This location also has a large selection of designer merchandise for apparel, shoes, and skincare. It also has a large selection of sunglasses, which I am on a mission to purchase a new pair of cat-eye style. I didn't find one that I liked so the quest continues. My friend and I tried Herve Leger dresses, which we only found in the XS size. They also had a few pairs of Gucci, Valentino, and Jimmy Choe shoes. I had sticker shock looking at the price tag even though it was discounted. I could never bring myself to buy a designer brand unless I got it from a second hand store or consignment shop. Checkout line was long on a Sunday afternoon, but it moved pretty quickly.

Customer service at the Montgomery Westfield mall is really great but I didn't really experience it at the Tysons location. No one greeted me no one asked if I needed help. I literally walked in did a loop around the store and walked out. The clothes are super cute and if you get the right size the material will be nice as well! I find sizing to be inconsistent however. The accessories are also overpriced but super cute. The store is a mix between Francesca's and Charming Charlie. I definitely love this store because it is esthetically pleasing.

The skirt ended up falling apart AT the wedding I was attending and I had to hold it together with safety pins, which wasn't really enough for the heavily embroidered fabric. They were rude and were transparently overcharging me. I bought some jewelry I really love! But the quality is poor and not worth the price.

I went to return a set of rings that were still attached to the original Mango display card in their original condition. The cashier immediately refused the return. When I asked to speak with the manager, he reviewed the situation and confirmed that the return was allowed. Instead of professionally resolving the issue, the cashier continued arguing with both me and the manager. Rather than taking control of the situation, the manager allowed the argument to continue. Only after several minutes did he tell her to process the return. When she finally did, she threw the receipt at me instead of handing it to me. Neither the cashier nor the manager apologized for the way I was treated. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I've ever had. The manager may have approved the return, but he failed to handle his employee's behavior professionally or ensure that a customer was treated with basic courtesy. If this is the level of customer service at Mango Tysons Mall, I will not be shopping at this location again.

My friend told me about their puffer coat so I came on a Tuesday afternoon just to try them on. Daniella, the sales associate, suggested the supersnug fit which was shapelier on me and didn't make me look like the Michelin man. She was patient and helpful. I even commented that she reminded me of Khloe Kardashian and she informed me that several people have said that. I wanted the supersnug coat (classic length: hits between the hip to below the bum) in mocha, but they didn't have it in the store and it was sold out online. She wasn't sure when it would be available so suggested to check back in January. I did purchase the mid-length in black online. I hope it is warm as advertised. Only time will tell.

Shopped around and found a few deals on some work shirts that'll work perfectly for me, and the sizes were great. Though sometimes the shirts that are super discounted are not in smaller sizes. I ended up getting them in mediums so they don't shrink too much on me.
