Thank you Kim for the beautiful gel manicure with a pretty leaf design for Fall! I appreciate how this nail salon provides fingerless gloves during gel manicures, to protect your hands & skin! I have also gotten pedicures here previously and was satisfied with the experience and results. I called for an appointment around 11:30am on a Tuesday and they were able to take me right away. It started to get a little busier around 12:15pm during lunch hour. This place is cash only but they also take Zelle. Place is clean and service is friendly.

I was going to 2 birthday parties last weekend and needed my feet done. The last shop that did my feet did a horrible job with shaping my nails and the color was terrible! I've been looking for a new place to get my feet done. I went on Yelp and found this place. They were close by my home and I like what I seen. I got there and they took me right in. No wait and I didn't call ahead. I'm not sure of the lady name but she got my feet looking right! I was so happy! I will say they take cash only. So make sure to bring cash. I'll will be back for another pedicure.

Today was my second time back for a regular pedicare ($30). My last one was 2 months ago and it just started to chip. I needed my nails trimmed, a fresh coat of paint and some pampering. It was a full house when I arrived at 9:50pm. They open at 9:30am. I did a walk in and managed to grab a seat to soak my feet for a few minutes before they were ready for me. The staff was friendly and I love that they are detail meticulous, do a clean job, and really take their time. My massage for my lower leg and foot was about 10 minutes and it was so relaxing! As the color was drying, I noticed a spot was missed and my technician was happy to touch it up. He even used a brush to clean up any residual paint on my skin. I end up messing up my big toe nail when we were putting on my sandal. The tech tried fix it without success. He removed the polish completely and started painting each coat back on to perfection. I was so appreciative that he was patient and not frustrated by the extra work. Overall, the service is excellent and I always leave satisfied with my nails. Thank you!

My mom and I went here for some cute nails for thanksgiving. My mom had Lily and I had Kim. Kim suggested a lot of cute designs for fall and we decided pumpkins. She took her time to make sure they looked really beautiful. Even suggested some glitter to add in there. They always suggest something extra to make it a little bit cuter and I love that! Lily is always super welcoming when you walk in, this is our go to nail salon

This is my third time going to Lily Nail. I've seen Lily and Sophia the past two times I've been and they have been so welcoming and kind. Sophia has made a custom nail color for me both times I've been because I was not completely satisfied with my original color. I really appreciate how caring all of the staff are and how friendly they are. It is always upbeat and nice in there while everyone kind of minds they own which i really appreciate! I was excited to visit this place due to all the high reviews. The lady who did my nails was sweet but another worker was very rude and hostile. I made a decision tonight last minute to get my nails done leaving from work. I happen to pull up Google and the first shop that popped up was Lily nails and Pleasant Hill. I called about 5:20 PM this evening, the very nice lady, who answered the phone said they could accept me for a walk in and I let her know I'd be there in 15 minutes. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted and also got serviced right away. The nail tech that did my nails was very sweet, her name is Nancy. She literally repaired my nails, very detailed, very gentle, and very precise. She got me out as the shop was closingand I definitely will be back. I love my nails, but more so I thoroughly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of both Nancy and Lily. read more

Located in a shooing center, this salon has two dedicated parking lots out front. It's right next to a cute little coffee shop so if you are running low on caffeine you can grab a latter right before you sit down to get you nails done. The massage chairs are made by Human Touch, a very expensive American company that specializes in massage chairs. The massages were great! Basic pedicure was $30, did not include leg massages. Best manicure to date in my life. I am so very pleased to have found Lily. She is courteous, professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I don't like getting manicures often. But, Lily's service was so impressive that I will return like clockwork. Why? I appreciated it very much that she took her time snipping off the built up cuticles (7 months worth) by going over and over 4 times with the cuticle nippers and not using the electrical drill. Over the years I have gone to several salons in the area and they all use the electrical drill ONLY for clearing out the cuticles. For me this is a problem since it cuts into the nail bed so much that it weakens the nail, allows for more chemical absorption into the body, and it leaves behind a clearly visible groove. Lily uses protective gloves for your hands during the blue light step of the gel manicure. And, she finishes up with a great hands massage that was incomparable. Overall a great experience and atmosphere all around. I strongly recommend giving her a chance. She is AMAZING!!! read more

Recent experience here was disappointed. The nail tech nipped two of my fingers and overbuffed my nails thinking I was getting a gel manicure when I told her regular manicure. Also charged me $6 extra for quick dry polish. My toes look nice though. Oh and it's cash only. read more

This is one of the closest nail salons to me. So it is convenient. I only really go here for…read morepedicures since I do hard gel or sculpted extensions elsewhere. However, I will admit that I did come in when I had a Gel-X tip split from another salon and they helped me with a new nail and tried to match the color as much as possible. The pedicures, mainly gel ones LAST 3+ weeks. It's probably their top and base because I've brought in my own gel (LeChat) and the results were the same. (I do avoid using DND/Daisy since I'm not a fan of them.) They also cut my nails as short as I request them to and VERY SHORT. Massages sometimes can be hit or miss since I need a firm, deep tissue. But I will say the consistency of having pedicures that can last forever is great! Don't change Kevin and Team! My only cons are that they don't do Russian/dry manicures as a normal mani treatment. Prices are a little high, but that's typical Diablo Valley prices. Oakland/Berkeley/Alameda are around 10-15% cheaper.

