In, out, and in awe in under 15 minutes with two pieces that are high-end to me! The lab-grown diamonds are VVS 1 / VVS 2 quality (I'm not a stickler on this, but the sis has made it a part of her personality), and High-quality look, 14k gold, lab diamonds = a price I was comfortable with. First, the greeter at Suitsupply immediately said hello and explained the process to me (I'd been ignored at Nordstrom's until I asked an associate for help - which is sometimes fine if you're browsing, but I knew exactly what I needed.) Second, I worked with Khalil at Suitsupply, and he was outstanding: his expertise and knowledge around the fitting; his demeanor - not trying to sell me, helping me find what would be the best look for me; his passion for the clothes. Suitsupply also had a wider range of neck sizes - I wasn't sure if I needed the 17", 17.5", or 17.75" (which they had in stock, unlike every other place I'd visited). Third, when I settled on the pants, Khalil measured and marked where they needed to be altered. Alterations were completed in-house, and after 15 minutes or so, were completed to perfection. I tried the shirt and pants on again before leaving (the shirt I bought at Nordstrom's needed to be altered and will be ready in about a week.) I highly recommend the Tysons' Galleria Suitsupply and Khalil in particular - exactly the type of person you want to work with - skilled and knowledgeable, wants you to look your best, not trying to sell you on a garment, and a truly nice person. His measurements were already on file and we just needed to select the fabric. He quickly selected the fabric but the associate explained that we should make an hour appointment and return for the fitting. He definitely meant well and likely wanted us to take our time making the selection, but we are busy people and just wanted to get it done. We left without ordering the suit and will likely return when we have time. This location is well stocked and we receive very good service.

The showroom manager offered no meaningful resolution and stated he would email his manager, who might respond within a week. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
