I purchased several pairs of trousers and a suit, which I left with the store for alterations. When I returned to collect my order, the manager who had originally assisted me was no longer employed there. A different manager presented me with items that did not match my original selections in size, style, or color. When I raised this concern, I was told that the garments were my selections and could not be returned because they had already been customized. However, the alterations themselves were incorrect. Several of the trousers did not fit properly, and some could not even be zipped. I demonstrated these issues to the new manager and clearly explained that the measurements, styles, and colors were inconsistent with what I had purchased. Unfortunately, the matter was handled without the level of professionalism, accountability, or customer care one would reasonably expect from a premium clothing retailer. I subsequently contacted the company's headquarters, hoping for a fair and meaningful resolution. Instead, I was directed back to the same store manager about whom I had complained. This response did not address the substance of my concerns and left me with the impression that the company lacked an effective process for independently reviewing customer complaints. Another significant concern is the apparent frequency of management turnover at this location almost every month. During my experience, it was difficult to speak with the same person twice, making continuity and accountability nearly impossible. Customers should be able to rely on the store to maintain accurate records of purchases, alterations, and prior conversations, regardless of staffing changes. After making multiple trips to the store and spending considerable time attempting to resolve the issue, I ultimately left with two pairs of trousers that remained unsatisfactory. One had not been cuffed, while the other was an entirely different size. Although I had paid for alterations, I was denied a refund on the basis that the return period had expired. In my view, that explanation was unreasonable because the alterations I paid for had either not been completed or had been performed incorrectly. To make matters worse, one of the pairs of trousers I initially received later tore during normal use, raising additional concerns about product quality. This experience involved incorrect merchandise, improper alterations, poor complaint handling, repeated inconvenience, and a lack of meaningful accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Very few ties to select from in the store. But what I was very unpleased with was they did not have any means to taylor the suit after I purchased it . They suggested that I use a taylor in another competing shop ( Modern Suit & Dress) in the same outlet mall. So I went to the other shop to get the tailoring done and the price was $190 which I thought was pretty high, but the problem was a lot of work had to be done on the pants because Hugo Boss was unable to sell me the right size. They do not sell separates in suits so I was kind of stuck with a jacket that fit and pants that did not and I paid the price to get the tailoring done. I was able to buy a white shirt at the Modern Suit & Dress shop. I looked around their shop and they had some very nice suits there. I wish I had shopped here first , maybe next time. My issue with Hugo boss is I don't understand how they can sell suits without tailoring. The suits that they sell the pants are not even hemmed. I won't shop here again.

My experience was much better this past Sunday than it was almost two years ago. While I didn't…read morecatch (and don't think I was told) the names of those working, everyone was friendly and helpful and made recommendations. The store had their doors open to let in the 60 degrees and sunshine on the last Sunday of February. The layout was clean, and the clothes were presented in the typical minimalist fashion that is Theory. I loved the updated collection, which was presented in coordinating sections. Items similar in material and color were presented together. In terms of purchasing, I usually go for dresses from Theory because it's easy and pairs well with items I already own. I tried on a couple but none stood out. On my way out, I decided I wanted to look for straight leg pants and asked for help in identifying them. After trying on the Rosel, I fell in love. It also helped that I agreed with the associates' assessments that I looked good in them. They made my 5'9 frame look leaner and longer, and it helped that an associate, maybe she was the manager, brought me heels to jack me up and make my silhouette stand out even more. I ended up getting a suit jacket to match, and again the associate who helped me and rung me up, helped here. She identified that the two button jacket looked better on me and helped with drawing attention to my small waist. The crowds started to build at Theory while I was there to the point that there was a line for the dressing room, but the associates kept things moving and tried to help when they could. During the checkout, I noticed an issue with the pants and got another 10% knocked off of them. They also had a section that I believe was 70% off but at that point, it was slim pickings in sizes, colors, and offerings. Everything else was 40% off the tag, which seems to include new arrival items. They also had leather bags for sale, which I didn't know they sold. Anyway, I walked out ever more confident that I finally own a real power suit.
