I had a Pedicure and an Acrylic fill. The pedicure was horrible I ended up at a podiatrist to assist me with a toe nail that was cut wrong. My Acrylic fill was also a disaster and a disappointment. My nails ended up being an 1/8 of an inch thick and looked bad I ended up having to take them off. I also had to pay more than I was quoted. read more

My very first visit for an acrylic fill for my nails here was great---good job, good price. A couple weeks later I wanted to schedule a second appt for another fill along with a pedicure. I am a runner whose big toenails get bruised and sometimes fall off and need to be repaired with acrylic. The nail salon who used to do this for me closed after Covid so I've been looking for a new salon. When I called to schedule, I was told it would cost $20 for the acrylic fill on the two toenails only. $20 on top of the cost of the pedicure. That's soooo much money for two nails. I came here today without appointment and with a little wait, I was accommodated. There were only 2 people doing nails but there are several chairs. For a gel refill, it came out to $35, pretty much the same pricey in the area. I love that they don't talk to their customers too much, they just do their job and they do it well. I will be back! This is where I go to get a good pedicure. I always ask for "Rose". She does a very good job. The whole shop is quite sanitary. You won't be getting athlete's foot at this place. The tub is lined with disposable plastic; a different plastic liner for each customer. Rose does not know much English but enough to communicate. Along with the pedicure she gives you a good massage all the way up to your knees after that she rubs you down with a warm damp towel. You've picked out your nail polish by now and she applies many layers. I've even brought my 8 year old great grand daughter here to be given a pedicure by Rose. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I have a 4 pm appointment. It's now 4:25 and I'm sitting here...with my feet in cold water. They have said 5 times they will be right with me. My husband is watching my one year old so I can have 30 mins to myself and now, if they ever get to me, I won't have time for a massage, which is what I really wanted in the first place. This was definitely a 1/2 star experience. The first time was a walk in as we were next door at the hair salon and decided to give it a try. it wasn't busy and I had a friendly manicurist (Mai). We made an appointment for the second time, as we wanted to go back to the same excellent hair salon. We called to let them know we would be late, and they said it was ok to still come. When we arrived they were in a tizzy and somewhat rude and rushed. It went downhill from there. Again the same person, (Mai) was very accommodating while the owner was not at all. We traveled some distance, however we would not have minded if she said she could not take us. Instead she was unprofessionally rude and very rushed. Not really the point for a beauty treatment salon. Overall they seem to cater to the "retirement" community and are not very interested in new customers. We are very particular about nail salons, and our favorite place has closed this year and we were eager to find a replacement. Whether someone is skilled or not is beside the point if customer service, communication, and courtesy are missing. Their prices are not competitive considering their poor business protocol. A very unpleasant experience and it seems that a salon that is dedicated to better quality, healthier products is worth the extra money and time. This place is not that. read more
