I was really pleased with the results. Subsequently, just before COVID (believe fall 2019), I placed an order for another Bespoke suit and Mark took a $1,400 deposit from me. As Covid endured, Mark stop responding to my texts and calls. A couple years went by before Mark and I finally connected. He mentioned he was having some problems with the business and lost some of his key team members. He asked that I remain patient, which I did. Finally, in early 2023, after more messages and texts, he finally reached out and mentioned he couldn't fulfill the bespoke suit order, but he could have two MTM jackets made with the deposit I already had on file. He sent many fabric swatches to me and we finalized the order. By late summer, he went silent again. He finally surfaced in October and apologized and he stated one of the two jackets would be shipped by end of November '23 with the other coming shortly thereafter. To date, I haven't heard another word from Mark. It appears the order was never placed. I'm looking into taking Mark to small claims court to recover my deposit as I really have no recourse at this point. I can't recommend his services to anyone at this point. Really sad as I liked Mark and enjoyed doing business with him. No idea how he can treat good customers this way.

My current esthetician is Nichole W., and I truly can't recommend her enough. She has made significant improvements to my skin, especially to acne, which I have struggled with for decades, and some aging. I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. She also helped ensure the products I was using were appropriate for the situation I was in at the time. Todd was very responsive via email and phone once I filled out the form, and he did some juggling to keep my appointment when I needed it. Upon arrival, he took great measurements and helped me select a fantastic tux. The tux arrived promptly and was easy to pick up and return. It was also of a fantastic quality that I received many compliments on. While returning my tux, Todd complimented the coat that I was wearing. The coat happened to be new and was in need of sleeve alterations. Todd said that he could easily take care of that. Backstory: I proposed to my then-fiance, now-wife back in April of 2013 and through the course of wedding preparations, decided that I wanted to have a tuxedo made fully bespoke. (I also needed to purchase a few business suits) Years of football and weightlifting had left me with a body that is incompatible with 95% of off-the-rack business and formal clothing. So, I began sampling custom clothiers all around the DC area, and my findings generally lacked the 'Experience' I was looking for. Most tailor shops were impersonal, unreasonably priced, or both. Enter Bryn: He's extremely personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and took his time to get to know me. The best way to sum it up is that I felt like I was talking to a friend who was doing me a favor as opposed to a business owner selling me a product. During my first appointment in November 2013 at his shop, we discussed his offerings (virtually limitless), my personal style, and then all the necessary measurements were taken. Then I threw him a curveball: I was in the process of cutting bodyfat and informed him that I'd be significantly smaller by the wedding date (March 8, 2014). No sweat, he proposed several fittings over the course of the next few months and would tailor the suit to match the body composition changes. Over the course of those months I had an initial fitting, as well as two subsequent fittings, over which time I lost size in the waist/legs and gained in the back/arms. The tux and suits fit perfectly in each stage, which I thought was amazing. Fast forward to 3 weeks before my wedding, I realized I needed a new tuxedo shirt. I called Bryn, reluctantly because it was so last minute, and asked if he could possibly get one made for me in such a short time frame. Again, no problem, I received the shirt one week before my wedding, and of course it fit perfectly. This consistent level of service and quality of clothing is why I'll be calling on Bryn to provide all of my future custom clothing needs. He's top notch.

Received an email stating my suit was ready to be picked up, so I booked an appointment with Jedd…read moreto: 1) confirm the fit of the suit after it had been tailor and 2) get Jedd's opinion on a tie to match the suit I had just spent over $1000 on. As soon as we start the conversation Jedd has this immediate disinterest in assisting me. When I asked him about what type of tie he would recommend with this suit or if I can wear the suit without a tie, his response is: "That decision should have been made months ago before even buying this suit." Okay...? I don't have a time machine to go back and do that and more importantly YOU ARE THE EXPERT, hence why I made an appointment with you to get your opinon. I brush it off and try on the suit. There is an issue with how the pants fit and when I bring this up to Jedd he replies condescendingly "Well when you make alterations to the pants that's what happens." Not only is this extremely poor customer service by Jedd/ poor people skills- he doesn't account for the fact that such consequences of alterations was never relayed to me. He doesn't try to make the situation any better on his own accord and at this point I am about through with dealing with him and his attitude. The cherry on top was when I asked him to set me up with an appointment for SUNDAY at 1pm (As I was busy on Saturday) with my original Suit Supply consultant (Cedric- who was amazing btw). And instead of scheduling me for Sunday, Jedd carelessly scheduled me for Saturday. A mistake of his I didn't catch until I got home and had to keep calling the store to fix as Cedric didnt even have any availability on Sunday. Thankfully Sunday morning, after my 4th phone call to the store, I was able to get the correct appointment. All in all this was an awful experience and probably my last with Suit Supply. If Suit Supply can't employ folks who have the smallest shred of understanding, empathy, communication than they will continue to lose more and more customers. I have had other folks comment the same about Jedd and his smug attitude, its a shame for a store who's customers deserve better

Lovely tailors and was on the recommended sheet from Anthropologie weddings, but wouldn't recommend…read morefor wedding dress besides maybe hemming. My soft cat eye top was taken in and from the front center, which changed the look of the dress and where it sat on my chest. I said it wasn't what we discussed and it changed the dress, and they suggested cutting the cat eye corners. I showed them the picture of how it was before and said to make it just that way and the next week luckily they did--it was back as it was! The hemming was just fine and done well. The bustle loops were made of a material that was like a very thin clear fishing line. I was a bit nervous about how it would hold up but I trusted it since I'm no expert. Sadly 1 of 3 bustle loops snapped before walking into the reception and a second bustle loop snapped 10 minutes into dancing. It looks so weird in pictures but it was game time and we couldn't grab a pin. It was a heavy ballgown with a cathedral train and multiple layers. Because it was just so heavy and impossible to hold up, I had to put on my outfit from the rehearsal 30 min into dancing. Luckily I had it with me, but I was so bummed because I wanted to wear it for at least half of the reception dancing! I'd come here for other tailoring because they're quick and reasonable pricing, but not for wedding dresses.
