At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! They have a wonderful selection of Indian clothes (mostly lehengas) and jewelry. They have other items ranging from ready-made blouses, Short tops, men's clothing, sarees. -Necklaces are $75+ -Lehengas are $200+ -Tops are $15+ I looked at some of the ready-made blouses, however didn't purchase any because I needed to make sure they matched my current outfits. Would I return? Definitely

I had a wonderful experience at the store. Zakaa and her team truly helped my friend and I with…read moreboth our dresses. My friend and I went to several stores/boutiques and experienced the grueling act of trying on dress after dress only to find overpriced bad quality dresses or nothing at all. My friend purchased a dress she felt was "a steal" because she was told it was designer and loved it. Afterwards they added so many charges for every little item that she left with her dress trying to think of solutions. We found ZAKAA and found their atelier was on site - the designer helped my friend to rework her dress into what she wanted and when we got there we realized just how much she got ripped off when we compared her "designer" dress to ZAKAA's beautiful gowns. My friend could have purchased 2 customized dresses by a real designer than what she left with from this other store. ZAKAA even worked in an alteration package for my friend which let me tell you NO ONE would ever do especially for a dress that isn't theirs! She came up with money saving plans and work to make this dress my friend's dream dress. She literally took a piece of fabric dress that didn't even have boning into a masterpiece! Another upside to this experience was when it was my turn to purchase a dress I knew exactly where to go. I was able to put together a customized dress with the designer and have a packaged alternation deal, flat price for everything, that was VERY fair based on the insane amounts others quoted us. And don't let the front fool you, there's more items in the back as well! Thank you Zakaa and team

When I arrived, I was the second customer in the store, yet there was only one robe, which already made the experience uncomfortable and exposed. Muna, my consultant, was amazing -- kind, patient, and truly the only reason I considered purchasing a gown. I'm 5'2" and a size 16-18, and only two dresses fit me. She handled me with grace and made me feel comfortable. While I was deciding on a $1,550 dress and $450 veil, the owner made 2 comments that didn't sit with me well regarding the dress "It's your size and there aren't many options in your size," and then, as I stepped aside to make a phone call, added, "I need to know what you're going to do because I have to write this up." The pressure and tone were unnecessary and disappointing. There were also no price tags, and asking for prices resulted in vague responses. "It's Couture and expensive" In the end, I paid $50 to try on only a couple of dresses and left feeling rushed, limited, and discouraged. Curvier brides should be aware that the inclusivity and sensitivity you expect may not be what you experience here.

We were disappointed that the Adidas store wasn't opened yet. Also, that almost all of the vending machines were empty. I'd rather there be two paths or a circle so I didn't feel like I was backtracking. It was also close to 100 degrees in April, so that was unexpected. There were lots of stores here and I checked out what they had, but nothing caught my fancy that was worthy enough to try and figure out how to pack to get home. That's the bummer while shopping on a trip. These outlets are probably better if you have a particular store in mind or just want to get some steps in while shopping. They have a random selection of Indian clothes, mostly western wear and and jewelry. The western clothing didn't really grab my attention, it looked a little outdated. There is a small selection of short tops and fancy dresses at the front of the store. The jewelry sets and individual earring sets were very nice and decently priced compared to other boutiques in the mall. -Earrings are $14.99+ -Jewelry sets are $29.99+ I mostly looked at earrings and jewelry sets and had my eye on one of them. I was ready to buy the set, but needed to make sure it matches my outfit. Would I return? Definitely

I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. It still stands strong at Dulles Town Center. There…read moreis plenty of uncovered parking available, on the lower level, as well as upper level. There are fewer customer service counters in each department. There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.

Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me.
