I am glad we did because the hunt officially ended here as the "dress" was found at this location. The formal section is not as extensive as their other location but it was plentiful and they also carry plus size dresses as well, making them more inclusive to whoever may visit. Unlike the location in Pentagon, they have more dressing rooms which is a huge plus!!!! So there is not an extensive wait for a room. The ladies here are sweethearts as they periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything and assisted in getting a few dresses down. They were always accessible and even assisted with recommendations throughout our visit. Check out was a breeze and if you do buy a dress, they have garment bags for them as well.

I literally walked in did a loop around the store and walked out. The clothes are super cute and if you get the right size the material will be nice as well! I find sizing to be inconsistent however. The accessories are also overpriced but super cute. The store is a mix between Francesca's and Charming Charlie. I definitely love this store because it is esthetically pleasing.

The skirt ended up falling apart AT the wedding I was attending and I had to hold it together with safety pins, which wasn't really enough for the heavily embroidered fabric. They were rude and were transparently overcharging me. I bought some jewelry I really love! But the quality is poor and not worth the price.

I'll definitely be shopping here again--Ruby's Collection has won me over! Great Alteration Service! I had my dress altered at Ruby's Collection, and the fit turned out perfect. The team was professional, attentive to detail, and completed the alterations quickly. I really appreciated how they made sure everything matched the original design. Highly recommend their service! I went to return a set of rings that were still attached to the original Mango display card in their original condition. The cashier immediately refused the return. When I asked to speak with the manager, he reviewed the situation and confirmed that the return was allowed. Instead of professionally resolving the issue, the cashier continued arguing with both me and the manager. Rather than taking control of the situation, the manager allowed the argument to continue. Only after several minutes did he tell her to process the return. When she finally did, she threw the receipt at me instead of handing it to me. Neither the cashier nor the manager apologized for the way I was treated. This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I've ever had. The manager may have approved the return, but he failed to handle his employee's behavior professionally or ensure that a customer was treated with basic courtesy. If this is the level of customer service at Mango Tysons Mall, I will not be shopping at this location again.
