I stopped by the mall to pick up a few things from Gucci and Tory Burch but decided to go into RL because I saw a cute purse in the window. As I went in the store, there was an employee on an iPad or phone and she looked at me over her eye glasses and then just kept on doing what ever it was she was doing. I found the bag I was looking for and then turned and saw more bag so I started looking at them and actually found a really cute one. I was just about to ask someone to help me so I could purchase it when another employee walked up to me but just stood there and stared at me. So I put the purse down and walked out. Very weird! I'll never go there again. I thought about buying the bag online because it was really cute, but I don't want any reminders of my experience at this store. read more

I find every time I go in, the staff clearly ignores me. Perhaps because I don't wear designer labels. For example, I walked in and was looking around. The woman associate was in a laptop siting on an ottoman. Did not acknowledge me at all. The floors are wood and you can hear when people enter the tiny store. Once my mom entered the woman perked up and greeted her. Still didn't move from the ottoman and continued to work. Yes she did work at the store. The men are always more friendly. I was actually greeted by one as I walked in. Gasp. The women are horrid. I avoid this store it's not worth it and clearly I'm not worth their time either. read more

Despite my want to purchase a dress, the poor customer service sent me elsewhere. I have shopped at RL for many years, and like the style/ fit of their clothing. Every time I visit this location the sales clerks are unfriendly and seem annoyed. I came in to make a return and purchase a dress that I had already selected online. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced . I'm surprised you are still in business. When I came into the store to look at your handbag I was not greeted with warmth. The lady treated me like she didn't want me to touch the bag. When I wanted to see what the space look inside the bag I removed the stuffing and the lady rolled her eyes at me. Smh!!! I have visited this store a few times in 2023 and every time has been a poor visit. First, the service is not very good at all. I have walked in and there have been sales associates who don't bother to greet you or help you or ask what you are looking for or are interested in. Every time I have visited, the display case where the watches and small leather accessories are have been hidden by a multitude of computers, boxes, trash, and coffee cups (used). I couldn't even see into the case with all the junk and trash on top. On the bright side, the selection of purple label, home goods, and women's clothing are vast and displayed nicely. Also, the men's selection of high end clothing does not disappoint. So, you have a great selection of clothing and a mediocre selection of accessories and TERRIBLE customer service. I talked to a sales associate at a shop across the hall and he said that many people have complained about the service at Ralph Lauren. read more

The lady working the counter was fairly rude and followed me around the store. But i asked her for help with locating my size, she suddenly became busy. I would suggest looking there and then going online to buy. Hopefully, this part of the chain closes and go to Macy's or some other department start. Salesmen Rafael & Marcel are first-rate class-acts, extremely friendly, down to earth, courteous & helpful. I appreciate their thoughtful assistance & kindness. I come here often because the service is fantastic & I am there to buy, buy, buy! I love the quality of the materials & their beautiful tailoring, many of which are Made In Italy, Where Couture-Quality reigns supreme. FACT: I work too hard to throw my money away on poorly made clothes from China that use Uigihr Muslim Slave Labor! Thank God for Ralph Lauren's Taste, Class & enduring high standards! And Thank God For Wonderful, Professional Sales People & Human Beings, Rafael & Marcel! They are beyond SUPERB! Whoever Hired Them Were Really Doing Great Job! Walked in here today with a friend in search of a dress for a film festival. The cheerful lady helped my friend find a lovely blue dress from the Black Label collection, unfortunately her size was sold out and had to be shipped from Bal Harbour. The store carries for women: Blue Label - Polo for women Black Label - More modern sylings that are vanity-sized (my size 6 friend fit a 2) Collection - Runway pieces and fancy accessories Men's collections are: Polo - Legendary collection that redefined American menswear Black Label - Modern menswear with European influence, runs rather fitted unlike the women's collection Purple Label - Finely-tailored menswear with generous British cuts, everything is made in Italy The storefront changes every season, currently whitewash and hardwood to advertise the winter sale and resort collection. The inside is decorated to resemble rooms in a fine home with closets for fitting rooms and wooden tables instead of selling fixtures as well as comfortable chairs to make the store seem more personal. The store mainly focuses on the Black Label and Purple Label sportswear lines for men and the Blue Label and Black Label collections for women. The pieces in this store reflect the unadventurous, reserved nature of D.C. fashion especially for men, except for a really funky Black Label shirt jacket with technical fabric and leather trim. This location does not carry my favourite collection RRL, Ralph Lauren's vintage denim and western brand. The store is a bit on the small side but no larger than the other boutiques in this mall Five stars for the exceptional service. This review is for all of my Yelp guy friends. I was tagging along with my friend who loves to dress for work. The service was amazing. We had two well dressed sales people at our beck and call. They were so nice and very helpful. The clothes were American chic! The displays were beautifully designed and had clothing for every taste and style. The shirts,ties, and jackets were well tailored. The store had jeans, jackets, shirts, and sweaters galore. The prices were in the high end of the spectrum, but I remember my mom saying that you get what you pay for. These clothing items will last for a long time. The clothing looked comfortable and masculine. I fell in like with the mannequins that combined the pieces of clothing with style and ease. So, if you are looking for a special outfit and you are not looking at the price tags, give Ralph Lauren a chance. It is located at Tyson's Galleria. read more

Experienced something here I had not been through in a long while. I walk in the store and the lady ask if I needed help. I say no just looking, and she literally proceeds to follow me around the store. I think at first, I must be imagining it, so I move again, and again and there she is. Now, I'm wearing a suit that cost more than her whole wardrobe, so I obviously don't need to steal from this store. The store is super small, and has no selection so if I needed her, I could have easily found her and asked any questions I may have had. read more

Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite brands and takes up a good 80 % of my closet. When I had heard there was a Ralph store at Tysons II, I quickly made time to go to the store and pick up some clothes for the winter. Upon arrival the staff was ready to help me find various items I was looking for and I left with ALMOST all of the things I had planned to get. My only comment about this particular location is that they lack did not carry (Atleast when I was there) RLL, Polo Golf, or Polo RL. While this was not a problem at the time since I was able to leave with a few bags of Black and Purple Label Items, I do wish that the store was a little larger so that they were able to carry more inventory. This may have changed since I was last there but other than that one critique I was very happy with the store. read more

As much as I do love Ralph Lauren, I don't have much positive to say about this location. The selection is quite scant, and always leaves me wanting more. Furthermore, something should be done about the staffing situation. I am a frequent patron of the Galleria, and it seems that whenever I walk past (or into) this store, the staff have all but abandoned ship and are nowhere to be found. I understand that with such exorbitant prices, the clientele is limited and sparse, but it would be nice to walk into the shop knowing help is on hand if needed. It's a shame this place is such a let down--it is certainly in a prime location with much of the local population fitting comfortably into RL's target demographic. From now on, I think I'll just stick to the Georgetown location. It's an extra 15 minutes down the road, but worth it in my opinion. read more
