One of the worst customer's experiences! I bought couple of things there. At home I removed the tags and washed the new clothes. One blouse came out torn on two different sides along zipper. Obviously the fabric was of a poor quality. Because the tags were already removed I doubted the return service could do anything but we decided to try. I was prepared with no possibility of return or anything, but the way they treated me in store was beyond rude. At first I was questioned why I even washed my clothes before wearing them (no comments, Zara at Tysons promotes wearing clothes after dozens of other people tried them on). Second after examining the blouse their manager said - no, you did dry it also and that is how you damanged the fabric. The fabric itself is fine, it is your bad treatment. I did not dry the blouse, why would I do it after it already came torn atter the washing. And I said that. But the manager made sure I learned from him I am lying. Summery of customer's experience: 60 dollars wasted on low-quality blouse I couldn't even wear ones + I was accused of lying. Do not come shopping there, because in the end you'll get a very bad day for your own money. read more

If the location of this Zara was not in the Tysons mall it would be out of business. I had such a terrible experience here. The change rooms were a complete mess and the lady letting people in was so overwhelmed that you could just go in without her checking how many items you had on you. There was no one around to help you! I was there at about 11am in the morning and there was 1 cashier, 1 returns person and a row of about 3 self checkout line out units. The cashier was screaming at everyone that there was one line to checkout from whether you would pay via her or using the self checkout booths - ok this made no sense because it was the same line as the customers returning items. Everyone was confused and shouting at customers is never good. When I eventually made it to self checkout I noticed that the price scanned on one of my items reflected an incorrect price so I had to speak to the actual cashier who just said " stand there and I will help you" but she never did and eventually another sales person said she would ring me up. So at this point the line was so long because there was no order whatsoever. The person trying to help me couldn't because she needed a manager to adjust the price on the system and where was the manager ? No where to be found. She called and called and called and eventually found the manager in the stock room. Like WTF!! A manager needs to be on the floor assisting on the floor and helping people. Creating some type of order! The manager came and she just ignored me and helped some other customer. Like wtf I've been waiting to spend some money at your store and you just don't give a &;$;&. @. Then after like 20 minutes of waiting I was so mad I told the sales lady how I felt in that moment and said that this was completely unacceptable and she was called out of the storeroom to assist me and she just walked right pass me and helped someone else. Eventually she came back and scanned her manager badge so the sales lady could adjust the price and just walked off. No apology! There was still chaos behind me and she just went back to the storeroom!!!! Like wtf. I can't even believe how many people just shoved their items on a random hanger and left. You guys need a new manager. Someone nice please. I will never go back to that store. read more

This location is specific is good but always busy. They have alleviated it a little by putting in some self checkouts upstairs but beware that it's a little longer of a wait downstairs since there's no self checkout there. They've typically got a lot of options to choose from. My girlfriend almost always finds something to go home with. And this is where she gets a lot of work clothes like dresses and skirts. As for me, I sometimes find things here but not all of the men's stuff is my style so keep that in mind if you are a guy. The stuff I do find is pretty quality stuff though so it will last a while. Beware that prices can range from really low to really high so if you're a price conscious shopper, look at the tags! read more

Welp, it's Zara, It is one of the most popular stores at the mall. Get here early, like when they first open or close to closing for peace and mind. Clothes are cool and trendy. A step above Forever 21, or HM. However, it can be a mad house on the weekends, expect long lines to pay, long lines for the fitting room. I haven't had a bad experience with staff. placed an online order for a shirt i did not receive. checked with neighbors, front porch and upstairs prior to contacting zara customer service. they informed me they confirmed that my package was received by usps but would not provide me with their contact information. usps stated they have no record of any contact with zara regarding my order. they refused to fill my order and their customer service sucks! based on reviews this has happened before. i was not requesting $ i just want my order filled! i will never purchase from this poorly ran company again and will continue post my experience on every social media platform until i receive my merchandise! and hire reps that speak damn english! read more

