We went in during the World Cup and they put the game on for us. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was and how highly I recommend checking them out! Unlike other places we visited (SuitSupply, Indochino, and others) where the service felt rushed and impersonal, Allen gave us his full attention. He made my fiancé feel comfortable, confident, and like a superstar even during the fitting process. If you're looking for someone who truly knows their craft and will treat you like family, we cannot recommend Allen at Hive & Colony enough. I was seeking a custom tuxedo to match the wedding experience my wife and I were planning, and I've only rented tuxedos before. I met Brett at the shop and immediately felt like I was being taken care of through his insightful questions, great candor, honest guidance, and exemplary expertise. Honestly, I came in a bit green to the experience and Brett really took the time to educate me without any impatience, sharing his depth of knowledge to guide me toward the finest dress clothes I've ever owned in my time. I ended up with two custom tuxedo outfits at a competitive price, an outfit change before my dinner reception that had my friends questioning who I was and how I managed to look so sharp. I received countless compliments and kind words from many for how I showed up, and how polished I looked. We had a few small challenges that ran to the wire, as it can happen. It was how Brett resolved them and the certainty by which he delivered on my needs which was truly exemplary. He made sure everything fit and worked perfectly, personally dropped my clothes off at my house, and had one set shipped to me the day before the wedding. He came through, and made it easy for me to trust that he would. I'll be a customer of the Tailored Man for a long time, and alas I won't be able to revert back to a standard look easily now that I've been spoiled by this quality and experience. I'm happy to have a tailor now, and want to thank Brett always for helping me show up at my best, on my best day.

I've tried made-to-measure programs all over the country--from California to New York--and I can…read morehonestly say this is the best made-to-measure suit I've ever had made. What sets this experience apart is that you're not working with someone who is simply selling suits. You're working with someone who genuinely understands classic menswear, tailoring, and proportion, and who has an excellent tailor on the premises. That combination is incredibly rare. In my experience, many made-to-measure programs are primarily sales-driven. The person taking your measurements may be very personable, but often doesn't have a deep understanding of garment construction, fit, or how to modify a pattern to achieve a specific look. This experience was completely different. Every detail was discussed thoughtfully, and there was never any hesitation when I wanted to customize the pattern. Whether it was the lapel shape, shoulder expression, button stance, sleeve pitch, trouser cut, or other details, every request was taken seriously and executed exactly as I envisioned. I'm probably one of the pickiest clients anyone could have when it comes to tailoring. I have extremely high expectations for fit, and I've even had made-to-measure programs tell me they couldn't produce the result I was looking for because my standards were beyond what they felt comfortable promising. This time, the suit arrived exactly as I wanted it. Remarkably, I didn't need a single alteration. That has never happened to me before. Even if price weren't part of the equation, I would still consider this the best suit I've had made through any made-to-measure program. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, willingness to customize, and overall knowledge of menswear is exceptional. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about making the best possible garment--not just making a sale--I recommend him without hesitation. I'll absolutely be back for future commissions.

Look like a million dollars without spending a million dollars to do it…read more Simply put, this is the best looking and most fashionable clothes I've been able to find anywhere that isn't just absurdly expensive. You'll spend a bit more than most mid-range priced clothes but the difference will be noticeable. Many of the styles here are trending towards a more modern cut and look while still fitting into classic designs. I honestly think this is one of the best kept secrets as far as brands. Similar clothes like this would cost 3-4x in higher end stores or different brand names. The only thing about this place I don't like is the return policy (or almost non existent one). You can only return something for store credit, and even with that it has to be within 14 days. The first time I bought something here and then read the policy I was really worried and scared that I made a couple hundred dollar mistake. Thankfully I can say I haven't had any issues with anything I've bought here and ive shopped here more than a year. Clothes seem to be very well made. I've gotten nice blazers, a tux, peacoat, and some nice french cuff shirts from here. They have high quality cottons and also great wools with a nice sheen. I recommend the 'bionic' blazers which have a stain repellant coating and sheen. It seems to have big sales all the time of about 40-50%. If things arent on sale i would probably wait until they are again.

I finally was able to visit and it was quite insane!! I had vivid memories of the teen/adult clothing stores that were open decades ago at Dulles Town Center. It's like fast fashion meets Rave, Charlotte Russe and H&M. Great idea bringing this to a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic. They carry so many items at decent/affordable prices. I can see why it was so hyped up. Shoes, jeans, tops---for men, women and kids. There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. I hate shopping. I would rather have my toes crushed with a ball-peen hammer than shop for clothes…read more When my wife and I walked into Tyson's to find me a set of clothes for a dressy casual wedding party, I was expecting the usual; wearing out mentally within and hour but having to spend two or more hours trying on this, matching that. The first store I saw was Bonobos. "What's that? That looks like a place that may have what I need..." In we go, and we're greeted by Connor, a very pleasant, professional guy who happens to be dressed like he's going to our wedding party. I see a few shirts I like, and he gives me the rundown. "We'll fit you, then you pick out the colors and styles you want, and we ship them to you in 3 or 4 days." Sounds easy enough. He brings out a few shirts, a pair of pants, and a pair of shorts. Perfect fit. We spend a few minutes looking at various colors. (Side note, and the ONLY drawback of this place: not every color/pattern is available for every single tailored fit/size. They rotate through styles regularly, he explained. Fair enough; there were plenty of options from which to choose.) I found a shirt/shorts combo that was stylish, a little funky, a perfect fit, and super comfy. All in less than an hour. For someone who hates shopping for clothes, the uniqueness of this experience (get fitted, pick out your style, get it mailed to you) was perfect. I think I just found my new way to buy clothes.

I've been to Bonobos store fronts before and had good experiences but nothing compares to the quality of service you're going to get from the crew here at Tyson's. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Hussein, who diligently worked with me and my needs and listened to me without judgement but still guided me to a fit in their items that I was very happy with. He and the rest of the guys there work with you to get the best bang for your buck and guides you to the best value items at each price range. The rest of the stuff speaks for itself as the quality of Bonobos clothes continues to get better each year. As soon as we start the conversation Jedd has this immediate disinterest in assisting me. When I asked him about what type of tie he would recommend with this suit or if I can wear the suit without a tie, his response is: "That decision should have been made months ago before even buying this suit." Okay...? I don't have a time machine to go back and do that and more importantly YOU ARE THE EXPERT, hence why I made an appointment with you to get your opinon. I brush it off and try on the suit. There is an issue with how the pants fit and when I bring this up to Jedd he replies condescendingly "Well when you make alterations to the pants that's what happens." Not only is this extremely poor customer service by Jedd/ poor people skills- he doesn't account for the fact that such consequences of alterations was never relayed to me. He doesn't try to make the situation any better on his own accord and at this point I am about through with dealing with him and his attitude. The cherry on top was when I asked him to set me up with an appointment for SUNDAY at 1pm (As I was busy on Saturday) with my original Suit Supply consultant (Cedric- who was amazing btw). And instead of scheduling me for Sunday, Jedd carelessly scheduled me for Saturday. A mistake of his I didn't catch until I got home and had to keep calling the store to fix as Cedric didnt even have any availability on Sunday. Thankfully Sunday morning, after my 4th phone call to the store, I was able to get the correct appointment. All in all this was an awful experience and probably my last with Suit Supply. If Suit Supply can't employ folks who have the smallest shred of understanding, empathy, communication than they will continue to lose more and more customers. I have had other folks comment the same about Jedd and his smug attitude, its a shame for a store who's customers deserve better
