I liked the open bar and open kitchen style. While it does require a wait because they don't take reservations, you can always call ahead to see how long their wait time is. They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating! Servers were very friendly although the serving can take a bit longer, depending on how busy they are. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.

oh my G-d I avoided eating here for years and kept telling myself it's always crowded etc. tf was I thinking. Been here 4x in the past 7 weeks. The fish sandwich, the salads... every single thing I've had has been stellar. Amazing service at both the bar and the tables. It's crowded but spacious. Nice decor! Love it. Should have tried this spot a million years ago. Definitely worth the hype & the wait.

Service was good and they took their time getting our order together, which was nice since my boyfriend and I did not feel rushed to leave. The restaurant has a very relaxed and cozy yet lively feel, so it is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner after a day of activities. The food was very good. We got the macho salad and the chicken sandwich. The salad was a great mix of greens and other vegetables. The croutons were very good and on the softer side, which I really liked. The chicken sandwich is clearly a popular menu item for a reason. It was all delicious.

This place was very highly recommended amongst all of our friends and relatives that live around Aspen, so we had high hopes. The service was wonderful, we got our food very quickly, and the ambiance was adorable. A little loud but nothing too crazy. The food itself was fine. We ordered the duo dip, French fries, the French dip, and the chicken sandwich. The guac and the other dip were really good and we loved the chips too. The fries are pretty much what you'd expect, except once they got to room temperature they became super hard and not very edible. My husband said the French dip meat was good and tender, pretty good flavor overall. I had the chicken sandwich which was huge! They split the sandwich into three wedges and I could only finish two. I liked the texture of the chicken was nice and I liked the slaw on it, however, the flavor overall was kind of lacking. I would say it was a bit overhyped. Overall, it was a nice experience for a decent price and I'm glad we went. Would we go back? Probably.

I literally dream about their crispy chicken sandwich and kale salad! It did not disappoint! Hands down the best I have ever had. The portion is also very healthy so I had had leftovers for lunch the next day. The kale salad has a little kick to it which I loved. I ordered the side and it was plenty of food and had left overs as well. My friend ordered the fries and I tried the aoli for the first time and it was magical. It was sort of an Asian fusion vibe and very unique. We went over lunch and the wait was around 45 min which seems to be the normal as there isn't a ton of seating. Worth the wait! Also, random note but it is very warm in there during the winter so make sure if you had layers you can shed a few!

We happened upon this place for lunch and squeezed in at a table. The food was great! Service was very good. It was super busy and fun!

This was one of the top places that came up when we searched for best restaurant recs in Aspen. Got the chicken meatballs app, fries, burger and french dip. The meatballs were delicious. Loved the flavor and sauce. The burger had a ton of veggies and ok amount of meat. The French dip had a decent portion of meat which was tender and delicious with the au jus. They don't serve any sides with their sandwiches which you have to order ala carte. Prices are high but Service was attentive and the restaurant has a cute outdoor seating area.

We got seated right away which was nice, but it got more crowded the later it got, especially because outside seating was too cold. There weren't any outdoor heaters. The food is overpriced as expected as it is Aspen, but I did expect higher quality. We were shocked when we ordered the deviled eggs and only got 3 halves, it felt a little silly to not get 2 full eggs. I also ordered a coke and I got a half size but paid normal price. The chicken sandwich looked big at first but only because it had lots of vegetables and a very thin slice of chicken. It almost felt like deli chicken meat that was breaded. I would probably skip the next time we are in town.

Waitress was pleasant and we were also greeted nicely by staff. Ambiance is nice, but tables are pretty close to each other so not much privacy. Food was good and prices were adequate for Aspen.

There are no reservations. Just need to check in then they will tell you how long the line is. You can give them your number and they will text when your table is ready. We ended up going the next day at 5pm to beat the rush!

I'm usually a smashed burger guy, but every now and then a regular one blows me away, and this one did. It's the only burger outside Denver on my top burger list. The whiskey onions added an extra layer of flavor, the sharp American cheese is the best cheese on a burger (I will not be convinced otherwise), and the potato bun was soft and pillowy. The deviled eggs were perfect, and I am just a deviled egg guy. Last Thanksgiving I made 150 deviled eggs for a party of 5, so I do not say that lightly. The Pretzel Hot Pocket was fine, just not my favorite. Their cocktails were fantastic, and I loved the No, It's a Cardigan and the Alexander Hamilton. The tea service was my favorite, a cocktail for two that came on a tea carafe. It was like tea service but actually fun because it had whiskey. The room feels like a cozy lodge, which fits the name, and I wanted to spend hours and hours there. Everyone was so nice. Best for whiskey fans, burger people, and anyone who wants a cozy spot in Aspen. It has to be a mandatory stop when you're in town, and I cannot wait to go back.

So glad we did. On our last night in town, we had reservations at a restaurant down the street and came here for a pre-meal beverage. Upon entering the Hyatt, a see-through fireplace to the left serves as your initial glimpse into the tasting room. Coming from the traditional mountain chic of the hotel, the Marble Bar's decor is strikingly different, with its HGTV clean lines / grey / white modern aesthetic. Yet it still manages to be wonderfully cozy with multiple small group sitting areas, complete with fur throws and the aforementioned wood burning fireplaces, as well as bar seating if that's more your thing. There is also an outdoor fire pit that looked tempting, but it was snowing pretty heavily, and we said another time. The place was quiet with only 2 other patrons when we first arrived, but after about 30 mins it was quite lively. The mixologist (not to sound pretentious, but 'bartender' just doesn't do her justice) was amazing. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, but if I say Boston then it should be obvious who I'm referring to. She was a great conversationalist, excellent cocktail fabricator, and really helped get our evening off to a perfect start. We would have stayed longer if it weren't for those reservations. As for the most important piece, the beverages! We had 4 different whiskey based cocktails amongst the group, and all were absolutely fantastic - there was a lot of sharing. I had The Paragon and enjoyed it so much went home with a small bottle of the Moonlight EXpresso (not a typo) Reserve to try to recreate the magic. I was told it was one of the first liqueurs created by the owner, and the website has a recipe for cheesecake, which I certainly will be trying. The actual distillery is located in Carbondale (a road trip is clearly in order), but this tasting room outpost located in the Hyatt in downtown Aspen is very highly recommended.
