I most certainly will never come to LV on a Holiday but I will use their personal shopper experience. Ji Hye helped me on Valentines Day 2026. I came in with my honey and he said I could have whatever I wanted and the rest is history. Ji Hye was able to find me a few bags and perfume I wanted. She served me champagne and my visit was perfect even with the chaos that a Holiday brings. We exchanged numbers and when I saw another bag I wanted, she was able to help via text. Love this brand, it's my go-to before all other names! LV never goes on sale, keeps its value and resells well! Overall, yes to the bag! Yes to the man who spoils you! Girls, we deserve it! The store carries for women: Blue Label - Polo for women Black Label - More modern sylings that are vanity-sized (my size 6 friend fit a 2) Collection - Runway pieces and fancy accessories Men's collections are: Polo - Legendary collection that redefined American menswear Black Label - Modern menswear with European influence, runs rather fitted unlike the women's collection Purple Label - Finely-tailored menswear with generous British cuts, everything is made in Italy The storefront changes every season, currently whitewash and hardwood to advertise the winter sale and resort collection. The inside is decorated to resemble rooms in a fine home with closets for fitting rooms and wooden tables instead of selling fixtures as well as comfortable chairs to make the store seem more personal. The store mainly focuses on the Black Label and Purple Label sportswear lines for men and the Blue Label and Black Label collections for women. The pieces in this store reflect the unadventurous, reserved nature of D.C. fashion especially for men, except for a really funky Black Label shirt jacket with technical fabric and leather trim. This location does not carry my favourite collection RRL, Ralph Lauren's vintage denim and western brand. The store is a bit on the small side but no larger than the other boutiques in this mall Five stars for the exceptional service. I was just about to ask someone to help me so I could purchase it when another employee walked up to me but just stood there and stared at me. So I put the purse down and walked out. Very weird! I'll never go there again. I thought about buying the bag online because it was really cute, but I don't want any reminders of my experience at this store.

The first time it happened we let it pass, but today after seeing the store manager (a white heavyset gentleman man signal to his staff to follow us around the store and linger behind us, I decided to call them out on their racism. I informed them that there was no need to follow us because we are not thieves. Of course, they denied they were profiling us but since we are not easily gaslit, we knew they were lying. If you are a visible minority, I do NOT recommend that you shop there. The staff will definitely make you feel unwanted. In contrast, you will note how friendly and accommodating they are to white patrons.

I stopped by The Shoe Shoppe in Tysons because I have a pair of slingback heels that I love, but…read morethe back strap constantly slips off my foot and makes them almost impossible to walk in. I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

The store did have a line of 2 groups before we could get in. I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers. The sales consultants (trying to be fancy for a uber-fancy store) were very helpful and took time to show us the products and answer all the questions we had. We had a good shopping experience (I'm sure my wallet is not so happy) and do plan on coming back soon.

The showroom manager offered no meaningful resolution and stated he would email his manager, who might respond within a week. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
