Don't judge me because this is one of my first stops in 2025! I don't like going into the actual building to pickup household items so I do curbside pickup. This is a fairly new and super huge store. Curbside pickup has been great! I shop via app and pickup at my convenience. The staff is very quick to bring the food out and load into the car. On my last visit, the oddest thing happened, I bought Planters Party size nuts. I always check my list to make sure my items are complete BUT I didn't check the actual nuts can. When I was about to serve them, I noticed the there was no foil seal and 1/4 of the nuts were eaten. No, they were not eaten by my husband. So 2 weeks later in 2025, I walked in to the return desk and zip zap zoom, they took my return and gave me cash back. Awesome service. I wandered around this humongous store just shopping for useless items. Yes, we walked out spending $150, but that's just because everything is such a good value! I am usually not a Walmart person, find them a bit dirty, unorganized, etc. This fairly new one in Leesburg is the exception. Large, clean, great selection and prices on many many products. Only knock might be that many of the self-service machines are always down, creating a line. I stop by once a week or so, stock up on the home basics. read more

This is now my wife's favorite mode of shopping. She goes online and I go to the super center. Going at this hour is now the best time. Only one other car besides me. Fast and easy. Staff was very responsive. Using the app served as a great way to have them track my arrival. read more

After waiting for an hour to exchange a car battery with two years of warranty left on it, and three men trying to figure out how to work the machine in order to show that the battery did not work, which it didn't, I was told I needed a receipt for the original purchase from 2023. Pick-up was a nightmare. I sat for 45 minutes and had to get out of my car twice for someone to help me. The man I spoke to told me "one minute" twice, holding up his middle finger to show. Trying to casually flip me off as if I'm dumb and wouldn't realize. None of the staff were helpful and just stared at me as I tried to get someone to talk to me and help me. I couldn't believe how inefficient and disrespectful of peoples time these employees were. I warn you to NOT EVER use the pick-up line if you have somewhere to be. Had the oil changed in my Audi; left and drove approximately 5 miles and noticed oil spewing on windshield and the smell of oil coming through the vents. Stopped, raised the hood and found the oil cap was missing. Called the store, was told the auto manager would bring me a oil cap and oil. No one came so I called back and was told after viewing the video, they determined the tech did put the cap on (but did he tighten it?). Asked to speak with a manager. The female manager who spoke with me was extremely rude and said it was my fault and that Walmart would not do anything to help me. No only was she rude, but she would not allow me to speak - cutting me off in mid-sentence. If there was a -100 rating, that's what I would give them. They took my money for the oil change, then I had to purchase a new oil cap and two quarts of oil to replace the oil I lost after driving 5 miles. I was stranded, with no transportation and had to uber to the local auto parts store to pick up the oil cap and oil. I don't think I was being unreasonable: all I wanted was someone from Walmart to bring me an oil cap and oil to replace what I lost due to their negligence. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. My advise to anyone thinking about using this facility to get an oil change - FORGET IT!!!!! read more

I was excited about this Walmart opening as the "old" Walmart was quite small and had very limited grocery options. Well, I keep waiting for the experience to get better but it doesn't. From day one they had had chronic problems keeping the shelves stocked. Now combine that with the employees walking around with headphones in shopping for grocery pick-up blocking the isles and blocking access to the shelves oblivious to anything around them it lends to an unpleasant shopping experience. I visit this location less and less. I will say it is one of the best spots to catch sunset though. read more

I came to the Walmart Auto Center to have my wife's vehicles tires replaced. I had to set an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance. On the day of service as I'm driving to the Compass Creek location, I notice that the cars tail light warning had alerted. i checked in the car on time, and also found the bulb in stock in the store. As I waited 5-6 minutes for the Auto employee to get the key for the bulb I read on their menu that they install bulbs at $10 each. I only needed one installed. Whwn I asked could they do that also--and I would pay the fee--I was told "No, we only do tires and oil changes". Mind you my vehicle had not been pulled into a bay yet, I told the employee that it says on your menu board that this was a service they offered. He goes into the shop comes back 2-3 mins later and then tells me they cannot do it because there isn't enough time. The only available appointment for my vehicle was 6:00pm and the location closes at 7:00pm. my car was the last appointment of the day, but they "didn't have enough time" to do the $10 job. This is infuriating. This isn't the first time that this location has let me down in the last few months, but this was sad enough for me to write a review. Premium Hot Wheels have not seen the shelf for over a year. Hot wheel cases show up half empty. Most of the Hot Wheels are being stolen by the employees out the back door. Management is aware and stated they have no idea what to do. If you are a collector do not waste your time this Walmart is a den of thieves. Probably needs new management. read more

