"It's not full grain," I said. (In bargaining, always invent bogus faults to bring the value down) "Not full grain!?" he shouted, "This is Airmax 9!" Then, after scowling awhile, he said: "I'll give you 80." "Give me 60." "70," he hissed as I walked out the store, quiet enough that other customers wouldn't hear. It was a damn good price, actually--turns out that those shoes are $89.99 on Eastbay. Really I shouldn't be writing about this on Yelp, because I don't want to hurt the man's business by spreading word of secret low prices...but the point is these guys will bargain, and I like that about the store. Overall a good place to find the newest, rare, and vintage shoes. A good selection--just don't get pressured into buying something you don't want, because these are shrewd salesmen.
