The gift receipt only gave two weeks to exchange items (for store credit) & I was one week beyond the window. They are over an hour's drive from me one-way so I phoned ahead to see if they could make an exception to not waste my day. They told me absolutely not, they stand by their two-week holiday-return policy. I guess I'll be regifting this stuff. Consider yourself warned!!

I figured I'd go in and find something I'd like to have and accomplish my goal of supporting this woman-owned business. I was barely greeted when I came in despite the fact that I said hello as I entered. The woman who was folding clothes near the front door didn't bother to look up fully. I started looking through items on the rack near the front door, checking out the colorful tops and still on track to purchase something from this store. I thought, "Let me check out the other items before I make a final selection." I found several items I liked. As I began to check out the items in the next rack over, another lady came from the back, greeted me, and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no. I'm just browsing to see what strikes me. Before I could get to the back of the store, another group of 2 women and a girl came into the store, and the woman who couldn't be bothered to look up when I came in warmly greeted these women and said, "We also have 30% off tops and shorts". From the back where I was standing at that point, I could hear her exuberant greeting and advice so freely given to this group. It was a stark difference in how I was treated. I wondered why neither of the sales people told me about the sale. So I told the sales person who was closest to me at the time what I'd heard and asked if that was, indeed, the case. She said yes. I said wow! Neither of you mentioned the sale to me, so I guess it's a good thing I overheard. At that point, I decided I wouldn't be making a purchase there after all. I went across & up the street and spent $268 in WHBM instead. I'll patronize businesses that welcome and appreciate my business. I would NOT recommend this business.

I'm surprised by management's decision to not be size-inclusive. Really, not a single XL anywhere in your store? It's out of touch and not a decision or organization I want to support with my money. So when I need a wardrobe update, I'll spend hours at NR and comb through the racks carefully if I want to find really high end brand name pieces for super low prices.
