Meh. Visiting from out of town, a friend (also from out of town) made reservations for dinner for 6:30 pm on a Friday night at Twenty6. Restaurant was not full by any means (MAYBE 30%). Ordered only drinks, entrees, and dessert. Service by waiter (and other staff) felt RUSHED once the food was served. My cocktail took awhile to arrive and was less than impressive - I did not finish it. Entrees were above lukewarm but certainly not hot as claimed when the meal was served. Then it was staff coming by checking on table and to (almost literally) take the plates away before we were finished eating. As a table, we did not need/request refills of water, additional silverware, or any other items. We ordered 2 desserts (no coffee) to taste/share. The brûlée was better than the chocolate cake (which seemed dry). Although the desserts were not finished, staff again appeared and asked if we were done and then proceeded to essentially strip the table of all remaining serviceware - while still sitting there! They wanted to be done for the evening and get out of there!!!! It's a Friday night!!! Note that entrees at Twenty6 are just that - the main dish with no sides. Dinner - 2 drinks, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts - was $165 not including tip. As we were leaving about 7:45 pm (just over 75 minutes from seating), I noticed how empty the bar/restaurant was and already set for service for the next morning. We had been seated in a corner, but the bar area looked attractive as we walked thru. La Quinta Resort is a very large, well maintained property with several restaurants on site, however it is not friendly to those of limited mobility. I had to drop off my passenger in the valet area to reduce the burden although there was still a fair amount to reach the restaurant. Parking can also be challenging and can be a hike. read more

Enjoyed another great lunch at Twenty 6 while in town! The menu has changed since I was here last in August. Nice to see and try new items! Service is always great. Welcomed and seated quickly on the patio since the heat is finally subsiding. We enjoyed cocktails, mussels and calamari. Calamari was particularly good. In the shape of a fry, so large pieces with a light batter and perfectly friend. Fruit, french fries and macaroni for the babies. We really felt well taken care of. Our waiter and other staff were attentive to shift the patio umbrellas so we and the kids were shaded as the sun shifted. I feel the value is right for food but the cocktail priced $18-22+ seem a bit high. At $22 my cocktail, albeit delicious, cost more than most of our food items. This is a great spot for a quick meal, meal with kids or a large group, or just drinks and appetizers. read more

We ate breakfast here 2x and both times were great! I really loved the jalapeño omelet but I requested it to be scrambled and it was perfect. We also got their pancakes and it was nice 2 big pancakes they were really yummy and a nice shareable. They have a good variety of breakfast items and my friend got the breakfast buffet the first time which they enjoyed. They had a lot of items on their buffet. Some of the items were cereal, bread, bagels, pastries, cheeses, waffles, potatoes, veggies, bacon, eggs, sausage, and even warm cinnamon rolls. Javier was our server both times and he was so kind and made sure we were happy and checked on us frequently. The staff here was wonderful but special Thanks to Javier for making our experience a great one. I would recommend and come back again. Con: Pricey read more

I want to give a shout out to our awesome server, Yvette. She is a gem and took such good care of us on top of being so friendly and helpful. They are lucky to have her. The food was great but the restaurant needs to update their menus which shows entrees that don't match what you receive. The food was still really good but when you receive a meal prepared differently than what you ordered, it should be corrected by the restaurant. It happened at dinner and then next morning at breakfast. I would expect more from the restaurant manager being this is a necessity of any establishment. However, again Yvette was so lovely and one of the best servers we have ever had. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes was delicious and the breakfast the next day was very good. It was nice hearing the music from Adobe Grill above us and being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. read more

Food was ok, service was attentive. I apparently did not see the price of the Cesar salad. Outrageously priced for a just fair salad.

The server was great. He did his best. The ambience, however, was not what we were expecting. Felt like we were eating on the Lido deck of the Carnival Cruise Line ship. Kids running all around everywhere. The food was pretty good. The soup was very good as was the salad. Prime rib was tough but partly my fault as I asked for medium well. My wife's sea bass was very good. Overall, for a Christmas Dinner Special, we will not be back for it next year. read more

Outstanding service and delicious food. My daughter and I stayed at the La Quinta Resort and dined here for dinner on a Friday night. The large restaurant was moderately busy. Most patrons were seated outside where the vibe was relaxed, social, fun and loud. We were seated inside were the vibe was relaxed and quite. The menu had something for everyone. Both being vegetarians, we ordered 2 veggie pizzas, edamame and the Beets and Burrata Salad. Everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time, was nicely plated and was in large portion. At the time of presentation, we realized we ordered much more than we could eat. The salad and edamame were delicious! The pizzas were tasty and very filling. The staff/ service from the moment we walked in to the time we exited was amazing. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Big thanks to out server, Luis C., who was friendly, personable, attentive, extremely polite and helpful. Pricing was reasonable for the resort. read more

My husband and I shared the avocado toast, which I HIGHLY recommend. It was piled high and the egg was perfectly cooked. I got the Belgian waffle with fresh berries and a side of strawberries. They stop serving breakfast at 11AM. I don't know why making eggs is such an issue past a certain time. This is such a dated resort with lots of restrictions & limitations .... I not sure why I come here ... I think I just like the landscaping.. that's it. read more