There was no massage or the level of service I expected for that price. When they started my friend's manicure , the technician was very rude to her, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The biggest surprise came when, after all that waiting, a staff member told me they couldn't do my manicure because there were too many customers waiting. I had specifically booked an appointment, so I don't understand why my reserved time wasn't honored. Overall, the service was unprofessional, poorly organized, and not worth the money. If appointments are required, they should be respected. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon based on how we were treated.

I chose Lily Nails based on the great reviews for my daughter's birthday, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. To start with the positives: the staff is very friendly, they have a good color selection, the location is convenient, and the prices are fair. It's worth noting that they accept cash and checks only, which feels a bit inconvenient in today's mostly cashless world. However, the service and results were the real letdown. I requested that my cuticles be cut with my Gel X fill, but my technician, Lily, filed them instead, leaving them sore for three days. My polish didn't fully cover my nails, and in some spots it actually got onto my skin, giving an unpolished, messy look. To make matters worse, the gel chipped the next day. My pedicure was also underwhelming, the massage was just okay, and the polish application was uneven, with color on my cuticles and rough edges. My daughter's manicure chipped significantly within four days, and her polish had bubbles from the start. The bright spot was her pedicure, which was done by Lily's husband; he did a wonderful job and was very attentive. Overall, while the staff was kind, the quality and attention to detail just weren't there. Sadly, I wouldn't return. read more

I have been seeing Lily and her team for regular pedicures for the past 10 years. The quality and service are consistently excellent. Recently, my teenage son cut his toenails incorrectly and after two weeks of playing tennis multiple hours a day followed by a 50 mile backpacing trip over 8 days, he ended up with a horrific infection on his big toe. I had seen Lily cut toenails and treat toe issues over the years (often for older clients) so I decided to bring my son to Lily before seeing a doctor. Wow am I glad I did! Lily removed a HUGE piece of ingrown nail from my sons toe as well as the resulting dead skin. The relief was almost immediate. I'm sure I saved hundreds of dollars and many hours of my time by avoiding the medical route. We are so grateful for her expertise! Side note...her husband gives the best haircuts my husband and sons have ever had. They won't go anywhere else! read more

I've been going to Lily Nail ever since they opened. Such a lovely group of women who work there, they are all so sweet. The owner Lily is friends with everyone. She cuts my daughters' hair and does my brow wax. She's fast and efficient and affordable - $10 for a cut or brow wax. They also do really cute little girl mani/pedis with any kind of artwork your little gal may want. My gel mani can last up to 3 weeks. Another Yelper wrote that going to Lily's is like visiting the bar on Cheers - everybody does know your name and they make you feel like they are glad you came! My mom took for a pedicure here last week and her and I both said it was the best pedicure we had ever had!! The massage was at least 20 minutes long, and the callus scrub was enough for my feet to look great but not too much where I think they're going to hit bone! They didn't do a ton of picking on my toes, but if I had the choice between picking and massage, massage totally wins!! I also had called in around Mother's Day to ask if I could purchase a gift certificate for my mom since I was a few states away and they were really helpful and let me mail in a check after she had already received the pedicure. I don't spend much one in salons, however this may of been the most fun loving 30 minutes of my month! Lily's has a fantastic family atmosphere! I took all of the ladies in my family here for manicures and pedicures! They took extra special care of my 90+ year old grandmother! They were extremely gentle, caring and loving! Lily and her crew are AMAZING! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I have been here multiple times and I have yet to be disappointed. I came in once because I needed to get some gel nail polish taken off and I only had 30mins before I needed to be somewhere. I had tried taking it off myself and totally destroyed my nails. Lily was able to removed the gel and fix my other nails and I still had 15 mins to spare. I was so grateful for her quick and efficient work. Kathy and the rest of the ladies at Lily Nails are just wonderful! I'm a regular for gel manicure and pedicure. I have been very pleased with the way Kathy does my gel nails. She does them so well that they are able to last for several weeks! In fact, after almost a month, I actually received a compliment on how nice my nails looked! That's quite a testimony right there! Lily came to the rescue she removed my old nails. I'm extremely happy and love my fresh gel nails. She was so patient and kept making sure I was happy before leaving. Happy to find this great nail salon! Recently relocated from Utah and with moving so many boxes, thought I had damaged my big toe nail. Turns out I had a small fungus at the corner of my toe and thanks to Lily identifying it and providing a topical ointment, I'll be able to clear it up, yay! Appreciate Lily's help and lovely shellac pedicure with salt scrub massage. She even put kefir limes in the soak and rubbed my feet with citrus peels for a refreshing smell and glow. Lily is the best Nail salon that I have been to in the past 10 years. A friend brought me. I am an avid nail bitter bc of anxiety, and she fixed me right up. I'm a natural blonde and I have very faint blonde brows. She gave them a bit of tint, and WA LAH!! New me. This place is 100% Covid sanitary. Nothing is used for any other person while in the salon. My new favorite salon! I was looking for somewhere to take my mom for Mother's Day and my dad came across Lily's and I couldn't be happier. We walked in and felt immediately welcomed. My mom and sister got a full set that turned out beautiful. My mom also got her toes painted and those were beautiful too!
