This is a fairly new and super huge store. Curbside pickup has been great! I shop via app and pickup at my convenience. The staff is very quick to bring the food out and load into the car. On my last visit, the oddest thing happened, I bought Planters Party size nuts. I always check my list to make sure my items are complete BUT I didn't check the actual nuts can. When I was about to serve them, I noticed the there was no foil seal and 1/4 of the nuts were eaten. No, they were not eaten by my husband. So 2 weeks later in 2025, I walked in to the return desk and zip zap zoom, they took my return and gave me cash back. Awesome service. I wandered around this humongous store just shopping for useless items. Yes, we walked out spending $150, but that's just because everything is such a good value! The store was well organized and clean. Tips: go super early before the crowds come.

That's the bummer while shopping on a trip. These outlets are probably better if you have a particular store in mind or just want to get some steps in while shopping. All modern looking for very reasonable prices! The latest visit to this shopping center was on Thursday, 12/11/2025. It wasn't too crowded since it was a weekday and it was also freezing cold! In addition to the holiday things, you can also find everything else a typical Marshall's carries. There's toys, some furniture, shoes, clothes for the whole family and everything else in between. While this Marshall's was packed with shoppers, the line to check out moved very quickly, since they had a cashier working at every register.

Layout internally is a bit of a mess, had to ask staffers to find what I needed (the pharmacy stuck in the middle there is a bit off-putting, it's better designed at other locations). The self-checkout line was long, but moved reasonably at a clip as they had a staffer standing there to help. Parking lot is a bit messy to get in/out of.

I waited over 20 minutes in the electronic department along with another gentleman waiting for anyone to help us. After walking over to guest relations and finding out only one singular person had the keys to the whole area and they weren't able to be located, I left. The fact that I wasted gas and drove over 20 minutes to get here to wait another 20 before even speaking with someone is so disappointing. If all I needed were to ask a question I'd just google it, driving here and then leaving empty handed simply because only one person had a set of keys, who was missing, is embarrassing.

Honestly, we have just had it with poor customer service and being treated with no kindness or respect in all customer service fronts. People want the customer to act a certain way but won't show the same energy. Done with that at this point. Be kind or expect to lose sales and civility. Our family will not shop at Kohls any more and I'll use my platform to inform about my experience there.

They have a nice variety of dinning and entertainment options. To name a few: 5 tara, Bean Bar, Bon Chon, Bowlero, Atomic Trampoline Fun Center, Luv2Play, BurgerFi, ChefScape, Flame Kabob, Firebirds, eggspectation, Noku, Plaza Azteca, noodles & company, Fractured Prune Doughnuts, The Conche, Vino Bistro, Travinia Italian Kitchen, etc. There are new stores popping up as well, check out their website for updates. I love that they have a Wegmans here as well. Cobb Village 12 Cinemas is also located inside the Village. This is a great place to meet up with friends or to have a date night.

Parking situation, there are some spaces available between the stores on the street however there are a few garages where parking is plentiful. However figuring out the best way in or out I have yet to master when coming here. Stores there are a lot of shops here which gives this place an advantage over One Loudoun. One bit of fair warning we went on a rather hot and humid day and unfortunately when walking around there wasn't a lot of shade to walk into give you a bit of a break from the heat. There were some restaurants here but not as many as One Loudoun so they lose out in the advantage here. Overall I'd come back mostly to explore the shops more, with two teenagers in tow who aren't super into shopping I didn't want to belabor things. The one downside is that the shops are on a long corridor, so if you want to come to one particular place then trying to figure out where to strategically park to get in and out quickly could be an issue. Overall I was glad we decided to come here and I got the chance to check this place out a bit more.