Updated review... I always try to make it right when a company makes it right for me! After speaking to 3 different customers service people who had varied solutions... I spoke to JEFF whose supervisor agreed to refund all the doubled items EVEN though they did not want me to return them to the store due to the Corona Virus. Some of the items that I won't be able to use before they expire, I will be donating to the school that I work at. I feel bad about receiving double the items for FREE and was happy to return them... but I understand their policy due to the virus. I never expected such a complete and totally satisfying solution to come about. They could not have satisfied me more. That's the Walmart I know and (now) still love. Some of the exchanged items I was fine with, others I didn't want so I made my selections appropriately. At the correct time, I went to get my groceries. They were very polite and loaded the car. I was asked if I had two orders and I assumed it was the few items I, added so I said yes. No one presented me a receipt, even though my original totals was adjusted. Apparently... they assume you will get it online. Once I got home and opened my trunk... I was in shock! THEY DOUBLED EVERYTHING IN THE ORDER! 4 gallons of milk, 2 sets of eggs, 2 loaves of break. So I called the customer service number and I got someone who did not have clear English that I had to ask to repeat herself 4 times. She looked up my order and said that everything WASN'T doubled... just MOST of it so I now had to empty my entire car of groceries to see what exactly was doubled! Imagine going up the stairs of a townhouse with bad knees with DOUBLE the groceries to have to go back down the stairs to put 1/2 of it back in your car to drive it back to the store! But that wasn't all... all of the items that I said "No" to as replacements were all in the bags AS WELL! Buyer beware... Walmart it great... YES! I checked in around 8 am on the 16th September of 2024 at the auto-center for oil change Leesburg Walmart. After 3 hrs waiting I was told to wait another "few hours" as they claim to give services for scheduled customers. Scheduled services should be at specific time, and people come early to save time and so I left without getting the service I needed for my car. Somebody has to complain for not getting service even with having appointment and yet we witnessed favourism! SAD! read more

So this is my local Walmart and I love it. I'm a Walmart girl so I'm here almost weekly. Okay okay. Almost daily. The vegetables are usually fresh and the grocery section is well stocked. I do 90% of my grocery and home shopping here. The associates aren't the friendliest but honestly I wouldn't be either if I worked at Walmart. I've never had any major issues here and there's also a subway inside in case you're hungry. This place would be perfect if they were open 24 hours. Lol read more

This supercenter is amazing! Very organized and the staff go out of their way to make sure they assist you.

Checked into the Tire Center at 3:30pm on December 11th, being told that the person working the counter was leaving at 4pm which meant one of the two Service Techs would be leaving the garage to then cover the counter. After a 3 hour wait I was told they did not have the needed socket to remove my lug nuts and therefore could not replace my tire. I waited for 3 hours for NOTHING!!! Perhaps if they were appropriately staffed, so much of my time would not have been wasted. read more

This review is only for their drive-thru pick up service, just because I haven't actually been in the store. We've only been twice, but it's been amazing both times. I wish all Walmart stores had this!! I have found that once I place an order, it takes about 3-4 hours before it is processed and ready to pick up (opt for the text updates so you know immediately when it's ready!). They hold your order for you for up to 7 days, otherwise it's fully refunded back to your card. Pick up hours are 8am to 8pm. Check-in before you're on your way so they can supposedly ready your items for you for faster pickup. (It's a simple click on the app, or follow the link in the text or email notification). Two things that I wish were better: 1. There needs to be a better system in place for check-in. There are quite a few lanes for pick up, and there's no way for the store associates to know who came first, who has been helped, and who is still waiting. There are ill-placed signs that prompt you to call when you get there, but both times when we called nobody bothered to pick up and it went to an answering machine. We sat there waiting and hoping that we wouldn't be skipped over. Luckily we weren't! But there was a lady a few lanes down that looked upset that she hadn't been helped, and we pointed our guy her way after he was done helping us. 2. I wish there were more things available for pickup. Not all items are available for pick up, even if the store may have it in stock. It seemed pretty new (or at least new to me) so hoping in time they work the kinks out. read more

Really nice, clean and new, but - while we tried to eliminate our multiple store weekend grocery shopping to the new Wally-world, we just didn't like it as much. Great prices as always, closely beating out Wegmans, Giant and even Costco on some items, but the issues noted below are just not worth it. As everything is new to us, we stopped in the bakery to ask where an item was - of the three workers we asked, all three couldn't understand English. They were very friendly though and went into the back to get someone else. Some items were already missing and not restocked. When we went to checkout, all the larger self scan checkout lanes were not operating, thus we stood in the regular line and have never seen someone scan so slowly. For about $90 in groceries, it took the lady 17 minutes - painfully slow, slow, slow. We will come back for normal Walmart items, but not our regular weekend grocery shopping. read more

