If I could give Alexis (the cashier) or the manager in charge 0 stars, I would! I purchased some clothes at this store but didn't like them, so I returned them. When I came in for the return, she didn't seem happy about it--even though it was still within the return window, the tags were still on, and there was no sign of the items having been worn or taken out of the bag. At first she was looking for an expiration date on the receipt. Once she saw it was still within the time limit, she started processing the return. The items were on multiple receipts, so she said she would do it as one transaction and that I should return everything at once. Up to that point I had no issue; I returned the items. As I was about to walk out of the store, I had a feeling that the amount I received didn't match what I had originally paid. This had happened to me before at the same store--items had gone on sale and they refunded the sale price instead of what I actually paid. I caught it in time last time and got my full money back. So I went back to the line to double-check. I understand it was Saturday around 3 p.m. and the employees were tired. I waited for her to finish with the customer she was helping, then politely explained that I felt this might have happened again and asked if we could verify that the refund matched my receipt exactly. Before calling the manager, she started recording our conversation on her phone without my knowledge. That part was super creepy. Then a manager (a guy with a gold ring in his nose) came over. I explained politely again what I was concerned about, and he said they had paid me the same amount that was on my receipt. I was so annoyed that they had been recording me without my consent that I decided to just leave and double-check the numbers at home. Luckily, everything was correct this time. But I will not go back and deal with that rude cashier or manager again. They've got zero in customer care! read more

Alarm noise at check out it is really annoying, not sure what is with the alarm going on and on when you check out. I asked the employee at the register and she said that she was used to it! Seriously? How much are you getting pay per hour to have a migraine at the end of the day... every day! Hope they update this non/sense. read more

I like this store for their men's dress socks. They are 82% cotton, 17% polyester & 1% elastic. The first pair I ever bought were in Prague, CZ because I didn't pack enough socks for my 10 day European extravaganza. We must take care of our feet cause we only get one pair. Good shoes and good socks are worth the little extra you might pay for quality. You can get a 10 pack of these socks for $14.99 and they will last you. read more

It's your average h&m store that provides you cheap chic trendy clothing for people on a budget. No one really helped me out during my visits but I was okay with this since I was busy looking at clothes and wanted to get in and out. Besides H&M in London (with triple quadripple the price tags) this is the best H&M store I've been too. It's kinda like when Mossimo expensive surf brand from high school turned affordable Target years later. H&M in the USA is the way to go when you need basics or an outfit for this weekend's party or get together. This store is way organized by OCD workers and pretty decent layout plans. Don't let your girls walk out of this store without trying on the clothes though- it's not worth the returns. Take the time to try it on or don't take it home. read more

Don't worry, the butt slasher is gone! After going to H&Ms all over the country, I really have to say this one is my favorite. It's less crowded and the clothes aren't thrown all over the floor, they are nice and neat. The one quirky thing is that sometimes they will have items in the front, on display, and on posters in the store, but they won't have any in stock. They are just teasing with you. Sometimes, the item hasn't been shipped yet, or they have plumb run out. read more

I'm going to put it out there that i hate buying pants. I'm a runner and so my quadriceps are larger than average and so finding pants that can contain them is a struggle. So when i found a pair of really nice capris at H&M that fit and were only 14.40 i jumped on it! I bought the same pair in three different colors! I only tried on the black ones because, they are the same pants... why do i need to try them all on? Well... then i tried to wear the green ones... and they didn't fit. I couldn't understand. Theres no way i gained that much weight in two days! And so i tried back on the black ones... and they fit fine. I then realized that even though the style number and everything else was the same, each pair of pants was completely different. While i love H&M, i've run into problems with complete inconsistency in sizes. Its frustrating. I always end up going into the dressing room with 16 things, most of which is just different sizes of the same thing. Its very frustrating. If only they could give me some consistency, then i wouldn't have to return so much. Or maybe... its their secret ploy to get me to spend more money when i go back to exchange... read more

Employees aren't shy about being in a bad/don't mess with me mood. Whatever, I only need to interact with them during checkout so it's fine. This store was expanded yet all the womens clothes are still smashed together. The space inbetween each shirt or pants always ends up with the clothes next to them becoming undone or stuck between hangers. It's also gets HOT AS HELL inside. Please guys, turn up the AC. Clothes are hit or miss. I went on a Saturday morning, at the store's opening, and couldn't find many items over a size 6/8. Good luck trying to find anything in your size. Maybe it was just an off day but they could've made quite a bit of money that day as I was willing to splurge a bit. Too bad. read more

I really like the simplistic design of their clothes and they're pretty cheap! I can always find something I want, so it's all about what I'm willing I spend that day. This particular location was pretty messy. The Men's section was very disorganized; clothes were everywhere. But my cashier was very friendly and seemed to recognized the store's disarray. No matter what though, H&M is always a go-to place when I'm shopping. read more

Everyone loves a good bargain on nice clothing, especially when the store tags them at a really low price. This evening around 7:30p I walked up to the register to pay for my items and the store associate rung up a pair of pants and they displayed the regular price. (That can't be! They tagged them) She asked the team leader was this a season 9 item, and the team leader said we can't sell this to him for this price. She then ripped the tag off and went in the back. I left everything at the register and decided to not shop at that location again. I wouldn't dare make a scene over a pair of pants that was less than $10, but the way the team leader responded was extremely deplorable and that alone would make anyone upset. read more

I shop at H&M regularly and have never had an issue. The Fair Oaks location probably had the WORST customer service! Mikayla and Joe were working the register. After about 15 minutes of waiting in line (only 2 people ahead of me), Joe called me up to the counter to cash out, where he ignored me and answered the phone while I stood there waiting. This lasted about 5 minutes. Then he proceeded to cash me out and didn't say anything to me. I bought about 5 shirts, shorts, and some shoes. He didn't bother to fold the clothes, just shoved them in a bag and over charged me for the shoes. I chose to go to the other clerk for the correction because she seemed to have a better grasp of the job. Overall, I like H&M just not the customer service at the Fair Oaks location. read more

This h&m use to be so organized and carried lots of variety. This store is going downhill At this mall. The manager is not doing what there suppose to be doing compared to other h&ms I see. Every time I come here, it's the messiest thing, and very cluttered. I would say they do have good customer service though. There fast, and take notice when its get busy and immediately calls for more cashiers. And the fitting room attendants are always there and efficient. I just wish it was organized, and not so messy, and sometimes wish it had different product, like the other h&ms. Or even things that you see online. I think this h&m has a hard time relieving old inventory, there for making it harder to get new in financially. It would help if the sale stuff was organized throughly like the others. It's always a big cluttered broken hanger, damaged clothes, on the floor mess. And I don't think a lot of people like looking through that. read more

Awful experience. I do not like how this store barely has any associates to help. I do not like how unorganized it is making it hard to find anything. None of the clothes have names on them. H&M is definitely the best place to shop for clothes, not matter what style u got. They have casual and other great looks. I mostly like their sweaters, jackets, cardigans, plain T-Shirts, jeans and much more... Overall, shop at H&M because they have the best casual clothing. I used to shop at other stores like Hollister, American Eagle, etc, until i went to H&M one day; their clothing is very stylish, inexpensive, and cool. read more
