So will likely not come back for any of its events. That said, as a studio itself - it's very informative and easy to digest. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the founder's studio next door. A sight to be seen & will be bringing my tourists' friends back. Strongly recommend the studio.

Fun off-beat saloon decor, great community vibe in general, performers, patrons, employees, etc., but one of the bartenders was kind of unnecessarily exclusive and rude to us when we were trying to find a place to sit. That just doesn't fit in with the energy of the music itself, so maybe adding just a few more chairs (seating is veeery limited) or even just a welcoming attitude would have made us feel a bit better as we enjoyed the wonderful live performances. I think hands down, mirage is better. Come to the Brooklyn hangar only if you want to see a dj that isn't playing at the mirage.. I forgot to mention - I had standing VIP - that just means you have a space in front of everyone else that is closest to the dj. I think it wasn't worth it. If you do get VIP , get the VIP seating...not standing. With VIP seating you can actually sit with the DJs, which I thought was cool.
