Clothes shopping in 2025 is annoying. You're faced with the option of ordering a bunch of options to figure out your size and then going through the annoyance of shipping 3/4 of them back or you can go to a crowded and poorly lit changing room in a store and regret your decision once you go home. The Bonobos experience isn't your typical fitting because you can't just bring anything home with you but it's nice to talk with individuals who can cater to your needs and who listen to you. I've been to Bonobos store fronts before and had good experiences but nothing compares to the quality of service you're going to get from the crew here at Tyson's. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Hussein, who diligently worked with me and my needs and listened to me without judgement but still guided me to a fit in their items that I was very happy with. He and the rest of the guys there work with you to get the best bang for your buck and guides you to the best value items at each price range. The rest of the stuff speaks for itself as the quality of Bonobos clothes continues to get better each year. If you're a man who feels like you're in between sizes, then I couldn't recommend scheduling a fitting appointment more (or spouses/partners for that man in your life). I've had multiple experiences shopping at this Bonobos location and not only am I impressed each time, my wife is as well. Tiffany (who I believe is their store manager) has personally helped me, made recommendations for me, and remembers me each time I've come in to shop. While the selection of items is in store, you will receive your order via us mail/UPS after your order - i've never had to wait more than 3 days. Not only has Tiffany helped me, she's personally provided customer service when i've been unable to contact Bonobos directly. The value, service, and support have been exemplary and I will continue to shop here in the future. While many stores present less value for the money, this Bonobos location continues to earn my support had hard earned dollars. Thank you! read more

The in-store service was amazing - Marc couldn't have been more helpful - but my experience with Bonobos has been pretty terrible since I left the store. When my order arrived, two of the items I had defects. I also decided I did not like the color of another item I ordered and figured I should exchange it for something else since I had to process a return anyway. I saw in my order confirmation that they had instructions to contact them if any items were defective or damaged. I followed the instructions and then proceeded to get responses from 3 different representatives that offered some cut and paste apologies without offering any actual assistance. They also informed me that I couldn't exchange an item for a different color and that the quantity discount I received wouldn't be honored for a new item. I expressed my frustration with the inconvenience, quality of clothes, and having paid for expedited shipping, and the next response was to send me a link to their return policy. I then pointed out they didn't address my other concerns and then they offered to provide expedited shipping for any new items I purchased. At that point I just decided to return that particular item for a refund instead of getting an exchange. I just wish I could return more of the clothes because I'm disappointed with the quality but I already removed the tags on the other items so it's too late. Just know you're rolling the dice if you shop here because you're going to be out of luck with their terrible online customer service, iffy quality and restrictive return policy. read more

I like to dress well but don't want to invest a lot of time. Always intrigued with this brand but never ordered from them. There was another online retailer with custom fitted clothes that I ordered the fit suit but they went out of business before I had a chance to order anything. I saw them at this mall and decided to walk in and find out. On the positive side they seem to be able to find your fit better b/c it's mainly a showroom that you have to order online. Salesperson was neutrally helpful, not really a brand ambassador that you'd expect. On the other hand, I really was not impressed with the clothing selection, maybe I'm not the right demographic. I asked about the selection and he said that it was 90%+ of what is online. As a result, I probably won't be ordering from them anytime soon. I'm very interested in sustainable clothing so that is probably where my future searching lies, that plus the thrifting that I've done and will continue to do. read more

My son was starting his first internship, so I brought him here to buy some business casual clothes. We were helped by Rahiim Moore who was fantastic. He helped us pick out shirts and pants and helped my son figure out how to mix and match them. My son being an engineer immediately started taking notes on which shirts could be worn with which pants and what shoes he should wear. read more

Not sure why this Bonobos had such low reviews. The entire staff there on Sunday was awesome. Amber helped my boyfriend and I out for nearly 90mins trying on MANY different pants until we found the one that really fit us the best and made us feel confident in. This is a company that got bought out and sold out. They had great service and great product. Now they have poor inventory, hopelessly inadequate customer service and layers of people to get to the right person that can actually help. When companies grow large, they grow impersonal. Bonobos grew large. Inventory doesn't match the new size and customers that were with the company for years are now seeing the decline. read more

So this is a review of the clothing, not the show room. The show room employees are lovey.... the quality is terrible. I bought a suit online... was excited cause it was light and comfortable. I wore it once... once. ONCE! The pants pilled so badly that they are unwearable. Their return policy is questionable and their customer service not responsive. I am now the proud owner of a 600$ washcloth. Lesson learned... be weary of a website that doesn't allow reviews on the site. Never again. Update... customer service got back to me and is replacing the product. We'll see how it goes. Fingers crossed. read more

I hate shopping. I would rather have my toes crushed with a ball-peen hammer than shop for clothes. When my wife and I walked into Tyson's to find me a set of clothes for a dressy casual wedding party, I was expecting the usual; wearing out mentally within and hour but having to spend two or more hours trying on this, matching that. The first store I saw was Bonobos. "What's that? That looks like a place that may have what I need..." In we go, and we're greeted by Connor, a very pleasant, professional guy who happens to be dressed like he's going to our wedding party. I see a few shirts I like, and he gives me the rundown. "We'll fit you, then you pick out the colors and styles you want, and we ship them to you in 3 or 4 days." Sounds easy enough. He brings out a few shirts, a pair of pants, and a pair of shorts. Perfect fit. We spend a few minutes looking at various colors. (Side note, and the ONLY drawback of this place: not every color/pattern is available for every single tailored fit/size. They rotate through styles regularly, he explained. Fair enough; there were plenty of options from which to choose.) I found a shirt/shorts combo that was stylish, a little funky, a perfect fit, and super comfy. All in less than an hour. For someone who hates shopping for clothes, the uniqueness of this experience (get fitted, pick out your style, get it mailed to you) was perfect. I think I just found my new way to buy clothes. read more

I am not a shopper. Most of my clothes are either xmas gifts from my wife or carried over from years of use... maybe even from high school. My wife signed me up for a free hour session(which only took 20 minutes) to get sized fire entire wardrobe. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the amazing staff. The lead guide Marc made my usual nightmare of shopping such an easy experience. I am 5'10" and kinda stockier build and most brands are either too tight in the upper body and legs or too long. Bonobos has an athletic fit style which fit me perfect. As I was trying on clothes the staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered beverages, don't get too excited, not alcohol, but fancier waters. First time buyers also get 20% off entire purchases and sizes are stored in their database to make future orders a breeze. Marc and the rest of the staff were amazing, the styles offered are perfect for any body type, and it was just so much easier of a shopping experience. read more

I'm disgusted by the lies of the representative there. We were told one thing and then just led on in circles. If you're planning an event don't buy from them because they will lie about it and they have no idea what goes on; they just want to sell and make their dollar and just keep telling you one thing when the truth is another until you call corporate . The staff at this store are fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday afternoon and there were 2 associates helping a full store - and they did it with a smile and so gracefully. We never felt like we were bothering them or that they were too busy to answer our questions. They had great suggestions on fit and got my boyfriend in the fitting room with multiple sizes to try on, colors picked out, and items ordered all under 30 minutes. We didn't feel rushed but the process wasn't drawn out, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend this location! read more
