To the reviewer who said that the clothes were reasonably priced, I have a question for you, since when is $247 for a pair of jeans and $180 for a sweater, seem reasonable? Just curious... I even wrote customer service. They responded basically, sorry please come again. I found that extremely unacceptable. I really gave up on Tommy Bahama completely. Later I realized there is another location in Bethesda, MD. It is completely pathetic we have to drive over 20 miles to buy what we want, although we have the last 3 times strictly for customer service. We don't like to buy online as we prefer to try clothes on. All staff at the Bethesda location are pleasant. Jonah has helped us numerous times. And he is exceptional. Now, I have to say that $85 dollars is the going rate for a pair of nice sneakers for a teenager. So, I think it was a good value. This is a clean and well organized store.
