These nails were for my graduation, and turned out better than i could have imagined. They were both very friendly and welcoming to me. I bite my nails and I tend to feel judged, but I don't feel judged here. Pricing is very reasonable, and the space is kept very clean and it smells good whenever I walk in. Design: I asked for stars design and provided a inspo pic. I'm very aware and considerate that designs will never turn out exactly like an inspo pic. However, half of them don't even look like she TRIED to make stars. I think the girl who did them is the owner so of apparently she does not mind doing half work.... I would have respected being told if a design is too challenging to recreate or it's out of their comfort zone... I still paid and even tipped because I do respect people's time. But PLEASE RECONSIDER COMING HERE...

I chose Lily Nails based on the great reviews for my daughter's birthday, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. To start with the positives: the staff is very friendly, they have a good color selection, the location is convenient, and the prices are fair. It's worth noting that they accept cash and checks only, which feels a bit inconvenient in today's mostly cashless world. However, the service and results were the real letdown. I requested that my cuticles be cut with my Gel X fill, but my technician, Lily, filed them instead, leaving them sore for three days. My polish didn't fully cover my nails, and in some spots it actually got onto my skin, giving an unpolished, messy look. To make matters worse, the gel chipped the next day. My pedicure was also underwhelming, the massage was just okay, and the polish application was uneven, with color on my cuticles and rough edges. My daughter's manicure chipped significantly within four days, and her polish had bubbles from the start. The bright spot was her pedicure, which was done by Lily's husband; he did a wonderful job and was very attentive. Overall, while the staff was kind, the quality and attention to detail just weren't there. Sadly, I wouldn't return. read more

I have been seeing Lily and her team for regular pedicures for the past 10 years. The quality and service are consistently excellent. Recently, my teenage son cut his toenails incorrectly and after two weeks of playing tennis multiple hours a day followed by a 50 mile backpacing trip over 8 days, he ended up with a horrific infection on his big toe. I had seen Lily cut toenails and treat toe issues over the years (often for older clients) so I decided to bring my son to Lily before seeing a doctor. Wow am I glad I did! Lily removed a HUGE piece of ingrown nail from my sons toe as well as the resulting dead skin. The relief was almost immediate. I'm sure I saved hundreds of dollars and many hours of my time by avoiding the medical route. We are so grateful for her expertise! Side note...her husband gives the best haircuts my husband and sons have ever had. They won't go anywhere else! read more

I've been going to Lily Nail ever since they opened. Such a lovely group of women who work there, they are all so sweet. The owner Lily is friends with everyone. She cuts my daughters' hair and does my brow wax. She's fast and efficient and affordable - $10 for a cut or brow wax. They also do really cute little girl mani/pedis with any kind of artwork your little gal may want. My gel mani can last up to 3 weeks. Another Yelper wrote that going to Lily's is like visiting the bar on Cheers - everybody does know your name and they make you feel like they are glad you came! I typically call ahead to see if they can take me when I'm able to pop in, that way I avoid a wait or crowds. Thank you Lily for all the pampering! read more

My mom took for a pedicure here last week and her and I both said it was the best pedicure we had ever had!! The massage was at least 20 minutes long, and the callus scrub was enough for my feet to look great but not too much where I think they're going to hit bone! They didn't do a ton of picking on my toes, but if I had the choice between picking and massage, massage totally wins!! I also had called in around Mother's Day to ask if I could purchase a gift certificate for my mom since I was a few states away and they were really helpful and let me mail in a check after she had already received the pedicure. I don't spend much one in salons, however this may of been the most fun loving 30 minutes of my month! Lily's has a fantastic family atmosphere! I took all of the ladies in my family here for manicures and pedicures! They took extra special care of my 90+ year old grandmother! They were extremely gentle, caring and loving! Lily and her crew are AMAZING! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I have been here multiple times and I have yet to be disappointed. I came in once because I needed to get some gel nail polish taken off and I only had 30mins before I needed to be somewhere. I had tried taking it off myself and totally destroyed my nails. Lily was able to removed the gel and fix my other nails and I still had 15 mins to spare. I was so grateful for her quick and efficient work. Love this place! I was on the hunt for the perfect rosy nude, and they recommended shade 866, it's absolutely gorgeous! It's a soft, elegant color that goes well with everything. The pricing here is such a great deal. A full pedicure is just $30, and a gel manicure is $32. For the quality and attention to detail they offer, it's honestly hard to beat. Kathy and the rest of the ladies at Lily Nails are just wonderful! I'm a regular for gel manicure and pedicure. I have been very pleased with the way Kathy does my gel nails. She does them so well that they are able to last for several weeks! In fact, after almost a month, I actually received a compliment on how nice my nails looked! That's quite a testimony right there! Since they are so popular they can get pretty busy, so I usually try to get in early in the day and earlier in the week. Nice and relaxing! read more

Lily came to the rescue she removed my old nails. I'm extremely happy and love my fresh gel nails. She was so patient and kept making sure I was happy before leaving. He then gave me an excellent hair cut, a warm towel and aroma treatment for my head and neck, a massage of my neck and shoulders, a massage of my arms with oil and a nice rest in the chair. I always get my nails done with Jenny. She is the best and amazing. She paid attention to details and made sure my nails are perfect and beautiful. I receive complements all the time! She acknowledges clients needs and preferences. She takes great care of her customers. I love their location as well. It's in a safe clean neighborhood. Parking is super easy. Bless them for trying but after over an hour of having two techs work on my nails the outcome left…read moreme disappointed and out $45 with a "sorry" as I left the salon at 6:38PM. Attached are 2 pictures of my nails and the inspiration picture. Now before I even committed I ran the inspiration photo past the only tech in the salon and she confirmed she could do the same chrome and blue faded design. Yes, I knew it would never be identical but I expected something similar. I had 3 redos done on my nails with them stripping the gel off each time. What upsets me more is that they did not have the chrome powder at all and when they realized that they tried painting silver glitter polish over the clear gel used to make the lines. It was cured and left the nail bed messy when they removed everything with acetone again and again. I would have appreciated the honesty at the beginning because I would have looked up different inspirations pictures to meet their skill set. Instead what I'm left with are messy glitter nails with blue stripes. If you are looking for contemporary designs this is not the place. I'm very disappointed and sorry I wasted my time with something that should have been a pleasant experience.

Being without a nail shop family is one of the loneliest, scariest, and most isolating places a person can be. Who to trust? How to begin anew? Each mani/pedi with a new shop is a shot in the dark, a dangerous gamble, a risky endeavor. So, my sister has been telling me for a while now to stop complaining if I'm not going to just follow her advice (which hasn't led me too far astray in the last 35 years... mostly) and go to her shop. The staff at Glory are all sweet and the shop is clean and tidy. I also couldn't help but notice that their prices were better than what I had been paying at my previous (more pricey) place, and I ain't mad at it. I called before, so I can't speak for their walk-in wait times but they weren't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time but still felt like the pedicurist spent a while on my massage and didn't try to rush through and part of the pampering process. Glory be.