From the moment I walked in, I was drawn to the vibe of this place. It strikes the perfect balance between elegance and relaxation. I can't say enough about the exceptional service--the staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We sat at the bar, and our bartender, Hilario, provided impeccable service from start to finish. He was gracious and attentive, making sure every part of our experience was flawless. Later in the evening, the manager, Ray, introduced himself to personally check in and make sure everything was perfect. They truly made us feel like VIPs. The ambiance is trendy yet comfortable, ideal for both intimate dinners or casual gatherings at the bar. We would definitely return for the outstanding service alone. Erica C. read more

We just celebrated my dad's bday at Twenty6 for lunch and what a lovely experience. At first. I will start by saying the food and everything the restaurant staff did was on point. We were the only ones dining here (a family of four showed up half way through) and the service and staff were just great. Our waiter, Roberto, is personable and efficient and I hope he's our server again next time. We all loved our food, I had a roasted cauliflower salad, mom had the lump crab cake (massive!), and dad had a BBQ chicken flatbread pizza. Roberto was so sweet and brought us out dessert to celebrate my dads bday, which was delicious (cheesecake with a scoop of yummy vanilla ice cream!) The problems happened when I tried to pay with a La Quinta Resort gift card I had (the restaurant is one of its dining facilities). First I was told the machine isn't working, then I was told they no longer accept gift cards. I decided to call the sales office (since there was no number to call on the damn gift card!) I spoke with their controller in the accounting department who eventually got it figured out, but this process took 45 MINUTES FROM THE TIME WE FINISHED OUR MEAL! I was shocked that by this point they wouldn't have comped part of the meal. (Turns out the gift card I had was from when they were still part of PGA West even though it was a LQR gift card, what an ordeal!) As long as you don't have a gift card though, you'll have a lovely experience with good food and great service. read more

We went for breakfast. It was ok. I ordered a burrito with no egg, $25. So it came like a quesadilla, in 4 triangles. The hash brown, came as a side and tasted fishy and disgusting. That was left on the plate. When we went back for drinks at the bar later that night, we sat for over 5 min while the bartender and server talked in front of us and refused to acknowledge us. Seriously guys??? You want me to pay for overpriced drinks so that two employees can put their laughing needs over the customer???Absolutely not! We totally walked out. Two stars for breakfast only. And at 60% capacity and only a few at breakfast......(make ur own decision) Totally would never recommend! read more

Just about everything could improve. Three of us went for happy hour. We wanted to sit in the bar area and have a glass of wine and some bar food. The server didn't know her wine and seemed only to try and stir us to the wine list instead of the happy hour glass of house wine. Didn't know what wines were available. We finally got that straightened out. After we finished our wine and munchies it was difficult to get her attention to bring the check, like over fifteen minutes!!! She spent a lot of time at the front podium laughing and joking with friends and then she went to the bar and spent more time with them. We finally had to wave down a manager to ask for the bill. Regarding the munchies....we ordered quesadillas and when they arrived no dipping sauce or guacamole or sour cream....so that was a disappointment. Not a lot of people in the restaurant and I can see why. read more

Amazing food and incredible service. Met Bill the owner and if I was visiting for a week I would be here every morning.. wish we had this restaurant back home in Kelowna BC Canada. Set inside the gorgeous La Quinta resort this restaurant has become one of our favorite places to come for breakfast. They offer valet parking and it's a short walk to the restaurant from there. They also brought over a bowl for Daisy and a plate of rice and eggs. read more

We didn't have a chance to try the food while staying here but we did pop in one weeknight for a couple drinks. The bartender was the nicest and made delicious drinks. We'll definitely come back and try the food some day. read more

First time at LQ Resort for a quick lunch this weekend. Twenty6 was very busy so I decided to eat at the bar. Daniel at the bar was very attentive and helpful. Great service with delicious flavors and generous portion of the lox :) We came here on a staycation getaway, and decided to stop here for breakfast. Patrons were spaced out, and the staff were wearing masks. I ordered the lox, and they gave me what seemed like a whole packet of salmon! I couldn't finish it because it was so much. Husband got the huevos rancheros, and he said it was really tasty. It really was flavorful! They leave you with a whole carafe of hot Lavazza coffee on your table so you can have endless refills. read more

Went here on Christmas Eve, so obviously not the ideal time. BUT, they shouldn't take a reservation when they don't have the staff to handle it. We waited 45 minutes after seating before a server even appeared. Several times during this, we asked for a server. Finally attained a wine list after 30 some minutes ($24/glass for very average wine). Once we were finally helped, the food came almost immediately; pretty clearly not made to order. Overpriced burgers on top of two glasses of wine, with tax and tip, ran us $120! Keep in mind that, whether they call it Waldorf Estonia or not, it's basically a sports bar. Bottom line: overpriced place with little ambiance and average food, The poor service I blame not on the overworked servers but on management. You'll get better service, food & ambiance at your average neighborhood sports bar. And save a lot of money. read more

We stayed at the resort and ate at Twenty6 several times. Always courteous and helpful staff. Great food! Surprised to actually get a Latte that was on the par of a good coffee house.
