Love this place. It's small and cozy with a funky comfortable atmosphere. I find the staff and also the customers Uncutt attracts to be welcoming and friendly. Another bonus is the eclecticism of the patrons. I've only eaten there twice snd both times it was excellent. Looking around at what's on other people's plates, food looked really yummy. The last time I was there a girl sitting at the bar next to me was eating the ribs. They looked so delicious. A great pig out meal if you don't mind the calories in the fat. But boohoo, I couldn't order the dish because she was eating the serving of ribs .booHoo, I missed put this time, but am determined to have those delicious ribs soon! Another thing that impressed me... They have regular hamburgers, and smaller hamburgers for when you're not that hungry or watching your calories or watching you're spending . My dining partner and I decided to try uncutt prior to grabbing a later dinner in the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we were there during Happy hour, which at the time of this pasting was $5 beers, $6 select wines, and $9 select cocktails, which was a great deal! We ended up grabbing a few glasses of wine, which hit the spot, and also their combo app platter to give us some substance to soak up the drinks. Overall, a great value! Dropped in Friday afternoon during happy hour while running errands, just looking for a quick drink, and I didn't expect it to be this good. Most of the bars around here are either Mexican spots with a bar or loud sports bars, so this place felt like a nice change. They've got little sofas along the wall, and the whole vibe feels more like a living room than a bar. Happy hour was solid, and the locals/regulars I met swore this place has the best burger in the hood. A couple even said they come here for food when they're too lazy to cook. Everyone was super friendly and easy to chat with, which gave it that cozy neighborhood bar feel. Megan, the bartender, definitely wasn't shy with the pours. The Brooklyn Cosmo was huge as well if you like feeling like you got your bang for your buck. For sure a spot I'd come back to. read more

I decided to give this place a try since it open fairly recently in the neighborhood. The service was nice and fairly quick given that we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was overall meh and just ok if you don't want to think too much about it. The ribs my boyfriend had were average. I mean is hard to messed up ribs if all you do was dump the package barbecue sauce from the bottle. The onions rings were also average, and tasted like the ones you would get at Costco. The skewers were dry but the salad was nice. I really like a salsa de gave us, it was a tomatillo green salsa, the type you would get Al when you order tacos. The drinks was just ok. Overall we were not impressed and don't think we will try this place again. read more

This place is small & cozy, I might have missed this gem had it not been for a friendly table of diners exclaiming how delicious it was. This is truly a hidden gem. Walking in I almost thought let me walk out ...it was empty and didn't seem like a Greek restaurant. The bar vibe grew on me as we sat down and I realized it was actually a cool place. The host was super attentive. She made our drinks as we requested with top shelf liquor without even asking. I was so skeptical but the food was spectacular. Really trust me on this. Better than other Greek spots in the area. Greek salad sliders , Greek potatoes , shrimp with ouzo sauce all amazing. THIS PLACE IS A MUST. I do agree with one of the other reviewers place seems off bc it does not seem very Greek neither name or decor ...maybe a change would attract more people. Tzatziki sauce is the best I've ever had. My husband ordered the chicken souvlaki skewers and enjoyed them very much. I ordered the shrimp and beans, which was good but I would suggest trying the recipe with butter beans instead. They have a good menu and the server was very kind. Great cocktails. The one suggestion I would have is make the menu, name of the place, and branding coherent. Your menu is mostly Greek, and I don't think it should be hidden by the name "Uncutt" and old school rock music. Be unapologetic about your menu, it's a good one! We plan to return. read more

Went here for drinks and dinner. The service was prompt for our drink orders, but after we got our drinks the waiter DISAPPEARED. We were two of the four people there and, much as we tried, we could not order food. When we decided we wanted to leave it took another 10 minutes before we could get our bill. I think it would be a much better experience if the service was better. We arrived around 6:45 on a weekday, for reference. read more

My experience here was amazing, I did not know this was a Greek restaurant. It has more bar vibes but the food itseft it's very fresh, very tasty. Very rarely do you come across a place where you can say " WOW! that's a dam good burger!" im not kidding this was an incredible experience when it came to a burger. The ingredient the atmosphere and the staff really came together. Talk about gel, I can honestly say It will be sometime before I give a review similar to this, but who knows. The food was Absolutely Perfect. I don't care for eggplant AT ALL. Yet the Babbaganoush (forgive my spelling it is early and I don't feel like using a dictionary)blew my mind to how tasty it was...just Unreal!!!Our server was knowledgeable... recommended we order the T-Bone which was Excellent. My Lady enjoyed a Watermelon Spiced Gin cocktail that was well made and I had a classic margarita which was expertly created as well. Was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite waiter opened up his own place. And the food was simple, fresh and absolutely delicious. The hummus was perfect, the babbaghanoush (spelling???) , which I hate, yes hate, I could not get enough of. The bean salad that comes with the seafood should be its own dish or side. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and the prices were fair. I definitely will be coming back and look forward to trying more delicious dishes from my favorite former waiter turned restaurant owner.
