Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.

There is a customer service person who has been there probably as long as the store has been open, but at least for the last 15 years. Anytime I go to customer service and she's there, she recognizes me right away and says "hey sugar how are you doing? She even asks me about my special needs son because she met him 15 years ago after he stole something and I made him take it back and apologize. She was incredible! I would love to work here but I would wind up spending my entire paycheck so it's not worth it. LOL

I appreciate that it was easy to access dog food this time around. Grabbed the items I came for and then went to check out. This is when it got really frustrating and disappointing - there were 2 registers open for 16-18 people waiting to check out. Self check out wasn't open and in recent months has been limited to 10 items, which is annoying. I opted for Walmart instead this past Saturday - it opens earlier than Target and had no waiting to check out.

Told my husband we would go to big lots as it expires on July 1st. The first time we went, I didn't find anything to buy. The second time, today, we have a get together at our place tomorrow, so I picked up some stuff. We get to the counter and it's not working. No wifi connection so husband and I both step outside to try and get the code. Ben said there's usually a bar code and usually doesn't take this long. My husband said to just make the purchase, but I came specifically to use the coupon, it would not be right not to use it! So I told Ben to put my stuff aside, and I'll come back when we get it to work as our house has great Wi-Fi and we thought that was the problem. We've been home for hours and it ain't working!! I told Ben to let management know it's really annoying. I said I'd be back once I had the $30 coupon for my $50+ (picked up about $100), but since it's not working & it was just stuff I picked up just to use the coupon, I'll see if I have more of my time to waste today. This is the total opposite of my first experience. I don't know if it's the system or if it's just a way to get customers in. I finally got the bar code when I tried at 9pm this night! There's rarely anyone working in this department, and the ones that you seen, hide in the stock room, no urgency to help or flat out tell you, something is out of stock without checking the stockroom or their computer etc. Checking out is a burden: lines remind me of the MVA and the cashiers aren't that friendly unless they are trying to pester you in signingup for their store credit card that has a high interest rate.. Unless Im in a hurry, Ill stick to Bowie location. They closed off the entrance near the shoe department, another bummer.

Now another 10 days to get figure out if I'll get a refund or return. But for over 7 days to ship two necklaces that are one of your most popular items, specifically when it 3-5 days shipping. Oh but what that's after processing, but I can't get a processing time frame.
