I need a moment of silence for Swatch, which used to be here. I found this place by accident the first time. This visit, I wanted to look at the clothes. This is a convenient store for travelers. You can get an entire outfit (lingerie included) that will neatly roll into your suitcase or bag. They have socks, slacks, tops, shirts, hoodies, leggings and coats. The sizes are European so I would try things on. Many items were made of material that was either wrinkle free or dried quickly. There is a sign at the register that says you get a $5 coupon off if your first purchase. It is misleading because you need 24 hrs to get the coupon and you have to spend $50. However, if you buy a few items, the coupon could be handy. The app is "UNIQLO." If you are traveling to union station anyway, it is worth a look. Men's undies were on sale for $3.90. Socks were around $9. I bought two different tops with moisture wicking for $10 each. There is a large selection of items.

I love the Uniqlo at the Union Station DC! I've already shopped at this store twice. It's a great store to visit while waiting for your train. Beware because you could easily lose track of your time and miss your schedule. It's a small store with a large inventory, the shelves are too close together and it's too narrow, but very neat and organized so it didn't bother me much. You should just formulate your strategy to navigate the store. It was not too busy when I came and it was around lunch time. The fitting rooms are very clean - I like that a lot! The store staff are helpful and corteous, especially SHARVE. I asked for her name with the intention of writing this review. Sharve was amazing, very helpful, personable and GENUINELY interested to help and attend to the needs of the customers. I was carrying 3 large shopping bags from other stores and I was having a hard time shopping with all of my things, Sharve offered to keep my shopping bags in one of the racks while I shop and try on items in the fitting room. I shopped at the store for quite a while and I noticed that Sharve was very much the same way with every single customer she encountered. She was stationed by the entrance. I like everything that I purchased from this store. Prices are really good, even tho they didn't have any sale. I bought a checkered stole and a couple of turtle neck sweaters. I will be back for more shopping!

My review of this bright and colorful store will be somewhat limited. The brand seems to not really cater to larger men. I went in for one of the fantastic looking winter vests and was dismayed when the typical XL size fit like a regular large. I was told that the clothes are more fitted than typical brands. Same with dress shirts. If you are a smaller male or do not mind absurdly tight fitting clothes give the place a try. I did get two very warm winter hats for about $9. Three stars...it is not the stores fault for my size needs.

I didn't buy anything there, but you can find a lot of casual clothing there for a good price. The value for money seems to be good.

Horrible on-line order service. Messy, ineffective and slow. Their client service is also terrible.

This place felt like a subway car at rush hour when I went on a Saturday around 3:00 p.m. Wasn't wowed by the men's selection either.

Whew weeee!! This…read morelocation was something to talk about. I have been dying to get in this place for years but always on a tight schedule to get elsewhere. This was a Lion and Tigers and Bears OH MY situation! It's quite crowded in here. Not cluttered but crowded. They have soooo much stuff and it's all in order. This place could be 2-3 floors easy!! I saw all of my fav brands at great prices. They have a huge selection of high-end wear for a great price. They have a huge selection of summer, spring and winter wear. The cosmetics and body care... chef's kiss!! They have everything in every color/ scent/ size!! Cool accessories, luggage galore, etc. I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend. I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top. I will revisit very soon for some more shopping greatness.

Lots of great "stuff" and finds....if you have the patience to look around and dig for it…read more This Nordstrom Rack is loaded with brand name products, designer clothing, jewelry, household goods and all at decent prices. The only gripe I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! And, let's talk about organization to make things easy to find....forget it. It sort of reminds me of Filene's Basement (on Connecticut Ave) from back in the day or a " sub high-end" Thrift store. If you park on the street nearby this store, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Note: There is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something for everyone when it comes to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and semi on trend. One plus I will say about this Nordstrom Rack location, is that they carry a large selection of men's business and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area and business district that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, consulting firms and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. This location is not all bad. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!

The edit is solid -- everything from Hermes (yes, I spotted a pair of immaculate riding boots, sadly not my size) to The Row, Prada, Chanel... even some more accessible gems from brands like Mansur Gavriel. I lucked out and found a pair of Prada Monolith loafers that are still available in-store at full price -- except mine were half the cost and looked like they'd maybe been worn once. Maybe. Such a good score, plus I got to support a small business, which always feels better than buying direct from some corporate mega-retailer. And shout out to Julia, who works there -- she was fantastic. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and when the right shoe went missing (yes, really), she helped me tear the place apart to find it. I had almost given up, but then I spotted a Prada box... and there it was. Victory. All in all: great range, well-curated, and the kind of place where you just might walk out with a designer piece you didn't even know you needed. Definitely one to add to your DC shopping circuit.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and condescending -- take your luxury bags elsewhere…read more I consigned a like-new $5,000+ tote with Ella Rue in February 2026. The owner listed it at $2,300 with a 55% payout and claimed it would sell within weeks. Instead, I spent six months chasing updates through texts, calls, emails, and website tickets. By summer, they stopped responding entirely. When I visited on September 2, they refused to answer a basic question without an appointment and made me wait until September 11. At that appointment, the owner repeatedly disparaged my bag as outdated, then told me it had sold for $1,875. She initially tried to pay me only 50%. Only after I produced the contract did she apologize and acknowledge the agreed 55%. Even then, my final payment was less than 55% because they deducted an undisclosed "processing fee" of several dozen dollars--something never mentioned throughout the entire process. Six months of silence, condescension, attempted underpayment, and a surprise fee. I'll take my other luxury bags to New York. Avoid this store.

I love stopping in at 3 Sisters (you guessed it, actually owned by three sisters). It's a two-level boutique of fashion for women that ranges from accessories to formal wear and everyday wear. The items they curate are stylish, timeless, and lovely. They've got something for everyone. The prices are incredibly affordable. I mean it's a boutique with a luxury feel in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country and you can walk out paying the same prices you would at a big box place like TJ Maxx. The difference is that at 3 Sisters you're getting personalized service and higher quality items while supporting a local, women-owned business. Love, love, love.

If you're looking to add a couple staples to your wardrobe, but this would be a cute place to stop at if you happen to be in the area. The pricing was actually pretty reasonable. The were some items that were a little bit higher than I would have normally spent if I was purchasing anything. I also noticed their sizes did not really go past extra large. There may have been a stray XXL, but I don't really recall. So I'm not sure it's plus size friendly in the long run. When we walked in, we were not really greeted and nobody really helped us the entire time we were in the store walking around. It did not give me warm fuzzies.
