The same older woman who gave me the colors to look and responded "oh I don't know "then continued to polish a woman nails who was seated at the pedicure chair, it appeared she was receiving two Services by two employees. Within two minutes or so, 2 other women walked in food in their hand, and they just looked at me and went to the back. No one said anything to me, nor acknowledged me, so I walked out. What is it about these women their race? They are so rude. They don't know how to be polite nor have social skills. I will never return to this place ever.

They never did, so I walked in seemingly with no appointment. I wanted my acrylic taken off and redone, as it was getting old and crumbly. My nails underneath were breaking, and allowing water between my nail and acrylic. Weeks before Hannah wanted to do that but I did not have time. The next time I went back she said I don't need it. But the sides of my nails kept breaking and I usually do sheer color so you can see all the lines and refills. Since it looked like I didn't have an appt Hannah didn't have time for me. And also when booking the appt they failed to mention Tina was out of town. I found out when I walked in. Anyway, Natalie did my nails for me. Didn't remove anything, just filled. A few days later my thumb broke on my child's car seat. I understand my nails are a little long but I've never had that happen. They also forgot to put a topcoat on my left foot. I went back to get my thumb fixed. Natalie walked out begrudgingly. She started to fix it. Then she passed me off to someone else who did the wrong color. But did a fresh topcoat on my other hand, and you can see all the brush strokes. A third person started working on my nail, and then Natalie finished it. Just now I picked up my child and my pinky nail snapped off. Again, my nails never break. Now I'm left with, after spending $135 with tip, brushstrokes, another broken nail, no top coat on one foot and nails you can see all the lines. This happens every few years, nail salons get used to your business and get lazy. I'm not happy at all and won't be back. Sorry Tina! I will miss you. You do amazing pedicures!!

She has easy online booking and will always try and fit me in the last minute. Her colors are always up to date and hip. She knows all about nail health and takes all the necessary safety precautions. She is very clean and sanitary. She uses organic lotions and scrubs. I have been using Neosporin and keeping it bandaged, but the cut is still open and hurts when I wear shoes or walk. This has been really frustrating and uncomfortable. A pedicure should not leave a customer injured and struggling to walk normally. I trusted them to be careful, but I left with a painful cut and now I may need medical care because it is not healing properly. I have photos showing the injury. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place.
