I like Old Navy. I prefer the location at Tangier Outlets since it is closer. The inventory is similar to most Old Navy stores. If you have an Old Navy card, you can accumulate points and coupons. I got an extra 15% off since it was my birthday. I didn't notice anything that made the store "an outlet." But I liked all the choices I had with pants, tops and casual clothing. I love the dressing rooms. It is worth downloading the app and earning Old Navy points. All the stores do that whether it's an outlet or not. You can also earn points through Simon, the mall points program. read more

No idea why they even call this an outlet, it is not. It is your typical Old Navy store you will find in any mall or shopping center. I came in to see if I could snag a deal and walk out with new clothing. I did not. I went to the men's section and was extremely disappointed by the selection. There wasn't a lot to look through and the clearance section was destroyed, if you could even call it a clearance section. What they did have on the floor was very limited. You might have found an item that you like, but good luck finding it in your size. I don't know how many times this happened to me. I finally just gave up and decided to leave. read more

I don't often frequent this Old Navy, but I do pick up online orders here from time to time. That process is usually fairly easy, only complicated if there's a long line at the register. Has all the typical Old Navy stuff, though it being a large space, it's generally a disaster in there. I feel bad for the staff who has to maintain it. read more

I generally don't shop at Old Navy, but I do come every year for their yearly $1 Flip Flop sale they have every summer. My daughter and nieces love Old Navy flip flops. They are great to slip on for the pool or run errands in. We always come to Arundel Mills Old Navy. They are convenient, close to my house and the sales associates are very friendly. The sale starts early in the morning and everyone is always in a great mood. 10 flip flops per purchase but if you have more than 10, you can make a separate purchase. Our line moved quickly. Plenty of employees were on the floor helping customers look for sizes and colors. I'm sure we'll be back next year for the sale. I highly recommend Arundel Mills Old Navy for your summer shopping. read more

I was just in your store ( Arundel Mills Outlet) I'm writing this review as I stand in line at Starbucks. I visited Old Navy today to use $40 of my reward bucks before they expire. I decided on a flannel shirt and a jacket. After making way to the front of the line I stood waiting my turn even I heard someone yelling "Anyone who's next.... Come down here(cashier flailing her arms)" Huh???!?!? What? I let that go and went down there. I had an email that was for 40% off for card holders. So I pulled it up but there was no barcode or code. I clicked on it it took me to a find your store link. So I'm taking a while.. The cashier begins to tap her finger nails on the counter. Do i move quicker ..No. she looked around and figured out they had the barcode to scan for card members :/. After I left the store, I wasn't following the receipt. I saw 30% off one item and 40% of the other. So I went back so they could explain it me. I found an older lady(middle aged) up near the register gathering clothes from behind the register so I asked if she could help me. She grabbed the receipt before I could fully explain what my reasoning was for returning. Either way she showed me where the discounts came off and I said "oh ok, thank you!" She looked down and ignored my pleasantries. If you cannot provide customer service, do not get a job working in the service industry. read more

Unlike so many outlet stores that are often cluttered, overstocked and unorganized, this Outlets store is organized like a regular old navy store. The savings in here is wonderful as most of their items are on sale and their clearance section is widespread and again organized. My most recent trip to this store was for the $1 flip flop sale. I was impressed at how the store swallow the many people in line and welcome many more. When completed my purchase of $80 in flip flips amongst ours who purchased the same or more, there was PLENTY more flip flops left which means next year I probably won't get up at 6 am to get in line at 6:30. I would recommend this store if you are looking to save money and not get a headache doing it! read more

This Old Navy located in Arundel Mills is pretty large, and certainly has a wide selection of all the trendy clothing made in China that you could want. My wife was able to find some overpriced shirts there on our last trip. They have a large bank of registers at the front, but at busy times you may want to have someone stand in line while the other person finishes shopping. read more

I guess there was a sale advertised and I didn't get the memo. This place was way to crowded, the line went to the back of the store. I was there for white jeans for my daughter. The smart thing to do was me stand in line while she got what she wanted. With so many people there the store looked unkept but what can u do. There were 5 cashiers maybe more so though the line was extremely long it moved pretty quickly I appreciate that, the jeans were 30% off so another win for me. read more

Store is a mess!! Didn't really get too much customer service while I was here which was fine, I don't really need to be bothered while looking for clothes. But did find it to be very disappointing when I told the cashier I didn't want the hangers and she gave me an attitude. Love coming here. It's a pretty large store. They are typically well stocked. Clean, lots of space to move around. The staff could be a little more engaging, and there's usually a line. But... Other than that, it's a nice old navy to shop at! read more

The outlet is fine, a bit disorganized, but that's to be expected. The line here was hell though. Not sure what they could have done, but we were in the store 30m after opening and had to wait in a line that snaked halfway through the store to pay. They had almost all the registers staffed, so not sure they could have done better... but expect crowds, even at off hours. read more

This is a solid Old Navy. They have tons of sale items fort toddler girl. I always stock up on leggings for her.

It's pretty much just your average store, lines are usually pretty long but i found the jeans I needed quickly, the only annoying thing was how some jeans were in the wrong spot and it was overall kind of a mess. I love coming here though. read more

Good prices, as you'd expect. But 10 registers and two cashiers with a line eight customers deep begs the question: how long does a line have to be before you open another register? Follow up: apparently that is exactly how long it must be, because after the line didn't move for a few minutes, two more cashiers came forward and started ringing folks up. read more

Let me start off saying I was having a very loose stool day, I think it was the combo of seafood and chocolate milk. I was trying on some clothes and drinking a little vodka mixed drink in the fitting room when I had a bit of an accident. One very nice employee responded to my distress calls and provided some paper towels. Since the clothing was not stained I was not charged for it. I did have to clean some poop off of the floor before I was asked to leave. I appreciate that the authorities were not involved and will be returning to this store. My only criticism is the store had no wet/dry vac or moist toilettes. read more