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Zara. On April 4 at 10 AM, I found a pair of pants on the sale rack in my size (XXL), along with many others in different sizes and colors. At checkout, the manager, Yolanda, refused to honor the discount for my size, stating it only applied to small and medium--even though the same exact pants in other sizes were discounted. When I questioned this inconsistency, she confirmed that she would not honor the sale for XXL, which felt discriminatory. The lack of fairness and poor customer service were unacceptable. I ordered two dresses online from Zara in two different sizes. However, both dresses did not match my body type. I returned them by mail and paid $5 for return shipping. After 20 days, I did not receive my refund. When I called customer service, they said they would only refund me for one dress because the other was in bad condition. This is not possible as I returned both dresses in the same condition they arrived in, with the tags attached. Usually, I do not post too much about stores as my reviews have been mainly about restaurants and food, but this one is going to be a little direct and different. After browsing in Zara for a little bit, I found a shirt that I wanted to purchase. Before getting in line, I saw that there were three self-checkout machines/areas with the device that is used for card users. As I was next in line, the cashier waited on the next customer in the return line. She asked for a refund in cash. The cashier called the manager over to further discuss the customer's request. During this conversation, I overhear them say that the register that is used to process cash payments is down. They did persuade the customer to receive her refund via card. When I approached the line, I verified with the cashier that they could not accept cash payments. As someone who has cash on them and did not want to charge more money to my card because I had cash....this was frustrating. If I would have known this earlier, I would have proceeded to the self-checkout area where there were no customers instead of waiting in line with other customers and had only one cashier working the line for purchasing items. It would have been great if there was a sign that said "no cash payments" either at the entrance of the store or at the entrance of the line where they have the ropes tied off to navigate customers ready for check out. Also, the clearance section was a mess (i.e., CLOTHES EVERYWHERE). The area could have been a lot more organized that what it was. Moral of the story: If you are going to use cash in this store, PLEASE ask if they accept cash BEFORE you go shopping. read more

**Customers be Warned** Terrible customer "service." The man who was working store security was extremely rude & the fitting room employee insisted that it is company "policy" to do a body-scan to try on clothing, as if it was airport TSA. It's as though many of the employees cannot stand being asked questions and do not care whatsoever about their clientele. The store itself is extremely unorganized. I would not recommend. Service is terrible at this location consistently! Staff is not helpful and rude! I came to the store this week and their system was down so I could not do online pickup or return. Staff gave a flat No without empathy or an apology. Came back today to return and the tall guy from men department was extremely rude! The guy upstairs with glasses was nicer and he was really trying. I had to return a hoodie bc they sent me a wrong color. Guy told me I had to call customer service bc he couldn't do the return because the item number doesn't scan. It was frustrating. read more

If you can avoid zara in general avoid it, especially the Tyson's one. I have unfortunately never had a good experience here. If you have a couple hours to wait in line then you might be fine but plan for a long wait in both the fitting room and the register. read more

Selection of the clothes are not bad however the lack of competence of the managements is just mind blowing! Entire store had 1 cashier for men or women's floor. Line going close to the exit with tons of people returning and exchanging after holiday shopping. Honestly there's no sense of urgency here. Employees continue to talk with each other instead of helping customers. The place is a mess, no one cleans it seems. The check out line was slow. We waited almost an hour in line. There are total of four cashier stands but only two were open. There were plenty of workers, why didn't they call them to open the other two? The line for the cashier is always way too long. The line for the dressing room is way too long. The employees are RUDE AF. The only place worse than this location of Zara is the lower pits of Hell and the Tysons Corner H&M store. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

Not sure why the hell I was here on a Saturday. It was chaotic, clothes were piled on top of another like a mountain of garbage. Its a hoarder's closet instead of a Zara store. Love the clothes. Hate the lines. This location in Tysons Corner is huge! They have 2 floors and separate cashier stations for kids, women's, and men's. I love the selection of attire they have but it takes FOREVER to get through the line every time I go. They need to hire more cashiers during busy times (weekends, afternoons, and holidays). I was the third person in line and had to wait a good 20 minutes to get to the front (in the men's section) where they had 2 cashiers. There were about a good 7 people behind me. read more

Cannot recommend Zara at Tysons to anyone based on the last few shopping trips that our family has had there. The employees are rude and the wait times are unreasonable. I was reprimanded by the dressing room attendant for not standing exactly where she instructed and to show her offense that she was angry that I took one step too far for her she tried to give me an airport TSA style body scan with her little hand held device. She quickly learned that treating customers like that is a definite no go! The security guard is just as rude as the rest of the employees there. Charisma was amazing! We had arms full of clothes. She let me make my own rack and we were able to feed clothes in an out without creating clutter in the dressing room. Yes that's how many clothes we had. I hate feeling overwhelmed with clothes because I'll put everything back. She was extremely pleasant and managed the long line well. Can't understand the negative reviews at this store, but I hardly have any problems navigating through the store and looking around. The Men's section is on the first floor, with Blazers, Jackets and Shirts on one side and with more casual clothing wear and shoes on the other. Always like the new arrivals, military styles and fresh looks. Really like the Blazer materials and the fit of them. Most of the sizes I get fit perfectly and last a very long time in terms of the suit blazers. The T-Shirts are kind of 50-50. Sometimes Medium will fit nicely while others, the Large will fit better. At least according to the manager I buttonholed after standing in line for 20+ minutes at the *one* cash register they had open at 1300 on a Saturday. I felt truly sorry for that one cashier. returned 100% of an order in the store, was told a receipt was emailed. should have stayed at the register and reviewed the items and receipt with the cashier as one item is allegedly missing (and it's the most expensive one out of 7). $50 is enough of a loss, that they'll lose my business & trust. not sure what I can do other than discourage people from using this store or their website. read more
