Great selection, but man it can be a lot! Typically I walk in, go through all the rows and come out with nothing. Or I spend a lot of time on the website and purchase nothing. But I had gift cards to burn and it was the end of the year with 50% already reduced items. And I needed shoes! I actually did really well. I went for comfort this time and purchased two pairs of Clark's and another comfy Euro dress shoe. Service was really good. The salespeople working and tidying up, each asked if I was finding everything ok, or they told me about the 50% off clearance sale. Nice store, organized, and the people working there actually spoke to their customers! I will return.

She also gave me an extra 15% off coupon to use for an in-store purchase. I've already bought (3) new pair since the return. All fit great with no need of return. I love the rewards program, the birthday dollars, the free shipping, the clearance items, the ease of use with the on-line app, the sizes and colors, the prompt service, etc. But I keep coming back because I know they'll always work with me when I make a purchase and change my mind. After finding several pairs of shoes I was interested in - I saw there were none out on the shelves in my size - so I asked for help. A young man came over to help me - I told him which three pairs I was interested in - 11.5 Wide. So he says to me: 10.5 Wide - right? No. I reiterate I want 11.5 Wide. He goes in the back and comes out with a pair in 10.5 Wide for one style, and 11.5 Wide in another. No - please - listen to me! I'm not sure what this kid's problem was, but he tells me no more shoes in that size. I try on the one that he did bring out in 11.5 Wide - Bingo! They fit and are comfortable! So I find another pair I want them to check on - this time I am not interacting with Einstein, I find a pleasant young lady named Kelly to help me. She checks - and no - nothing is available. So she then rings me up. Not sure if I would go back here unless the selection in sizes gets better.

We are glad this shop was open as about 12% of stores at the Leesburg outlets were closed. Some appeared to be due to staffing. Vans was open with 3 or 4 people in there and it got busy with customers around 7:30. When we came into the store we got a hello from a young man we would later learn is Kai and offered if we needed help to let him know. He went back twice to help look for classic slip-ons. They didn't have one of the kids sizes so he brought out an alternative laced up version. He also went back later to look for two Viper/Desert sizes for the kids as well as see if they had a 13 or 14. He did tell me that the 13s are limited but would look, which was nice. These were sold out online, as well, I would later find. It was nice that he would go back and check. The young lady at the checkout was really sweet and helped us as well as gave advice on the aerosol versus spray protection. Our kids will stain these shoes in a hot minute but if we can stave it off a few hours or days, it's worth it. She had mentioned that customers liked the aerosol can versus the pump spray.

I purchased a holiday dress online for pickup in your store close to me. I went today and didn't…read moreknow what your store clerk needed in order to bring me my purchase. She said something; I didn't hear her, and she rudely said "name". She brought out the item, asked if I wanted to try on, to which I replied "yes". The dress was in a size small. When I came out to the front of the store to ask her opinion, she confirmed the dress was too large on top. She did go to the rack and pulled out a medium, and when I said I had tried on the small, she said "we don't have any extra small". No offer to get from another store, which is fine, I stated I would look around. I didn't find anything for a party to my liking, and let her know I'd like to return the item. She replied that it "would be easier just to cancel the order". I asked if I would receive anything in store to confirm that, and she said "no, I don't have paperwork here and you'll see a credit". I was a little uneasy to leave without proof of a transaction, so I stayed to check my email and did in fact receive a cancellation notice. I left her know, she acknowledged with no further conversation. This woman was tall and skinny with reddish blonde hair with a British or some other sort of accent. I believe I have encountered her before at the store. Not a great look for a company shutting down stores. The best store was at Fairfax Corner, which you closed.

Ooooo…read more.. I love this place! Their clothes are so pretty and most of their materials are very nice. Can we please discuss their decorations for a second! Ugh... Love at first site!!!! I want this store to be my closet! I was their fitting rooms to be my get away place to just relax and feel fab! The staff were very nice and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. If you're looking for cheap then this is NOT the store for you. They are very pricey but again you're paying for good quality! I'm giving them 4 stars because I didn't find anything today ;)
