What happened to the quality and selection of shoes, and making customers feel welcome? We had to go seek help to get the shoes I wanted to try on because NO ONE came to assist. Shoney wasn't on the floor initially, but the rest of the sales associates were busy on their phones or cleaning. Nordstrom's used to be my first thought for shopping, but not anymore. I hope this changes soon.
