I'm in this store every Sunday. My husband has a recurring appointment in the area and I wander. Normally I make decisions in here that get me in trouble later. Today was way different. It was relatively busy, just like most Sundays at this time but there was tons of staff running around with their red belt bags. The problem, nobody seemed to be helping customers. One blonde strolled by me 3 times and didn't speak, didn't even make eye contact, just seemed really bored to be there. Then in the back by the fitting rooms were 3-4 employees just chatting and laughing with each other. They were completely oblivious or completely ignoring all of the customers around them. I come here often because I work nearby and I don't know why but the staff is always so rude- they act like the customers are a nuisance to them and like we're in their way. Multiple times they've cut past me without saying excuse me or acknowledging me, and they're quite standoffish. I bought a gift card for my daughter in law's birthday on September 11th, 2023. I was charged on my cc on the same day. She never received her digital card. I sent text messages to the service but no response; I also called the 1-877 number spoke to someone that said they would reissue the gift card. It is now September 20th and still no card still no feed back. Anyone even thinking of purchasing a digital gift card or certificate from their website should be very careful. I am OUT $150.00 and still nothing. I've called Several times, I've texted. I am now posting this so someone else will not be conned by this store. Every single time I come here, I have a fantastic shopping experience. The customer service is absolute top notch! The first time I ever went in, Lillian assisted me and every since then I always seek her out for help and we always have a blast! The rest of the staff is awesome too, I just have a horrible memory with names, sorry! Today I had the best experience at Lululemon at Mosaic!!! I was helped by the lovely Emily. I am a bigger girl so I didn't think I would be able to fit into anything as the one pair of shorts I bought from them did not flatter me so well. I went in for store credit and left feeling like I could wear anything and everything in this store. Emily was so knowledgeable on everything. The styles that would look good on me and what size I should order for different styles. How they length of all these styles would fit me/if they would be too long or short. I'm ecstatic that they opened a Lululemon right in Mosaic (located at the corner across from True Food Kitchen and Mom & Pops)! As a previous reviewer said, this location perfectly accommodates the fitness studios within the area (CorePower Yoga, Zengo, Spark Yoga, SolidCore, XSport) -- most of which are walking distance! The store itself is well organized and has plenty of sizes in stock. The associates are friendly and accommodating to any questions you may have. They partner up with brand ambassadors (teachers) from nearby studios so there's always a spotlight on a "Studio of the Month" and many community (free!!!) classes are offered inside the store. Although Lululemon is a splurge and sometimes I debate on whether or not I should pick up a second job to feed my shopping addiction, once you slip into a pair of their Wunder Under pants, you'll understand what the hype is about. read more

Great staff and fantastic customer support. Very well-lit and clean store as well (that natural light that Tysons/Fair Oaks lacks due to being inside a mall). I typically only come for pace breaker shorts, but they have been amazing in terms of exchanging damaged shorts several times now. I saw that some reviewers commented that the items are expensive and the quality has gone down. I will agree that the items are expensive, but I will say that their exchange policy has always been fantastic for me (even at the Tysons location). I know that if anything goes wrong with my pace breakers, I can get them exchanged (often times same-day). As long as their exchange policy stays lenient, I am not worried about changes to their products. I review based on my experience with the store and not necessarily the price (you wouldn't walk in Hermes or Chanel and ding them for being pricey). Now if the service was bad compared to what you would expect from a "higher end athletic wear company" I understand the reasoning; however, I do not understand dinging a business based on price if your experience with customer service was good. If I could give 6 stars I would. Ben went above and beyond for my journey of finding a specific pair of pants. I think he called about 27 stores for me to see if they had it in stock. Honestly I was like the customer every employee dreads, but Ben did whatever he could to help me and after about 45 minutes of trying to find items and calling just about everybody Ben made sure I left the store with what I wanted. It took a lot of self-convincing before I finally bought something from Lululemon and I'm so glad I made that decision. Here's the thing - high quality yoga wear makes a huge difference when you're sweating bullets and bending sideways. I've had plenty of yoga wear that's already becoming a rag after a few rough sessions. The store itself is very clean and organized. It feels refreshing just walking in! Plenty of space to wonder around. You can easily find your size and the styles that you're looking for. If you're not sure what you'll be needing, the staff here are super friendly and helpful! They're really knowledgable about the products, and they really take their time when looking for something that you need. They had some classes held inside the studio throughout the summer in August. I've visited this Lululemon store earlier today and I must say that I will not be returning. The lady in the back (wish I could remember her name ) was extremely helpful in selecting two great pair of leggings for me which I ended up purchasing. The reason that I will not return is because I was not treated the same as the rest of the patrons in the store. I arrived without an hello or acknowledgment whatsoever. I had an exchange and stood at the register for about two minutes while the mangaget am an associate continued to talk to one another and failed knowledge my presence. I subsequently observed the manager, I assume, an Asian lady greet every other customer in the store and ask them if they were OK, bypassing me. Fast forward to check out. I stood in the line and observed the manager explain the return policy and care policy for Lululemon leggings to the three customers prior to me but failed to provide the same explanation or service. Ps. I'm African American. The rest of the patrons were not. I sincerely hope that this is not the reason i was treated differently. If I didnt drive 45 minutes to Tyson's, I would've left. The young lady in the back that assisted me is the only reason for the 2 stars. read more

I love this location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they have a changing room with an array of toys so I can actually try stuff on if I'm in there with the tiny humans. It's one of my favorite stops when I visit Mosaic. Pricing can vary so sometimes you can score really great finds when things are on final sale. read more
