When I asked if i could confirm if the store had a suit in a certain size, the gentleman confirmed for me that they had it in stock but also offered to let me try it on to confirm fit and size. He then took his time to help me find the right suit , letting me try different styles and sizes. I never felt rushed and he took his time in making sure I was able to make the right selection. I can't say enough about his professionalism and patience.

The first store I saw was Bonobos. "What's that? That looks like a place that may have what I need..." In we go, and we're greeted by Connor, a very pleasant, professional guy who happens to be dressed like he's going to our wedding party. I see a few shirts I like, and he gives me the rundown. "We'll fit you, then you pick out the colors and styles you want, and we ship them to you in 3 or 4 days." Sounds easy enough. He brings out a few shirts, a pair of pants, and a pair of shorts. Perfect fit. We spend a few minutes looking at various colors. (Side note, and the ONLY drawback of this place: not every color/pattern is available for every single tailored fit/size. They rotate through styles regularly, he explained. Fair enough; there were plenty of options from which to choose.) I found a shirt/shorts combo that was stylish, a little funky, a perfect fit, and super comfy. All in less than an hour. For someone who hates shopping for clothes, the uniqueness of this experience (get fitted, pick out your style, get it mailed to you) was perfect. I think I just found my new way to buy clothes.

The Bonobos experience isn't your typical fitting because you can't just bring anything home with you but it's nice to talk with individuals who can cater to your needs and who listen to you. I've been to Bonobos store fronts before and had good experiences but nothing compares to the quality of service you're going to get from the crew here at Tyson's. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Hussein, who diligently worked with me and my needs and listened to me without judgement but still guided me to a fit in their items that I was very happy with. He and the rest of the guys there work with you to get the best bang for your buck and guides you to the best value items at each price range. The rest of the stuff speaks for itself as the quality of Bonobos clothes continues to get better each year. If you're a man who feels like you're in between sizes, then I couldn't recommend scheduling a fitting appointment more (or spouses/partners for that man in your life). You won't regret it!

I finally was able to visit and it was quite insane!! I had vivid memories of the teen/adult clothing stores that were open decades ago at Dulles Town Center. It's like fast fashion meets Rave, Charlotte Russe and H&M. Great idea bringing this to a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic. They carry so many items at decent/affordable prices. I can see why it was so hyped up. Shoes, jeans, tops---for men, women and kids. There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. I appreciate the polite honesty with which I am treated by WHBM staff, who have said things like, " this doesn't look like much on the rack, but would flatter your bustline and minimize your hips." To Lululemon Corporate Leadership,…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at the Tysons Corner location. I have spent approximately $20,000-$30,000 with Lululemon and have always considered myself a loyal customer who believed in the brand's reputation for exceptional service. From the moment I entered the store, I was treated dismissively and made to feel unwelcome. I was shopping for clothing for myself, my employees, and my wife, yet multiple employees were rude, unhelpful, and appeared irritated by my questions. The situation ultimately escalated to the point where the manager on duty, Kahana, asked me to leave without giving me a reasonable explanation. When I requested the General Manager's name or contact information so I could provide feedback, I was told, "I don't have to give you that." That response was completely unacceptable. More seriously, based on the way I was treated and the circumstances of the interaction, I am concerned that I was profiled and discriminated against because of my race and/or appearance. I expect Lululemon Corporate to take that allegation seriously and investigate it. I am asking corporate leadership to review this incident, the conduct of the employees involved, and the management practices at the Tysons Corner location. Please review any available surveillance footage and provide me with a meaningful response--not a generic customer-service reply. I came into your store as a loyal customer prepared to spend money and left feeling like I was someone your employees simply wanted out of the building. That is not the Lululemon experience I have supported for years. I will be escalating this through the appropriate corporate and executive channels until I receive a legitimate explanation and accountability for what occurred. Sincerely, A deeply disappointed long-term Lululemon customer
