I dropped my comforter off and tried to pay the $20, but their machine wouldn't accept my card / the attendant didn't want to type it in and told me to pay for it when I come back instead. When I come back they have doubled the price!!! She tells me this is the new policy because of load minimums. My receipt attached to my comforter still has the $20 total sale on it. Her and her manager refuse to honor the price even though I could have just paid when I dropped it off. They should have been transparent when I dropped it off if there was a price increase. This is very poor and unethical service.
