I counted out 8 items, took a card, and went into the fitting room. As I tried on the first 8 items, I removed some pieces and brought in the next 8. Throughout the process, I kept showing the employee the 8 hangers as I was switching items. At some point, the employees switched, and another woman came out and seemed to be saying that the cart had to be outside of the fitting room area, even though it already was. She also had a very thick accent, so I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying. Her tone was also very rude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Then, without really explaining anything, she grabbed my cart and pushed it into the aisle. At that point, I was completely confused about the fitting room process and how I was even supposed to try on the clothes. I ended up leaving the cart and going home. I get that they don't want people stealing but at this point it feels like they don't want you to buy anything. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating. Love Ross! Just happened to be nearby and saw one here so decided to stop in…read more I really wasn't looking for anything specific but it's Ross, you're pretty much guaranteed to find something. Now that I'm in the office daily, I need to update my wardrobe and this is the perfect place that won't break the bank! I found a few things and some at clearance prices. Woot! The store could have been better organized but in these types of stores, patience is key! The customer service was fair. I won't go out of my way to come here but I'm glad I stopped in. Now I have a cute outfit for work tomorrow and one to go out this weekend.

Little did I know the semi-annual sale was going on and there was a line since capacity was/is being limited. The capacity limit was/is 16 people and that includes the staff. So you can imagine it's not hard to reach 16 people relatively quickly. After an approximately 15 minute wait I finally made my way in! The employee at the door put sanitizer on everyone's hands who entered. She also handed customers a paper shopping bag in varying sizes depending on what size you indicated you wanted. Once inside it was a relatively calm shopping experience because there's not a lot of people inside so there is plenty of space. Also, the one staff member stocking shelves and roaming about was pretty helpful. The store overall was very clean and orderly. Upon checking out the cashiers would sanitize the card reader and counter in between each customer. Besides the wait in line it was an overall pleasurable shopping experience. Of course by time I left there was no longer a line nor wait at all. So I guess its just the luck of the draw. I also had a nice conversation with one of the employees on my way out. I'll be back to this Bath & Body Works.

This store can get CROWDED during the semi-annual sale. The staff does a decent job of keeping the displays relatively neat, though. Like I said earlier, service from the staff varies widely. I've seen people go out of their way to help a customer find or identify a particular product... and then there's the experience I had during my last visit. I had a $10 off $30 coupon and gave it to the cashier. She didn't bother to look at it, but scanned it and gave me my total. The total seemed high, so I looked at the pay screen and noticed that I was a little under $4 short of the $30 mark, so the coupon wasn't applied to the total. I informed the sales associate that I was a few dollars short on the purchase and that I was going to grab a few more items. She clearly had no idea of this (fairly common) promotion and kept trying to get me check out without them; repeatedly and aggressively asking me which method I planned to use (mind you, I had my card in my hand the entire time). I told her again that I was going to grab a few more items so that I could take advantage of the promotion and use the coupon and as I'm walking away, she says "Oh, so you don't want it?" ["it", being my purchase]. WHAT PART OF "I'M GOING TO GET MORE ITEMS SO THAT I CAN USE MY COUPON" WAS NOT CLEAR?!?! Good grief! I ask the other sales associate if he can explain to her what I've been telling her the whole time, and he just stares blankly at me. At this point, I was the one rushing to hurry up and complete the transaction because it seemed like everyone in there that I interacted with seemed to have left their common sense at home. Getting some discounted hand soap should not have involved so much headache.

They have a good return policy and I have not had a long line there. I have not been there during a crazy busy time so it may be different around Christmas. I read the prior review about the redesign and I don't mind it. I actually liked the update. It was a little harder to find the sale rack, but it is at the back of the store like it is in almost any store.

When I measured them at home, the inseam was 28 inches--not 30--so the item was clearly defective or mislabeled. I called customer care and was told to take the pants to the Westfield Mall in Bethesda MD store. On 10/18/25 I went to the store, after explaining the issue to several associates, I was directed to the selling manager, despite the straightforward problem (a 28" inseam on a 30L pant), I wasn't offered a normal defective-item return. The options I was left with were essentially to keep them, donate them, or leave them at the store--apparently "issue a refund for a defective product" didn't make the list that day. I left the pants and order confirmation email printout at the store and expected a refund to my credit card. No refund ever posted. I'm requesting a full refund to my original form of payment and written confirmation that the pants I left at the store were processed as a defective return. I'd also appreciate a review of store handling for defective merchandise

I went in to buy balloons for my grandchildren. But, a Halloween dancing dog found its way into my basket. Service was great and I was checked out in a jiffy. The balloon prices were excellent. I may have paid a little more for my dancing dog. But, it was worth it.

The store looked like a dollar store, but everything there cost a ridiculous amount. The BRADLEY and Variety store is a clean, organized, well stocked little party store with pretty much the same type of inventory as the Bruce Variety. It is a great store to get those random things that you need for a party. It has toys. It has fabric. It has every color of plastic tablecloth you could want. The customer service has been friendly everytime I've been in, and they have a check-in offer for Yelpers. A great little store. What did I get there? American Flag Toothpicks of course! Yeah, they have those. What makes a burger better? I'll answer that for ya! An American Flag Toothpick in the middle. We do have a great flag! I wish they had Maryland Flag toothpicks. I would totally buy them out of their stock...

Really easy to walk in and order a set of balloons for a birthday party. The woman behind the…read morecounter was extremely helpful and actually picked out most of the balloon bouquet. They really have everything you need and in a convenient parking lot so it's easy to get in and out.
