I got a cut during my pedicure right at the tip of my heel/foot, and it is still painful days later. I have been using Neosporin and keeping it bandaged, but the cut is still open and hurts when I wear shoes or walk. This has been really frustrating and uncomfortable. A pedicure should not leave a customer injured and struggling to walk normally. I trusted them to be careful, but I left with a painful cut and now I may need medical care because it is not healing properly. I have photos showing the injury. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place. read more

This is a no frills shop but if you want a good, well priced mani or pedi give Ruby a try. Not sure how I feel about this place. I came here a few months ago and had a pedicure and it was wonderful so I thought I would give them a chance to do my nails. I was told I could have a 4 o'clock appointment but did not get seen until 5 o'clock. I did "dip Nails" and they were not done perfect. She had other people waiting so I did feel rushed. She did not use the color I requested, but I didn't want to be an annoying customer and have her change the color since I knew she was running behind. As you can see in the photos, there are some little spots on the nails. I just feel that with prices going up, service needs to be excellent! There is so much competition and Businesses need to step it up!! I would've rather had the owner tell me that they had no time to see me today. I went in to get a pedicure and they had an advertisement for a detox foot soak. I asked the technician before she started that I wanted the detox foot soak. I didn't get what I requested, I got a lousy quick pedicure, including getting my feet soaked only in plain lukewarm water, removal of old nail polish, a quick scrub of my feet, gel nail coloring, and a 5-minute foot massage for a very high price of $75. It's very disappointing when they charge such a high price and do the bare minimum and then have the nerve to ask if I want a manicure, no thanks. You only get to overcharge me once for crappy service. I will not be going back. read more

I've been going to Ruby's Nails consistently for manicures and pedicures over the last several months. They turn out beautiful and stay nice- looking for a long time. I noticed a difference after my first manicure here, so I keep coming back! I always had a crack in one of my nails and Ruby knew what to do to resolve it. It's no longer an issue! The entire team is friendly and all do exceptionally well with my nails. The tools are clean, there are lots of colors to choose from and I like the relaxing music and warm lotion they use after my mani/pedi.
