Loved this place. Great vintage clothes, lots of handbags, fantastic music, and a good latte to top it all. As others have pointed out, sizes run small, and there aren't many options in the L or XL category but the place is a gem, the wall posters and art are gorgeous, and the customer care truly wonderful. The whole place is just unique and worth seeking out. Only open Saturdays and Sundays because as one of the young men said, this is a "love project" and they all have day jobs in order to make a living. Oh, and the music selection!!! read more

Eduardo and his mother opened this family owned business on 1/1/25. The staff are very sweet and happy to be there. The shop had an array of consigned and vintage clothes, but also some scrubs, candles, and coffee options. They also had a great little sitting area with board games if you want to chill out for a few minutes. They are located in the same plaza where Solider fit was previously. It's very close to Thai house and flower hill plaza. This is a great shop that is focused on community and elevating others. Loved the vibe and the family that runs it. read more

Cute shop, customer service was good but I'm giving it 3 stars because they are really only curated to a certain size(s). Unfortunately, I do not fit that size. I wish I could've found some of the items that I found in my size. read more

This is such a great concept with excellent execution! We stopped by during their first week open and immediately felt welcomed. This is the truest definition of family-owned and operated. We met three members of the family, and we enjoyed hearing the story of how the store came to be. What you can expect: -A selection of well-maintained, pre-loved clothing and shoes for all ages. -A selection of hot and cold beverages to enjoy. -A seating space with games to play. Love this store. The store is all family ran by Jason, his father and grandmother. The coffee was really good but that's the adjacent part to the main focus of this store which is the upcycling of clothing. Great selection and prices of gently used clothing. The decor inside is super cute and can see this being a great meetup space in the area. read more

Super cute thrift shop and coffee shop. I found an adorable Abercrombie maxi skirt for $16 and Maryland crew neck for $8. I even got an iced latte with oat milk. It was such a nice time and the worker was super helpful. read more

I love the concept of this spot - combining a coffee bar with a thrift store. I came to this family operated business opening week & was impressed! It's a such a cute shop and owners are beautiful, warm-hearted people. I've returned a few times since. Sometimes just to get a latte or matcha, other times to meet up with others and browse the racks. You quickly get a sense that they are trying to build a community connection and it is working! They donate to mental health resources and are holding events on weekends. It's located right off Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg and open until 6pm. PS I love my Dickie's black and white checkered flannel I picked up :-) it was clean, in excellent condition, and priced well. read more

I went in to check out the selection of things they had + the drinks they were serving. In summary, they have a good variety in styles of clothing that I sifted through; everything is hung up in an orderly fashion and it's not hard to locate where a specific type of clothing is in the shop. I'm not quite ready to purchase anything yet since I need to get rid of some things I don't wear, but I definitely got the urge a couple of times. Especially with their tops. They definitely ensure that the clothing is of good quality, too. They also have some shoes and bags, but not a lot. The prices are pretty fair for each item, and they have discounts for things going out of season (like sweatshirts as spring is arriving). I knocked off a star since there's no changing room to try anything, while all sales are final. This isn't my first time shopping secondhand and obviously there's space constraints in the store itself, but I found that a bit unforgiving. Even knowing my sizes, there have been a few times that something didn't fit me, so I returned it. But that's only really an issue when the clothing doesn't quite match its stated size, which I can't speak on. But what I can speak on next are their drinks. Their horchata is delicious; I'll be trying their matcha the next time I go. I'm also planning to sell some of my older clothes to them, since they also handle donations for whatever they can't sell themselves. Definitely go out and support them!! read more

Had such a wonderful experience this weekend at upcycled! The owner was friendly and took time to acknowledge each customer that walked in. Can't wait to go back for some of the events they will be starting. You can thrift get a coffee and just hang out.
