I had some time to kill before I had to head back home and wanting to pick up some items. Parking here had me. I wasn't sure where would be the best place to park. I ended up in the outdoor lots and didn't even want to mess with the parking structure. As a note, early here means you will encounter a slew of parents with their children in tow. Be careful and mindful in the parking lot as they will be everywhere. The mall had a bit of everything in here. The typical anchors and national chains you would expect to find in a mall. Food court area was jammed with eateries and customers. I opted to not eat here. Would definitely come back. Especially on a lazy day. My jewelry consultant / sales representative was Alida Tarhon. She was extremely knowledgeable about diamonds, cuts, quality and settings. She was able to answer my many questions, and when she did not know something with 100% certainty, she would let me know that. She was attentive to my concerns, detail oriented and saved me from making several mistakes which I would have surely made if I were to make my purchase without visiting a store. Inventory of diamonds was excellent. Thousands more choices in a particular cut and size than one could expect at a brick and mortar jewelry store, where I would also pay a great deal more. Quality is excellent. I do not have much of fine jewelry but this engagement ring and diamond band were a dream of mine for many years. I absolutely LOVE my rings. Every time I look at them, I feel happy. So many people take notice and describe them as stunning and elegant. PS: The only negative and something I would have preferred not to have so many, were auto generated emails and reminders of the balance when the rings were in production. While setting up the appointment, the questionnaire asked which ring I was interested in, and if I had any other requests. I specifically requested the ring that my girlfriend liked, and had a request to bring in 2 others to help me pick out the ring. I got a confirmation email, and radio silence until the day before the appointment. The day before the appointment, I was again asked what ring I wanted, and can only bring one other person to view the rings. Concerned, so I tried calling. This was when I learn that it is impossible to call specific stores. The number goes straight to a call center. When I asked if I can talked to the store directly to confirm that they have the ring I was interested in, they said the store would call me back same day. They never did. Finally the day of the appointment, about an hour before, I finally got a phone call from a less enthusiastic person, Emely. She stated that they had the ring, and I could bring two others. At this point it was too late and I already told my 2nd person they couldn't come. When I arrived at the appointment on time, Emely was not there until about 5 minutes later. Again with the lack of enthusiasm. She walked us to her desk, and showed us the ring we were interested in, along with a few other comparables. They only had larger size rings to show. When asking basic questions, we got a bunch of "I don't know" and "I guess" response. Really soured our mood when ring shopping. Finally when we were wrapping up, I asked if there were any number I could call if I had any questions. She said to just email her, but she was not responsive to emails before. The lack of enthusiasm and responses gives me concerns to purchase the engagement ring here.

I use a special calculator (a bra that fits) to help determine my size and when I went Stephanie measured me exactly to that measurement.
