This is such a convenience! And you can also return Nordstrom department store items at a Nordstrom Rack location. However, this does not work the other way around; i.e. items purchased at Nordstrom Rack have to be picked up, and returned, at a Nordstrom rack location. So as of now-this is my go to store location for Nordstrom online purchase pickups! Parking is plentiful, but the lot stays packed with moderate to heavy traffic flow. Walking into the store, there is a huge sign on the back right wall that states "Men's fitting room/Alterations/Online Pick up". I also noticed stickers on the floor pointing in the same direction. However, since I wasn't at all familiar with this location, I walked passed a very small empty counter space and headed towards the wall sign, where another customer and I stood at the entrance of the men's fitting room for 10 mins. There was no one there and no one at the counter. It wasn't until the other customer walked away, and then finally flagged me down to join the line that was now forming at the small empty counter, that I knew where to pick up my orders. Point: it is not an obvious pick up counter, especially if no one is standing there. Also, I had two orders to pick up, but only one was confirmed ready for pickup, so I asked the customer service person about checking on the other order to see if it was also ready. They kindly stated that they would check, but wanted to take care of the other customers first (with confirmed ready for pickup orders). I complied, and started to browse the shoe department for about 20 mins. btw- the women's shoe dept didn't have a lot of options-perhaps already picked over from the holiday season. Finally, I found the same customer service person later on sorting through 'put back' items (from the dressing room, and returns from the registers), and asked again about my order, and they immediately said that nothing else was found for me, and my order may not have come in yet. I showed them my email that stated that my order was supposed to be ready for pick up today, and at the current time, it was four hours until store closing time. The customer service person then said that they will check again in the back. And To my surprise, they found my order, and they found another order that was supposed to be ready for a tomorrow pick up. So that was a very pleasant surprise. For the size and traffic through this store location, it is overall clean and neat. But the selection is overall lacking compared to other locations. However, it's a busy area, so great finds likely go fast. Highly recommend this location; just look for the small counter by the men's fitting room-and even press the service button (if it works) if there is no customer service person seen.

This Burlington is the last man standing in this property. If you want to call it that. They are wobbling. My god why did I even come here? Oh, that's right, I needed an item and I though this might be a great place to try to find that item. I was wrong. Why did I get so irritated by just walking into this store? Why is it that every Burlington you go to they intentionally shrink the store footprint and have so much empty space to go through. But not only is the footprint shrunk, the stock is shrunk as well. That shrunken stock is basically thrown about. I think there was more stock on the floor than on the racks. The customers in here really didn't care that they were just not putting it back and then stepping on it. I just couldn't focus on shopping in here. I was overstimulated by the stock all over the place and then the sensors on the shoes kept going off. With the noise and my OCD kicking into high gear, I had to leave. Good thing I did too, because their stock was very limited. Not to mention that I was too afraid to even venture up to the second floor. This thrift store supports animals, so I always prefer to donate to them, however, I had an…read moreunpleasant experience today when I dropped off a large donation. I brought nine trash bags plus three grocery bags, all stuffed with clothing to donate. As I was walking to the back of my car to retrieve the final bag, one of the employees working there on the receiving dock told me they really couldn't accept any more from me. I told her I had just one last bag. She looked at me disapprovingly and said they just didn't have room for all of this. I was dumbstruck. I responded that it would help if they accepted donations more frequently so they wouldn't be overloaded on the days they do accept and that she really shouldn't discourage people from bringing their donations or they won't have anything to sell in their shop. She again looked at me as if I had done something wrong and shook her head. I got in my car and drove off. I do not want to discourage the public from either donating to or shopping at Humane Together, but I think that whoever is in charge of donations for the organization needs to have a conversation with the folks who work on that dock and remind them that accepting donations, large or small, is the lifeblood of their store and they should certainly not be discouraging large donations!

The message was sent at 7:30am eastern time. They are supposed to be in the same time zone. No response. Which is sketchy because they were very responsive prior to the order being placed. But of course they were. Followed up Saturday afternoon. Still nothing. Then Sunday afternoon an inbox response asking for a contact number. I'm not sure why a contact number was needed to answer the question. Either yes or no! You don't need to call me for that. Which was a clear indication that this boutique was on some foolish mess. Then when I make a comment on a post regarding the lack of customer service, they are able to respond. Claiming that they have to check with the production warehouse first. I'm sure that only entailed either checking their storefront or checking their storage/garage. Now they are mad because I inquired and refunded the order. They claimed the item would ship 8/24 and be delivered by 8/26... Piss poor customer service... I'm not sure why I expected different from this type of online social media boutique... Also they need to update their information. If your business phone number is not in service, remove it
