At the first appt for alterations, she let me tell her what I thought needed to be fixed first before offering her suggestions. She did this bc something she might see as an issue might not even bother me. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm very happy with the outcome. She made me feel like a queen in my dress and I cannot wait to show it off on my wedding day. *Parking: There's plenty of parking out front, and more in the lot across front the store. It is a very busy lot, and sometimes drivers from the Starbucks drive through gets stuck trying to leave. Id recommend that you park closer to the Bonchon. **Will post pictures of before and after, but AFTER my wedding in May! Can't have the fiance seeing any pics anywhere hehe PS the elderly man at the register was the kindest gentlemen ever!

You can tell she is truly passionate and wants to find her brides the perfect dress. She was extremely patient and let us FaceTime our family who couldn't be there to enjoy the moment. Overall this was an amazing experience and I'm so glad I found my dress here. I couldn't recommend Marie and the Global bridal team enough!

What an amazing salon!…read more The salon itself was lovely, there are two sides and I was on one side to myself with my party. The other side had two dressing rooms for brides. My stylist, Serki, was incredible, I was so disheartened after checking out another shop the day before and was worried my points weren't getting across. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and the first two dresses she pulled were on the right track, but she took my comments into account and pulled my dress for me on her third try! It was a really lovely experience, we may have been there on a slow day but she let us take lots of pictures and FaceTime my wedding party. She was also great with helping me try on some different accessories and decide on the style of veil I wanted! I was worried about trying what I thought was a smaller boutique but they had an amazing selection, and I was impressed with them trying to help me stay in budget and buying my dress off the rack! Thanks ladies!! Very metro accessible, we metro-ed to King St Old Town and were prepared to walk but the free trolley took us just a few blocks away!

There were so many beautiful dresses that made me look and feel incredible. When it came time to choose between two that I loved Teuta was not only gentle with me she read my mind! She knew which dress I loved but was worried to say it cause it was a bit different. Man did she me like a book and I'm soooo glad she did. It gave me the courage to say yes to the different dress! And one more important item, DO NOT SLEEP ON THE VEILS. They are showstopping gorgeous. I think we said yes to the veil before we said yes to the dress! Teuta and her team are wonderful, the gowns are stunning, and I cannot wait to continue my journey to the big day with them.

I purchased a Mother of the Groom gown from Zoya's Boutique in 2021 for approximately $4,000…read more Unfortunately, my son's wedding was canceled due to COVID-19. At the time of purchase, the owner advised me not to have the gown altered until I was ready to wear it, and I followed that recommendation. This year, when my son's wedding was rescheduled, I returned to Zoya's for alterations. I was extremely disappointed to receive a quote of $1,588, plus an additional $45 for cups. (See below) Although the staff at Zoya's have been pleasant and welcoming, I found the alteration charges to be unreasonably high, particularly compared with prices I had paid elsewhere. For comparison, Maes Boutique charged me $350 to alter another Mother of the Groom gown. Because of the significant difference in pricing, I decided to have the alterations completed by another professional boutique, which is charging me $380 for comparable work. This experience was very disappointing. Customers purchasing high-end gowns should receive clear, fair, and reasonable pricing for alterations and related services. Based on my experience, I cannot and do not recommend Zoya's Boutique. I encourage others to ask about alteration costs in advance and compare prices before making their purchase at Zoya's!!!!!
