If you plan to call them for pair down, for estate sales, please reconsider your choice, because they will take additional items from you without paying, and they will make you be appreciate they take your nice junks.
If I can rate them for 0 star, I will!
The store maybe good, but when you try to support local business, you also need to know which kind of business people you are supporting, and how they got their items. Based on my experiences with them, buying things from them will make you become a thift helper.
I called them for estate pick-up, because I only have one week to move out and clear out the house.
I know I may regret doing this, but I have to due to the time I got.
As soon as they arrived, they start talking to us, we regret we called them. They told us only 2 people will be there, but 4 people shows up.
Before they arrive, we put everything we want to sell in our garage, because we are in moving process, there are a lot of personal items we do want to keep. We told them everything is in garage, and the garage door is open, theu can start their process. Instead of start their process, they went in our house without any respect, and start dig around room by room without even asking if they can go in.
We have a lot of things in the house, but for sure some of them we are not selling, and we clearly told them we are not selling, we will keep it.
Then they started saying they really want buy from us, they want our kids toy, they want to buy our rug, they want to buy our Christmas collection items.
They gave such a great offer, they offered us $50 on a $8000 antique Persian rug which we told them we are not selling. We have to shut them up, and ask them to leave our house, go back to garage, and only take what we agreed to sale.
However, after seeing what they are selling in their store, we realize they actually took many things from our house which we told them DO NOT TAKE.
They took few additional box from our house, 2 German made nut crackers, all the collectable Christmas ornaments(about 50 of them), and few box of handmade washi paper eggs(total about 50 eggs).
They are no difference than a real thift. read more