I am writing a review in regards to the bakery dept. I ordered a unicorn theme birthday cake for my daughter online on October 19th for November 2nd pick-up after 9 am. I received the email confirmation and everything. November 2nd comes and it's 12 pm and I have not received a call or email in regards to my cake being ready for pick-up. I decided to call and follow up and I was not pleased at all. First off, nobody answered the phone. It rang several times and got to the point that I kept calling back trying different dept. extensions just to get to the bakery dept.I finally go a hold of a lady who had trouble understanding me. I told her I was calling in regards to my cake and she proceeded to me that I needed to call with at least 48 hours in advance and I informed her I placed my order online weeks prior. She stated that they could not find my order using the order number or my name, but meanwhile, I received the email confirmation. At this point, I was highly upset b/c it's the day of my daughter's birthday celebration and now I don't have a cake. I asked if they could make it on the spot, and she said the baker does not work on Saturdays and that Saturday cakes are done on Friday. I was truly upset and began to yell and demanded to speak with a manager; this was another long ass wait of over 15-20 minutes and I had other things to do for my daughter's celebration so I hung up. Luckily, my sister-in-law came to the rescue while and purchased a cake from Wegmans and decorated it, and the only thing that mattered was that my princess was happy with how all turned out. I did go back to Walmart and complained in person to the manager, which he seemed nice enough to take down my info and was not happy with how it turned out. He said I would receive a call back but I have not received anything yet. Also, for what it was worth, I believe the Wegmans cake came out much better! I used to shop at Target and would occasionally visit the old Walmart across the street. I have since then stopped shopping at Target (new layout isn't efficient and their produce selection is very limited) and only go to the new Walmart now. The store is well laid out and fairly clean and the workers are actually quite friendly, except for one crotchety old lady at the customer service desk. The selection is great and I always leave with the items I went looking for. I also love using the Walmart app to pick up my groceries and other necessities. I only wish that they had a Primo water refill station. read more

Me what really got me was that they had stuff for sale that expired in April I should've looked at the date I didn't think they would have so many items that had expired of the same item I bought a whole bunch of pumpkin granola bars That expired in April. Also it's not legal for them to check your receipt as you're leaving the store there's laws against that. read more

I placed an order for ten of those. Instead, they sold them in store and just canceled my order. DO NOT get your tires mounted and balanced here. I paid $77 for them to mount them only for them to be out of balance. (Pics show yellow dot is not lined up with the valve as they're supposed to be) I relied on them because I'm driving 6.5 hours to North Carolina. After discovering the huge vibrating issue on the road, I called this Walmart and spoke to the manager, and they refused to fix the issue they caused, conveniently blamed it on me and an alignment issue which the vibration never happened before. They were very rude, inconsiderate and tried to find any reason to blame it on us. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund for their mistake. This review is for the Auto Care center in Walmart. I went to this walmart to get my tires rotated. Simple task right? I arrived early Saturday morning and was the first in line. One of the guys working there came out to take my info. on what I was wanting done and take my keys. Good so far. So everything goes downhill from this point on. I arrived at 8am. The guy working the counter said he didn't have a technician yet because he was late. 8:30 a.m. and the technician (Kazi) shows up. Finally, he pulls my car into the bay. I'm standing at the window to watch the process. This guy takes 20 minutes to remove lugs nuts from one wheel. It is so infuriating watching this guy work on a car. Finally he gets all the wheels off the car and decides to have a 15 minute chat with a co-worker. I'm still standing at the glass watching them chit-chat. They finally stop talking and the technician (Kazi) finally gets back to my car. I've been there since 8 a.m. and its now 9:15 a.m. for a tire rotation. So he puts on three of the four wheels back on my car. The front passenger wheel is leaning against the front of my car. Kazi is on the other side now lowering my car down. I see what is happening and I am banging on the window to get his attention. I am slamming my fist on the glass and he finally looks up and sees me pointing at the front of my car. By this time he already lowered the car down all the way and the front brake rotor is now supporting the weight of the car. He realized what he did and quickly raised the car back up. I am furious and I immediately go tell the counter guy what I just witnessed. The guy at the counter just said that Kazi was not supposed to be working in the bay alone. These workers in the auto center have no aspiration of doing a good job. I finally pay the bill and Kazi is test driving my car. I'm standing outside waiting for him to park. He gets out to tells me that he didn't do any damage to my car from not putting the wheel back on when he lowered it completely. I wish somebody at Walmart would actually take these reviews seriously and fix these issues that seem to be very common at this location. read more

This place is a joke! Two days in a row I attempt to get my oil changed. Day one I get signed in with no one in front of me, I go do my shopping, return a hour later. Car hasn't moved, new person at the counter. She says my car shows "pending" in the system for some reason, she has no clue, the guy that helped me is on break. She figures out that they needed to know what change I wanted. I went over all this with the first guy! Why not call me? You have my number! Or page me in the store! Well I attempt to leave but now they can't find my keys. 15 mins later they find my keys, I ask to talk to a manager, 20 mins later nobody comes to talk to me. I leave! Next day I try again. Takes them 20 mins to get the guy in front of me into the system. They keep making him go to his car for info. Mileage? VIN? Tag? Wtf aren't you suppose to go out and get that info with your little scanner? Train your employees! What a mess! read more
