They don't allow a mother to go into the fitting room to help zip up your daughter's dress (who is a minor) or check the fit. My daughter is not comfortable walking out in front of everyone and she couldn't get the back zipped up. I wasn't even in the room for a min. when an associate banged on the fitting room door and said there can only be 1 person in the fitting room. I said, "I am just checking the fit." She said it doesn't matter and it's policy. I was understandably upset which made my daughter upset and ruined her dress-buying experience. The associate then told me my daughter is upset because of me. Terrible way to treat a customer. I will be e-mailing corporate as it is completely unacceptable to tell a young girl that her mother can't go into the fitting room with her. read more

I didn't know about Windsor until I moved to Nova. And I'm so glad I found it! It's hard to find a store in your late 20s that isn't super young and cheap (think Forever 21 or Papaya) or for more "mature" women (think Talbots or Ann Taylor). So Windsor is a perfect intersection for me! I have a lot of staple pieces like sweaters and bodysuits from here, and it's always my first stop for a special occasion requiring some glam. Workers have always been very friendly and helpful and give you your space to shop around. The ONLY reason this is 4/5 is because the dressing rooms are covered in GLITTER. They sell a lot of prom dresses and glittery items, but I wish the store would try to vacuum or swiffer the floors regularly throughout the day. And they only provide one bar for clothes and one small stool so you're forced to put all of your stuff on that little stool and on the floor. Love this store, moved from okc As a flight and literally wasn't greated once! Crazy cause workng 4 years in retail we greet within 30 seconds. I also have a secret shopping business & this place needs it! Guy just sat behind the counter chatting with a girl unloading shipment. Never in my life did I ever think I'd be shopping at Windsor. Yesterday was the first day I actually went in because one of my closest friends recommended I go. So I did. And I am mind blown. There is a variety of clothes for all types of occasions. Anything from lounging clothes to formal events. And they have sizes going up to Large! This store was awful with horrible costumer service. I bought a pair of sweatpants and when I tried on them on at home, due to the dressing rooms being closed, I found a hole in them. I brought them back the next to be returned, but the cashier refused to accept them and told me I was the one who ripped them. She said the person who checked me out would have noticed. Due to the disrespect and awful customer service, I will not be returning to this Windsor in Fair Oaks Mall again. read more

The attendants working at this store are rude and thoughtless. As with most stores within this chain, the store worker is to keep the dressing rooms locked and personally unlock them for each new customer. This wasn't happening. The dressing rooms were a crazy mess. I happened to leave a shopping bag in my dressing room on accident. If they would have been following protocol them would have saw this. I returned within five minutes and everything in the bag had been stolen. Understandably this is mostly my mistake, however, when asking for help looking for the bag, the store attendant was rude and laughed in my face. Based on her behavior, I wouldn't be surprised if she had taken it herself. Her attitude and poor customer service made the experience poor. Not to mention the utter dismay of the store, with most of the tables and racks being an absolute mess. read more
