough needed a bra that actually supported them. On a recommendation by my neighbor I checked out "Best Rack Around", the website highly suggested that I make an appointment for a proper fitting. I was really surprised when I called and she told me to expect the fitting to take at least 30 minutes. How long could it seriously take to measure and throw a few bras in my direction? Nanette Parsons, the owner, is amazing and she took her time to really make sure the bras fit well. She had me bring in a fitted t-shirt so she could make sure that they looked great underneath as well. The difference in a well fitted bra compared to the ill fitted ones that I brought at VS is amazing!. VS "measured" me for a 34C, Nanette fitted me for 30DDD and 30DD depending on the brand. My girls look amazing and the bras are cute and comfortable! This shop is totally worth checking out, your girls will thank you! read more
