The staff were all very nice and helpful if you needed it. You pick your jar, scent then get to pouring. There are wide variety of jars and scents and they are all reusable which is a great concept! The whole thing honestly could take you 15 mins. You can either wait 2 hours to pick it up or pick it up on another day. It's a cute candle with a lovely scent but unsure if it's worth the $40 overall. Of note, when I picked up my candle it looked cracked and the wax was all over the wick. Unsure if it got jostled when it was being set out to dry.

Persian Rose Garden tea is splendid -- mellow and rich, smooth, calming (I'm not saying it's medicinally calming, but rather that it's evocative of a certain atmosphere that may make you feel a certain way if you tune into it.) The story of how I came to know about Shafa is pretty funny. A relative was sick and drinking some of the Shafa Blends' teas as a way to recover from a serious illness. I secretly doubted this would be of much benefit. However, to commiserate with him, I had a cup of their turmeric/ginger tea. And, don't you know, I felt better--and wasn't even the ailing person! So, now, I'm a believer. I like their Superior Earl Grey tea; the bergamot component is marvelous. There are other Earl Grey combinations, too. The rooibos is nice. And I can vouch for the fact that their teas keep their intensity long after purchase.

Nonetheless, decided to buy some gifts for family that totaled about $80. The wonderful lady at the front decided it was a great idea to place three heavy desk weights and three coasters into one small paper bag. I asked her to double bag it, but she had already closed out the register. I offered to pay the extra 50¢ to purchase another bag but she only would accept cash, or require me to spend another $5.00 on credit! It amazing how after spending $80 she would not just give me another bag for the heavy items. Don't waste your time or money here, it's cheap Chinese products at an insane marked up price and the customer service is below satisfactory.

I like that they also use cool wooden wicks; I love candles that crackle! I have yet to burn mine because the fragrance still emits even with them unlit and I want to savor it a bit longer before it melts. I love the fragrance of a campfire, so I got the Santa's Reindeer. It's exactly what I was looking for. They do ship, so if you are like me and don't live in the area, you can get replacements. Prices are extremely reasonable and well worth the quality.

The staff there is so sweet and so helpful. My bestie and I got to walk around and look at all the things they have. They have everything from books, tarot cards, crystals, incense, and so much more. They even do readings there that you can book ahead of time and workshops throughout the week. We had a great time!
