Four people are seated at a wooden dining table in a restaurant with warm lighting and wood decor. The table has various dishes, including salads and meats, along with glasses of water and utensils. The background shows other diners, a kitchen area, and woodpile decor on the wall. The group appears to be enjoying a meal together.

Superb! One of my all time favorite restaurants. We loved celebrating New Years Eve with amazing food and champagne. Thank you chefs, and to the brilliant owners and staff. We can't wait to return.

Pork chop - The image shows a dish featuring grilled pork chops, with one chop having a bone-in presentation and another sliced into pieces. The meat is garnished with microgreens and small melon balls, served on a dark-colored plate. A yellow sauce is spread underneath the meat, adding color and flavor to the presentation. The dish appears to be part of a farm-to-table dining experience with seasonal ingredients.

Phenomenal food cooked over an open fire & outstanding service. Wonderful ambiance! Our new favorite in CB.

A best dinner in Crested Butte, and one of the best dinners we've had. Everything was so well thought out, inventive, and unique. The meal felt decadent but not heavy. Fresh ingredients that looked vibrant and colorful, and flavors that were complex and balanced beautifully, without feeling overwhelming. Friendly staff that made us feel very welcomed in their beautiful, cozy space.

The food is incredible, super healthy. We had acorn squash soup, kimchi brussel sprouts, roasted chicken and banana crème brûlée. Our kids loved the food also, they had adorable Bento Boxes. Our server Gary was so nice! The restaurant is gorgeous and very chill.

Curry cauliflower - A plate of roasted cauliflower with a light char and chopped nuts on top is placed on a wooden table. Two bowls of spicy tomato-based dishes, possibly stews or curries, are also on the table, each with a spoon. The setting appears to be a restaurant with a casual dining atmosphere.

The Hideout - Loaded Kimchi Waffle Fries

Fantastic! We dined in for dinner mid week and thoroughly enjoyed it! The atmosphere is cozy…read morebut reasonably quiet. TVs are plentiful but no sound so unobtrusive. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful in describing entrees and making suggestions. We had the bulgogi steak tacos and a wedge salad. The tacos were AMAZING. From the presentation to the flavor! The salad was fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend

Cute little spot, though in my opinion FAR too many televisions for the space - 4 in one small…read moresquare room is excessive and that wasn't even all of them. It was very distracting and why I can't give 5 stars. Service was great - our server was attentive and all employees shared in clearing plates which I always like to see. Nothing really stood out to me as far as decor goes - if there was anything cool it was overshadowed by the tvs. For drinks, my husband had an old fashioned which was good but not out of the park. I had their mocktail of the moment which was a yuzu Moscow mule. It was delicious and I'd highly recommend. On the food front, Hideout did a grand job. We started with their special loaded kimchi waffle fries. Epic! I love kimchi and everything about this dish was perfect. For entrees, my husband had their Thai Me Up Burger with shoestring fries and was very pleased with it. Cooked as requested and fun flavors. I had their Fried Chicken Sandwich with kimchi pasta salad and while I only ate half due to being filled from waffle fries, it was very tasty. On the whole, I enjoyed the food and drink at The Hideout, but not sure I would return for the atmosphere or recommend for large groups who want to hang out sans distractions. Zero Proof Review: I'm on a quest to check out all the zero proof, mocktail and n/a beverages that Denver and beyond has to offer. The Hideout did not have a very robust selection so I would love to see them expand that, but their seasonal mocktail was one of the best I've had, so kudos for creativity and craft!

Third time's a charm! Two other dinners outings in the last 2-3 years were disappointing (food was…read morejust okay, ravioli, apple pie, one of the salads, can't recall what else). However, the other night we had a really lovely meal and were luckily seated downstairs, which was very prettily decorated and noise levels not too high. Best thing we had was the whipped ricotta with herbs, fresh and dried apples and, of course, bread. The sage and thyme combo with fruit and light fresh ricotta was so good. So good I forgot to take a photo until we'd wiped the plate clean. Meatballs were also very tasty w a very nice tomato sauce. The burrata served w radishes, beets, citrus and arugula was delicious. The gruyere daily bread was tasty and their honey butter is so good! We over-ate bread, but hey, every course came w bread and it is so good and it is called The Breadery! Thumbs up tho we have yet to have a dessert I would order again. The cannoli were okay but nothing special.

The sourdough with black garlic butter was incredible, easily the best I've ever had. We also shared a Caesar salad with perfectly crispy garlic croutons on the outside and a bright, lemony dressing. The ragu was excellent, with fresh pasta, flavorful meat, and a rich but not heavy tomato based sauce. Cocktails were delicious, especially the Fairy Fog with lavender. I just love drinks with lavender! Highly recommend, and definitely make a reservation.
