While I was doing the paperwork before getting pierced the two employees were very rude to me and my guardian. They made no effort to make me feel safe during the process. Both of them never made eye contact with us. Also, one of them was very uneducated on what to do. I asked for a "mid" which they told me was a cartilage piercing. The employee marked my ear and then proceeded to prepare the gun. During the piercing I was never told when it would happen she just did it. Afterwards I was unhappy with the result but felt so unwanted that I simply walked away in tears. The piercing was only on my lob and not even on the marking she had made. I would not recommend to anyone.

I love Pagoda and purchase all of my body jewelry from their locations. Their warranty is excellent and definitely recommend it for the few extra bucks especially on the expensive white gold pieces.
