At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in! I said, in English, "Yes please" which surprised and amused her. I never did get fully fluent in Spanish thus the reason I answered in English. They didn't have a jacket for his school in his size and were not expecting one until the fall - I don't know how, but she made it happen. She worked with the school athletic director for the student to receive his letter early so it could be ready for embroidery. The efficiency with the order and the fact that they genuinely care is rare. I wish all businesses ran like this one. Thanks for making a dream come true for a student and thanks for staying on top of things and making it as easy as possible for the host parent!

The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I was told he would reach back to me but is now a week later and I have not heard back from the manager or any associate. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.

There are fewer customer service counters in each department. There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.
