I was going to 2 birthday parties last weekend and needed my feet done. The last shop that did my feet did a horrible job with shaping my nails and the color was terrible! Today was my second time back for a regular pedicare ($30). My last one was 2 months ago and it just started to chip. I needed my nails trimmed, a fresh coat of paint and some pampering. It was a full house when I arrived at 9:50pm. They open at 9:30am. I did a walk in and managed to grab a seat to soak my feet for a few minutes before they were ready for me. The staff was friendly and I love that they are detail meticulous, do a clean job, and really take their time. My massage for my lower leg and foot was about 10 minutes and it was so relaxing! As the color was drying, I noticed a spot was missed and my technician was happy to touch it up. He even used a brush to clean up any residual paint on my skin. I end up messing up my big toe nail when we were putting on my sandal. The tech tried fix it without success. He removed the polish completely and started painting each coat back on to perfection. I was so appreciative that he was patient and not frustrated by the extra work. Overall, the service is excellent and I always leave satisfied with my nails. Thank you! read more

Best manicure to date in my life. I am so very pleased to have found Lily. She is courteous, professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I don't like getting manicures often. But, Lily's service was so impressive that I will return like clockwork. Why? I appreciated it very much that she took her time snipping off the built up cuticles (7 months worth) by going over and over 4 times with the cuticle nippers and not using the electrical drill. Over the years I have gone to several salons in the area and they all use the electrical drill ONLY for clearing out the cuticles. For me this is a problem since it cuts into the nail bed so much that it weakens the nail, allows for more chemical absorption into the body, and it leaves behind a clearly visible groove. Lily uses protective gloves for your hands during the blue light step of the gel manicure. And, she finishes up with a great hands massage that was incomparable. Overall a great experience and atmosphere all around. I strongly recommend giving her a chance. She is AMAZING!!! read more

I made a decision tonight last minute to get my nails done leaving from work. I happen to pull up Google and the first shop that popped up was Lily nails and Pleasant Hill. I called about 5:20 PM this evening, the very nice lady, who answered the phone said they could accept me for a walk in and I let her know I'd be there in 15 minutes. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted and also got serviced right away. The nail tech that did my nails was very sweet, her name is Nancy. She literally repaired my nails, very detailed, very gentle, and very precise. She got me out as the shop was closingand I definitely will be back.
