The retail associates were all very helpful, and knew a lot about the brand itself and were always around to help customers find sizes, certain items, or answer questions. Although their customer service is inconsistent as sometimes I find that they can avoid eye contact and not help you out. This has happened to me a few times so far. I really like their spacious store, and how the display for the men and women's were very organized. On Black Friday, they were doing 30% off the entire store! This was too good a deal to miss out on so my bf and I stopped by and got some really nice sweaters and jackets. Boyfriend bought the wrong size and asked if they could hold a jacket for him with the correct size. They didn't have the size in stock. They took down his contact information and never called. We had to consistently show up to the store and look for ourselves to find the jacket. The last time we were there, we found the jacket with the size he was looking for....and like we expected they never called or anything. Though, their material for outerwear is extremely comfortable and warm. I love the style and the color combinations for the jackets. Not only do they specialize in coats and jackets, they also carry sports and workout gear as well as graphic t-shirts, and skirts and blouses for women.

When we walked through the store to peruse the selection, there were a lot of cute button downs and of course now with spring/summer you have dresses, tees, shorts, etc. I also saw some office type clothes like a blazer which I'm now on the lookout for with my new role being essentially fully in-office no remote, so time to update my wardrobe. I ended up snagging the heart button down that was on clearance. They had a decent clearance section for women but I didn't see any for men or kids, just regular priced and/or sale items. I also saw nice accessories and adorable socks. The sales were ranging from 40-60% from what I remember, and when I walked into the store initially I also saw that passport members get $10 off an item when they sign up with email (free). Being in Pickett Shopping Center, there's a ton of parking and plenty of food, entertainment, retail options.

After finding several pairs of shoes I was interested in - I saw there were none out on the shelves in my size - so I asked for help. A young man came over to help me - I told him which three pairs I was interested in - 11.5 Wide. So he says to me: 10.5 Wide - right? No. I reiterate I want 11.5 Wide. He goes in the back and comes out with a pair in 10.5 Wide for one style, and 11.5 Wide in another. No - please - listen to me! I'm not sure what this kid's problem was, but he tells me no more shoes in that size. I try on the one that he did bring out in 11.5 Wide - Bingo! They fit and are comfortable! So I find another pair I want them to check on - this time I am not interacting with Einstein, I find a pleasant young lady named Kelly to help me. She checks - and no - nothing is available. So she then rings me up. Not sure if I would go back here unless the selection in sizes gets better.

Mr. Yam, the store manager, the assistant managers, and all of the associated workers are consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. 1/20/24 Today we are here to do a return on bed sheets. We…read morehad grabbed the wrong size bed sheets and now need to exchange for the right size sheets. Alas, it was not meant to be Sherry. The king size sheets we found were of a brown color to which I despise. (Possibly due to my father and mother's liking of this color..., oh!, and seeing this color all over the house didn't help) Nevertheless, we did not find anything to replace the sheets we bought. So my wife just returned the item quickly and easily. There might be a number of things to buy here, but on today's experience, we bought nothing else.
