    $10 coupon for my inconvenience
    Nicole J.

I always order online through their app and pickup using their convenient drive up option...truly a game changer and time saver. On this particular visit however, an item was missing. I called and spoke with Alma and she was able to collect my missing item to bring out to me once I came back. I didn't have to go through a back and forth with anyone or argue about anything which can be a problem with other business sometimes when an issue occurs with an order. Alma was a breath of fresh air with her stellar customer service and even went back inside to grab a coupon for a further visit. It's positive experiences like this that make my day. Thanks again Alma!

Super clean, organized and well stocked! First time in this Target and I must say I'm impressed. Not sure if they're new or not but it sure looks that way! It looks really small from the outside but is actually much bigger than I expected. I found what I needed, did the self-check-out and I was on my way! There is a parking lot in the back of the store! If I'm nearby and need something I'd stop by again!

I like Target a lot, but who doesn't? They typically have everything I need, so it can be a "one stop shop" if I want it to be. And, this location is so cool. It is one of Target's new micro-store concepts. It's has a small footprint but is packed with lots of great stuff and all the essentials one would need. You can find anything you want here from groceries to household supplies to clothes and anything you want. They carry almost all the brands including their private label brand, called Up & Up. Personally speaking, the prices are higher as compared to Walmart but the experience makes up for it. St this location, I noticed the lines are usually smaller and it's easy to find an assistant to help. The only downside is there is no Pizza Hut and Starbucks like most larger Target stores....so you can't get your caffeine or eat on while shopping. Overall, this a great store.! Its bright, open and full of everything!! The Staff is friendly too. Restrooms are clean and nice. Fitting rooms are available and clean for a small store. I will day I notice the store is limited on men's clothing, but well appointed with clothing items for women. My niece started her first year at Howard and we were able to get everything she would need for her dorm room; at this location including furniture.....a desk, office chair, TV stand, and a futon...ALL this in such a small space! In all, I really dig this Target location. There is ample parking located in the back of the store and it seems never crowded. Just don't quote me by that if you come during the weekend like a Saturday. With such a small store (micro) concept, I am sure things can get a little hectic during peak business hours....which I avoid anyway!

While this is a micro Target, it's deceptively larger than it looks. They have a small grocery/frozen foods section, so if you are looking for something that is on sale in their weekly ad, you may not find it here. The pet food section is limited. I was sad to see they don't carry Luna Bars, my favorite. They have Clif Bars and Lara Bars, but no Luna. Employees are super cheerful. The store is bright and clean (should be because it's brand new). The parking lot is shared with Morris Miller, the only other tenant in this building. They should be happy because it will bring them more business (like me). I love this new location because it's practically walking distance from me. Parking lot entrance is off Kalmia with more than two dozen spots. While it doesn't have everything other Targets have, I'll be a loyal customer here.

ADA ramp to the left of the store's entrance.

To have a Target so close by is really convenient, albeit it is a small store. However, the grocery area has a frozen section, produce area and some prepared foods. It also has CVS Pharmacy inside. As for accessibility, the parking lot is off of Kalmia Road NW which is behind Target and adjacent to Morris Miller Wines and Liquors. So if you are coming from Silver Spring, you will pass Target and make a right on Alaska Avenue NW and another right onto Kalmia Road NW. The parking lot entrance is on the right. The parking lot only has one handicap spot right in front of the store. The ADA ramp is to the left of the handicap spot, so you will have to pass behind several vehicles to reach the ramp, which isn't ideal. There is another ramp where the bike rack is located but it is not ADA as it is a steeper climb. There are photos showing the two ramp locations. The entrance to the store has automatic sliding power doors. To access the grocery section of the store, you will have to go up a ramp that is adjacent to the checkout area by the parking entrance. The accessible restrooms are located up the ramp towards the back down a hall. The restrooms require a code to enter so you will need to contact a store clerk.

Store allowed a thief to charge nearly $1000 on my credit card AFTER two other cards had been declined. Target in general is not good.

This location is very small. Has the basic needs but don't expect to find a large verity of home decor items if you just moved.

A 3-minute walk from my home. Clean environment and friendly staff. A long overdue addition to the neighborhood. Thank you, Target!

They need better phone updates and add the number for the Pharmacy especially when no one answers the general number.

Problem 2: Before bagging the lamp and driving back home with my lamp I ask Eva to plug it to confirm it turned back on. The lamp didn't turn on. When I got it home and out of the box, it was awful, to say the least. I called the shop, and Eva J there went off on me when I also added that my receipt was ripped half. She started yelling about conspiracies and asked what I was accusing her of. I was not accusing her of anything, just asked a question. She said to bring the lamp back to be re-done. I have had to eat that $90 charge as I will NEVER set foot in that place again and will take my lamp elsewhere to see if the damage can be fixed. Scary person, and I honestly felt threatened by her reaction.

Ten years ago, I hired Wendy from Dream House to re-decorate my townhouse in Rockville. I paid…read moreover $160,000 to Dream House for design advice, furniture, and accessories. At that time, I was very pleased with their work - so much so, I referred 3 family members and another friend - all of which also paid thousands of dollars to Dream House for various purchases. Two years ago, I reached out to Wendy again - this time for help when I purchased a second home in Florida. I spent $6,500K with Dream House on curtain rods, finials, rings, etc. and it ended up being an absolute fiasco. When the installer (whom I hired privately in Florida) arrived, he said the drapes could not be hung with these curtain rods because the drapes were too heavy. When I reached out to Wendy and Cassie, I learned they were both on vacation together in Spain. Wendy's response from Spain: "...how were we to know they were super heavy? We ordered rods for regular draperies." This response is from a woman who has 44 years of design experience? -- i.e. Wouldn't you inquire about the drapery fabric before ordering the rods and/or let a client know the limitations of the rods when selecting drape fabric? The drape installer left after I received this text from Wendy in Spain, "...I understand how you feel, but I worked very, very hard on this for you...spent hours on this. I've used all these rods before..I have never had an issue. At this point I'm on vacation and would rather not have to take care of this right now." Though Wendy admitted later that she should have never taken on my design project (true!), they only refunded me $1,100 for curtain rod hardware that I returned to them - indicating to me that the curtain rod company would not allow anything else to be returned since is it was custom ordered, and I also had to pay a 20% restocking fee. Disgusted, I asked Cassie to mail the $1,100 check to my Maryland address; instead she mailed it to my Florida home. When I requested that Cassie re-send the check to me at my Maryland home as requested, she told me she could only do this if I paid a $40 check stop payment fee. The moral of my story: Buyer beware! If you run into any issues, be assured from my experience that neither Wendy nor Cassie will take ANY ownership of the problem. Beyond a frustrating and disappointing experience from a once very loyal customer. My only solace is that I have repeated my horrible experience to many friends and family who will also never shop at Dream House again.

Mostly it is filled with oversized furniture which is a modern but comfortable take on higher end pieces. Me and my friend went to the back and sat on these amazing chairs that were electronically reclining. Cause I don't want to have to push with my back on the hair to make it recline. What am? An animal?! The woman who was very pleasant told us that the chairs could come in one of like 50 different fabrics and leathers. I sat on another couch before I left which was very comfortable. If I had a larger house, I would definitely stop by this store. I do like a lot of the patterns on the furniture. The customer service was great! I like the customizability! I do remember the prices were a little on the higher side, but probably level with other stores like it in the area. Also... I'm gonna be honest, I don't have the best gauge on furniture prices. I don't go furniture shopping that often, and when I do it's for vintage furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to stop back into the store to see the new things they have in stock.
